This is not a review of product or rental, of the delivery driver.With his 50-ft truck and trailer combination, he would have side-swiped me had I not slammed the brakes. From then on, he proceeded to drive well above the speed limit, inches behind the car in front, and for good measure swerved the trailer into other lanes—all in a truck that displayed “ZoomAround.com” in large letters.I was going to call the police on him, but figured that he may be behind schedule or had a bad day. Also, the new year just started. BUT I would suggest that you do a good talking to this dude (it happened around 2:30 today on Conquistdor in Bradenton).If only for the thought that a jack-knifing 50 ft truck-trailer combo causing an accident, all in bright company livery, can’t be good for business.

We rent two 6-seat executive gas powered carts from this company every year for Christmas break, and recommend them highly! They always make booking easy, they deliver the carts to you within the time frame scheduled or earlier, and they pick up the carts again in a timely fashion. ZoomAround made it easy! We arrived at our vacation rental and two golf carts were already delivered. They were close to being new and drive perfectly for the week. Because our reservation was for Thanksgiving week, we weren’t sure how our experience would be after Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. The people at ZoomAround were wonderful when I called them on the phone ahead of time to see if I should cancel or not. They spent time telling me exactly what was going on and helping me feel comfortable. We went and had a wonderful time. I was glad we had an electric cart (no bad smells from gasoline) and we enjoyed it a lot. This is the second year in a row we rented a golf cart from ZoomAround and they were great. We will use them again.

Zoom Around did a great job with communication and delivery. They even answered a quick question over the phone at 10;00 pm on a Saturday night.

We enjoyed using the golf cart as our mode of transportation for the week. It was delivered before we arrived and when I had questions the person who answered the phone was very helpful. The golf cart seated six which was ideal for our purposes.

This is our 3rd year using Zoom Around for our beach week in Duck and we had another great experience! Zoom around is so great with communication- we had trouble getting the key box open and they called us back immediately after hours to help us out. The golf cart is always delivered and picked up right on time. We highly recommend Zoom Around!

Definitely enjoyed it when it finally came. My reservation was for 9:30am. Apparently they didn’t load it for delivery until that time. It finally made it to my condo (in OBX) after 11am. I heard 3 different excuses so I don’t really know what the hold up was. They sure did pick it up at exactly the reserved time though. Otherwise we had a great time with it.

Renting a golf cart was an afterthought as we planned our stay in Nags Head so I called the day before we left. The employee who answered my call was so pleasant and helpful with my request. She made the process quick and enjoyable. They delivered the cart to our cottage as promised and the driver was extremely pleasant and professional. We used the cart to run errands, go to the beach, and going out for dinner. It is street legal which enables you to do all these things which enhances the vacation experience.After we returned home I realized that l had left my prescription sunglasses in the cart. I immediately called their office and spoke with Delaney. My profession centered around customer service so I am keenly aware of the importance of good customer service and this employee was SUPERB! You would have thought it was her fault I left my glasses the way she empathized with me. She initially shared the office address with me assuming I was still in Nags Head and could simply pick them up. When I shared I was already home she assured me that she would personally make sure my glasses were sent to me. Her comment was “I live near the post office so I will get them shipped to you tomorrow”. As it turned out the next day was a holiday so she took the time to contact me to say “I completely forgot today is a holiday but I’ll be sure to get your glasses shipped out tomorrow”. The next day she contacted me once again to say she shipped the glasses and they would be in my mailbox on Thursday. She also sent me a picture of the $8 receipt with a tracking number and told me they were covering the cost! Absolutely outstanding customer service! I will definitely use them again and I will encourage everyone I know vacationing in Nags Head to rent a street legal golf cart from ZoomAround.

ZoomAround Golf cart rental in Anna Maria Island was amazing! Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and nice, including the gentleman who delivered the golf cart. It is incredibly pleasant to pull up to your vacation home and your golf cart is already waiting for you or, have an estimated delivery time that is precise. We rented a 4-Passenger-Executive-Gas for 5 days and it was one of the highlights of our Anna Maria Island vacation. Really fun to ride around the island and down to Longboat Key. Cart was in great condition and dropoff/pickup option is great.
