The website was easy to maneuver through. The person I talked to on the phone was friendly and as excited about our adventure as we are.

1. The operator Alejandra Hernandez Navarro would not change our reservation to the following day, due to protests in CDMX. And it would have been best to be out of the city center where we were staying, during the march/protest. I was told not to worry that we would not be in danger. How does Alejandra Hernandez Navarro, know or guarantee my parties safety.2. I was told to be ready to be picked up between 0420-0510 at hotel; and the driver did NOT Show up until 0535. almost an hour late! We did not get an update, we called Alejandra Hernandez Navarro the Otoloani operator and woke her up to ask for an update. I had already sent messages. It is not okay to make passengers wake up over an hour earlier for no reason.3. The Balloon flight was okay- we were the last to take off and 1st to land versus everyone else in our tour group.4. Cave Food was just okay.5. No need for mezcal demonstration needed.6. Pyramid tour was not a Guided one! This should be part of the booking Information. 7. Tour Booking Alejandra Hernandez Navarro said 2 hours time to spend at Pyramid, but we were only given 1 hour at the pyramid since the tour guide & Van driver Bernardo Valdez were in a hurry to get back to the city.8. The driver Bernardo Valdez would not drop us back off to our hotel, even though the streets were NOT blocked off or closed at that time. His excuse was a longer return on his trip. We were dropped off 2.3km from our hotel and made to walk the rest of the way.9. When we asked to be taken to the closest point of our hotel due to the service we had already paid for Bernardo Valdez refused to take us any closer to Hotel. Instead, he began to argue with us about NOT taking us any closer. Bernardo Valdez instead just asked us get off his van.

We had very limited time in Banff, so I selected this tour to hit the highlights I’ve always heard about. It did NOT disappoint! Our guide, Nolan, from Radventures gave us a full day of spectacular sites and local knowledge. The hike through the Johnston Canyon Upper & Lower Falls was beautiful, and Nolan gave us time to stop and enjoy our surroundings while answering our questions along the way. He had recommendations for our lunch spot that were dead on (Trailheads has great variety, fresh and delicious). On to Lake Louise where we snowshoed–so glad we did that. At every stop Nolan was attentive, considering what we wanted to see, our pace–and helped with our much-needed crampons and snowshoes! Our final stop (and possibly my favorite) was a stop at Lake Minnewanka which Nolan said not many people see–and it’s larger than Lake Louise. It was breathtaking! If you are trying to see a lot in a little amount of time (and even if you have all the time in the world), this is an EXCELLENT tour and we had an EXCELLENT guide who is most definitely passionate about Banff.

I went to the pick up location and I was in the bathroom and they asked the security guard to come in to Bathroom to ask if I was on a tour and what tour. I was using the bathroom. Not friendly. People in the building not friendly or helpful

Our guide Valentina was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We had my 84 year old mother with us so we walked a bit slow. Valentina and other people on tour were very patient with us. Food was great. Valentina also taught us so much about the history of Genoa. Had a great time.

You did not provide the name of the local contractor. All communications referenced Viator only. You did not provide the name of the local business. This resulted in several phone calls trying to figure out who was providing the tour. When I told everyone Viator, no one new anything about your company. The tour was great but your process was not good

At this time of year, Egypt is a bit chilly, and the weather on the day of the tour was cloudy and cool with a little bit of rain, but our guide, Mr. Nuu, and Captain Abdul warmly welcomed us. Having read reviews from others, we brought snacks and drinks with us, but it seems now they are available at the dock. As for the boat, there was a choice between a Felucca or an electric boat. We chose the electric boat because it could go farther.Once the tour began, Mr. Nuu explained about historical buildings, popular spots among young people, and his personal favourite spots along the way. We didn’t talk much at first, but after about an hour, we started to get to know each other better, taking pictures together and laughing. Then, unexpectedly, Captain Abdul stopped the boat and invited us to dance on board. I’m not great at dancing, but the captain was an excellent dancer, so I tried to mimic him. I just couldn’t believe I was dancing on the timeless Nile! It was so much fun!! At the end of the tour, a beautiful soft purple and yellow sunset surrounded us. I had never seen colours like that in the sky before, and I was deeply moved.The hotel and dock transfer service was very convenient. But more than that, we thoroughly enjoyed the two-hour tour thanks to Captain Abdul and Mr. Nuu’s professional and entertaining approach, as well as the warmth and kindness they showed us.Dear Captain Abdul and Mr. Nu,We cannot thank you enough. Wonderful memories with you will stay in our heart forever. Thank you.

Our. Driver was very nice, comfortable and safe arrival to our hotel. Good communication the day before our arrival. Our plane arrived over an hour late but that wasn’t an issue, he was there waiting for us.

This was an absolute amazing experience. It was my first time in Charleston, SC and participating in a ghost tour was on the top of the list. Not only did you all absolute nail the choices that were given for tour selections but you also absolutely nailed the tour guide! We went on the Death and Depravity tour and had Lance as our guide.
