I paid through the website just about a week ago. I still don’t know where what I ordered is, other than it has been “dispatched”. Not delivered, just dispatched.In the meantime the money I was theoretically saving has been offset by the fact that I have had to buy food at the full price at the vets while I’ve been waiting. There has to be a better way for this business to be run
