Credit card payment unsuccessful due to unknown reason although I went successfully through all two steps authentification procedure. I did it twice, blocked two times the amount on my credit card but couldn’t complete the online purchase ☹️☹️

Do not buy from Urban Outfitters if you are an international customer ..they claim on their website that they charge you VAT for international orders but they actually charge you American Sales Tax and then you end up paying VAT when the items arrive in your own country so you pay 40% tax on an order. Their customer agents are the worst I ever had to deal with. BUYER BEWARE. Urban Outfitters are scammers.

I didn’t get my items

Got lots of emails advertising a 10% off with first purchase. As I was buying a large piece of furniture that wasn’t immaterial but none of the codes I was sent worked. Contacted the customer support 3 times, all who said the item did not qualify. Then realised all codes had weird spaces between characters. Tried deleting these as if typing each character instead of copying and pasting the code and that worked. Immediately contacted support again asking to cancel the order (less than 2 hours after completing it). Was told would need to wait the item to arrive to start a return and I would have to organise and pay the return shipping. Clearly they were acting in bad faith not wanting the costumer to benefit from the discount they were advertising incessantly. The quality of the item itself is also not great, so all in all, a terrible experience. Would rather shop anywhere else.

Nothing wrong with the next day shipping or how it was packaged I was expecting the camera to look a lot more high end for 50 quid. Looks like a 10 quid disposable camera with some hello kitty stuff on it (it’s a reusable one)

De website is great but the payment is really hard, at least in Belgium. It couldn’t find any code post so I had to change my adresse to another one so it would be easier to deliver the package, which is a little bit bothering.

I am still waiting for my order!!!! Despite being ordered in time for next day delivery and paying the extra for this. Raised this online with no help whatsoever

whoever that guy who served me was is carrying your business on his massive shoulders, in need of a fatass payrise if you ask me. searched your whole store and there was only one item of clothing there that wasn’t appalling value for money and it wasn’t even in my size, and he went abovr and beyond to order it online even with a massive queue behind me, give him more money.

Super long time of delivery (for a e-card!!!!) and impossible to interact with a human being. So I ended up canceling my order.

the dressing rooms are vero nice.the store is clean smells and looks nice only thing is that it’s kinda expensive but that not that bad

was sent an email after my purchase saying i need to call their number with a specific code related to the purchase from my bank, within 48hours, or my order will not be shipped. their phones have been unavailable the whole day and the email response with my details i sent has not been replied to.

I ordered an e voucher twice, once using Apple Pay and once putting my bank details in. Twice it was rejected and was asked to do some weird asking my card holder for a code and then ring a some number. Never have I had such this issue before. So very very strange. Forget it, I want my money returned to me immediately please.

In December, I ordered pants for my daughter, which never arrived. I wrote a message that I was waiting for the parcel, and they replied that the parcel was lost and that it would be sent again (it was already in January). I received a new tracking number and waited for the parcel. The deadline passed and the parcel did not arrive. I don’t know if it’s a problem to send pants to Poland? My daughter was disappointed and I finally asked for a refund. It’s not worth talking

Sizing chart would have been very useful but found the info on what models in the pictures were wearing.But the clothes will not look ironed if you use the suggested setting EDIT: sorry confused it, the issue with sizing was that on the German page the chart and description are still English and in inches and it’s only chest circumference but e.g. doesn’t state length of shirts

The home page is just created so easy, and the Outfits are just 100% accuarrte and cool!

Bought a leopard tote in store that didn’t have any tags on so the store assistant told me it was full price and charged me £25. Checked my email receipt that says I bought a snake print tote for £25 when the leopard one is actually in the sale for £12. Incredibly annoyed because I can’t even take it back because they’ve put the wrong item on the receipt.

Absolutely terrible, ordered a top, month later still nothing. I emailed them and they told me the order was on hold, I had no way of knowing this? Had to send them payment proof and they told me they would take it off hold. Another week later still absolutely nothing, had to email again and heard the exact same thing, my order was on hold, even though they confirmed they would take it off. Every-time I mention that I want a refund they completely ignore it and tell me to email some other email. Terrible service and I still don’t have my package nor do I have a refund.

I ordered an e-gift card for my daughter and received an email confirmation that it had been sent but she had not received it. I did an online chat with a representative and they emailed another gift card straightaway which my daughter did receive. A very helpful and prompt service.

I grabbed two pieces from discounted racks, only for them to not be discounted at check-out.Prices in general are too high for the quality and for them being fast fashion.

Terrible after service. My daughter ordered a pair of jeans for her boyfriends birthday. Evry delivered them somewhere other than our property. The proof of delivery photo is clearly not our property.Trying to get a refund is proofing exhausting. Asking ridiculous questions like “please send proof the courier did not visit your property. How can you send proof of something that did not happen!Email ping pong, and no way to actually speak to a human on the phone. Sadly I was forced to buy a second pair of jeans in store as we needed them quickly, but that is the last time we will ever use Urban Outfitters.Still waiting for a refund, and being treated as a liar. Terrible company.

My daughter went into the shop in York looking for joggers. Unfortunately after trying on a medium and extra small she realised she needed the small which was not there. The lady on changing room advised we could order at the till and they’d be delivered to our house. Also she would get 10% student discount. When we went to the till to order they checked storeroom and they had a small instore but just not on shelf. I left with a very happy daughter. Great service.
