Given that the class is online for 8 hours a day, I was afraid I’d tune out or fall asleep. But Bonsy did a fantastic job, and kept me tuned in and engaged the whole time. I didn’t know what to expect coming in and seeing that the class had over 60 attendees. I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did I come away from the class with a first-rate Scrum Master education that allowed me to pass the test on my first try in half the allotted time, but I got a master-class in how to run an engaging, informative, and fun online session. Bonsy’s use of break-out sessions, guided readings, videos, and discussion made the time fly by and kept pulling me back in just as my focus and attention was starting to flag. It was quite enlighting, I took this course for carreer development, but I’m finding it extremely useful in my job practice eventhough I’m not yet in the role of the product owner. The instructor was great also, he makes the course very interactive so you get real hands on experience.

Very engaging class, with lots of real world examples.

HORRIBLE experience. This group is unprofessional. I was called every day until I paid for the PMP Training, no additional email or literture was provided as PROMISED. I joined the zoom call early and no one attended. I called the consultant who informed me that they did not have enough participation and they will move me to a later date; however, NO communication and I took time off from work. Unfortunately, I read the reviews after paying. I’m requesting FULL REFUND and a letter of apology for my time!

I was given a different instructor without any notification. I signed up for the class with Jeff McKenna, however, was surprised to find another instructor after I joined the class via Zoom. I have no complaints against the new instructor. The new instructor was great and taught us well, however, being from a programming background, I was specifically interested in the class with Jeff McKenna. No previous notifications were provided regarding the class instructor change, which I believe should have been provided beforehand.

Again, the illustrations that Bonsy provided and her detailed explanations really was a tremendous help.

I attended the 2 day training with Bonsy Yelsangi on January 11-12. The class was very interactive and I loved her teaching style. I was able to easily understand the framework and the instructor encouraged it to be as interactive as possible. We were grouped into various teams and did lots of activities. Bonsy was very patient and helpful. She answered all questions and I believe everyone understood the concepts. She was able to demonstrate with real life situations, she used various tools and diagrams as well for easy understanding. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and now perfectly understand SCRUM. I took my exam last night and passed it! I have also recommended her to my sis in law who also plans to attend a training next week. Thanks once again, Bonsy!
