I have used the company in the past but it has been a few years and I wasn’t sure how things may have changed since Covid. We don’t travel abroad too much, but we decided to travel this year to Europe. I’m at an age where I don’t “need” to travel extremely economical. I was on a Veteran’s site, and came across Travel Business Class (TBC.com). I sent them an email believing that it was more of a bait-and-switch scam, or priced way out of my reality. I was immediately contacted by a young man, Russel Reed. Russel was courteous, professional, and very timely in his responses. I communicated with him while I did my own business class searches, as I was not sure what part of his compensation would be tagged onto my travel. No matter what configuration of days and times I used, Russel always came back with prices hundreds of dollars lower. It was remarkable. At one point while I was fact-checking a price he’d given me, he sent me a screen shot of flights and said something to the effect, I don’t know if you realize this, but I pretty much can tell you the cost of most flights on the planet. I thought that was kinda funny. I ended up going with TBC. The experience was very simple once I decided on flights. Business Class isn’t cheap, but it is not as expensive as I thought. So, even if you want to make a special time a little more special, bump up a leg of your journey.

Philip Foster was my representative and he was great to work with. He was very patient, gave me the itineraries for multiple options. It’s my first time but Philip has been great at helping me and giving me all the options. He was always available when I called. I highly recommend Philip Foster for your future travel in business class.

Dyson Bare was great to work with. He found what we asked for, and then we changed our minds over and over and he didn’t get frustrated…eventually he found the perfect flight at the perfect price.

My first time using a discounted business class company. I always buy my tickets directly through the airline’s website. I did a bit of research on Travel Business Class as a travel agency to see if it’s legitimate and everything suggested it was. I went ahead and purchased a $5000 airline ticket and I feel comfortable about my decision to do so. My travel agent, Samuel Mortiz, was fantastic and I will be using him repeatedly and on top of that my family members and extended family members will also use him for international travel. Samuel was knowledgeable, friendly, honest and respectful.

I was a little suspicious in the beginning with the requirement of exchange with an agent prior to getting pricing or alternative itineraries. It just seems easier doing it myself on-line. But,I went ahead and jumped in talking to an on-line pop agent who turned out to be Michael Bardi, based in Florida. Over the course of the next two or three days, after asking me a number of basic questions, we had some itineraries on major airlines with some of the lowest travel and layover time itineraries at some very good pricing which I was not able to obtain on-line. Michael seemed available almost any time of day or night and was always immediate, brief, and on-point with his follow-up. The bookings are in my phone apps and I’m able to manage the booking, seats etc. there. I will definitely contact Michael in the near future for a couple of other international itineraries.

Fabio hung in there as I am a very difficult customer. We worked for literally months to get the best fare and travel options and he hung in there and persisted until we managed an affordable booking. Thanks for all of the help and support Fabio.

I was sold a ticket but was not told until after the sale went through that they were selling me a scam. Emma said there would be an extra ticket on my schedule that I did not have to use when I arrived home. Meaning that thew were selling fare and I had not requested. I had to be part of the scam by not telling Delta that I was not going to use the last segment. I demanded a full refund and after arguing with her for ten minutes she provided a full refund.
