I ordered some trainers based off their size guide and they arrived at least 3 sizes too big! Contacted customer service who said I have to pay to send them back for exchange!! Even though it’s their fault I have the wrong size!! Terrible customer service – avoid ordering from them!!

Received my shoes after a couple of weeks. Tried them on to see the fit. The soles are not rubber but more of a hard plastic. I wore them to work and my feet are killing me. No real arch support and shoes feel very flat. After reading reviews I was optimistic and wanted them to work for my shoe needs. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Took a while to arrive but most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had since I’m wide footed and have to wear an ankle brace as well. Also, the velcro fastening makes it super easy to put on since I have hand tremors. Would buy again and was well worth the wait

These shoes are exactly what I was hoping to find for my husband! He is a tall man recovering from a severe stroke that leaves him hemi paralyzed on right side. He must wear orthotic to prevent foot drop. This shoe opens wide to get it on, but closes up over the ankle so the shoe stays on .

It’s a good shoe except for the fact that there’s not enough padding in the shoe , which is very painful for people with neuropathy . You can actually feel the soul of the shoe with your feet , and anything you step on .

I ordered a pair of Mary Jane dress shoes in 4E again because I LOVE how comfortable and good looking they are. I know I will be using the first pair quite a bit, and I don’t want to lose the opportunity to have them in the future. I wish they came in blue, white, tan and grey!!!

1. You fail to show item out of stock and let people order anyway.2. No mention of being shipped from overseas on your site; I would not have placed an order if I had known. 3. Only after I contacted you, was I informed of out of stock and forced to get another color.3. Absurd shipping delays.4. Once item finally arrived it is not the size listed on the box.5. Wait yet again for an overseas shipment only to have them worn less than a week and they are already breaking.

Bought 3 pairs of shoes and 2 were brilliant. The 3rd one however was not suitable as the sole was too flexible. I have been told that I need to have inflexible soles by my Podiatrist. When I contacted fitville for details of how to return this pair they suggested that they could send me another pair and I could keep the original. Which I did

The product takes far too long to be delivered and my delivery was damaged. The shipping box was soaking wet and the shoes were affected. Although the size is indicated at EEW there is no reference to whether this is 4E or 6E. The product should be properly labelled.

Can’t talk to a person. Poor tracking on order. Took to long. Hammertoe is still rubbing painfully on left foot. $ 77.00 was to much for these.

I have several pairs of shoes. My first pair were golf shoes. They fit so well and are comfortable, I bought another pair of golf shoes and two pair of slip on shoes. One pair for indoor and one pair for outdoors.

FitVille customer service team was the only success & helpful for me in the last experience. However the shipper did not deliver the shoes, but rather returned it to the warehouse, and they did not ask for the driving direction to my house, because my address is not on the GPS, nor on Google Maps, due to a new developing area.Thank the customer service team for issuing a refund for me.

Ordering was easy. The only company that sells 8.5 US size. The shoes fit and my feet don’t hurt. The price was ok compared to local shoe stores. I like the these shoes. I would have given a five star rating except for the long, long wait getting the shoes after I ordered them (six weeks was a little long).

Most comfortable shoe I’ve own. This is the 6th pair I’ve bought and just bought 2 more to have on hand. Can’t go wrong

Selection!! My husband has thick, wide feet and it’s difficult to find 4E width. Velcro fasteners are required due to his inability to tie his shoes. The shoes fit perfectly.

These are the best shoes I’ve found to address the neuropathy in my feet. I wore the first pair a week and promptly ordered a second pair. Everything from ordering, shipping and delivery went smoothly.

I find it very difficult to get my son’s size 14 shoe with arch support but had no problem finding a selection of them on TheFitVille site. Also, excellent customer service if you have any need to contact them regarding your order.

I called your store number, emailed yous and I can’t get a hold of anyone…. the shoes I order are a size big and one of the socks was ripped. All i wanted was to shipped them back and exchange them but not one email replied back or call. Worse customer service ever!

I ordered what I thought were a pair of safety shoes with toe protection. They arrived I tried them on and they were a really lovely fit. And very good quality. Unfortunately I realised they didn’t have the toe protection I need for my work so I emailed fitville to organise a return. I was offered a full refund but also offered the choice to choose another pair of similar price and also keep the original pair I thought this is amazing customer service . And now await a similar pair but with toe protection. Will definitely be a long returning customer

The company was very responsive to an issue I had with an order. Unfortunately despite ordering EEW and 1 1/2 sizes larger than my norm the replacement shoes are snug and I can only wear them without socks. Hopefully Fitville will add some 6E styles in the future.

No updates were given and it took 11 days to arrive and they’re very big. I nerd to return them and Don’t have any information to do so

For years I’ve been looking for footwear that fits my wide feet that has removable insoles, excellent grip and is comfortable to ease my feet and leg conditions that cause me pain.The Rebound Core Walking Shoes V1 are fantastic! Very comfortable, breathable, lightweight great grip on all surfaces even when wet.Delivery time can take a few weeks so bear that in mind when ordering but it is worth it.FitVille customer service is also fantastic and they quickly dealt with an issue I had and I’ve already ordered more shoes and I’ll be ordering more in the future

I love fitville shoes. They are some of the most comfortable shoes that I’ve worn. However, I don’t like the fact that they come from China. As an American, I generally prefer to buy American. I believe that it is important for companies that are operating within the US to be obligated to produce their products in the US by US workers. If this is not possible, then they should at least warehouse their goods in the US so that their customers don’t have to wait so long to receive the items that THEY PAY FOR. As much as I do like these shoes, the fact that they come from China will likely limit me making any further purchases from this company. Their are plenty of other comfortable shoes that I can purchase from right here in the US and have them delivered within a few days.

The return process for shipping errors is ridiculous. Communication with a FitVille representative for assistance is not available therefore customer service is very poor!

I was trying to find a pair of shoes for my mother. She has been wearing the last pair I got her for the last ten years. So she deserves a new pair. When I came across these shoes I liked the part of the xtra xtra wide shoes, so I tried them. They fit I was so happy thanks you very much. She now has a new pair.

Due to my feet swelling, it was difficult to impossible to find a “regular” shoe I could get my feet into. TheFitVille shoe solved that problem. It seemed a big stiffer than expected, but it has been a while since I have used a regular shoe. Overall I am pleased.
