Great way to get ships with LTI for future chains and planned ship upgrades, instead of having to wait for new concept sales. 4.5/5 Only issue can be the pricing, but it is to be expected when buying second hand LTI ships from other users, other than that great service, and I highly recommend if you want a ship but it is unavailable on the RSI site.

I will start with saying for a first time buyer I was concerned. I’ve been scammed before on grey market transactions before. I read a few reviews and the information on their site. I decided I would take the risk and ordered a ship and was pleasantly surpised. Within 3 hours I received the delivery email. The items were as described and there even was a few extra goodies included. Overall they are a great way to get limited availability ships and to save some money. I would definitely recommend them if you struggle to keep up with CIG’s fomo schedule or want to help save some money. It can be a nuisance trying to keep a CCU chain going and trying to buy the right ships at the right time to keep up with CIG and their releases. Especially with their prices increasing. The only downside is not getting Concierge credit which is a minor issue most people will not need to bother with. Otherwise if the price is good for you I would say pull the trigger.

1 star: They were extremely rude, and wrote a huge sarcastic email after I asked for more information regarding how my account was evaluated, seeing as how I had some older (and potentially rarer) packages in my account. It was completely uncalled for.Edit (4 stars):I received an email apologizing for the rudeness. They were very courteous. However, I decided not to use them due to me wanting to try to get more for my ships on my own.

I love these guys! I’ve bought many things so far and they deliver very quickly usually within a half hour, they are also great with fixing any issues or questions you have. You can beat the deals they have for some of these rare ships and items. If you have trust issues, try them out with a small item, like a skin. That’s what I did and won’t look back now.

This was my first purchase with The Impound, and I was very impressed. I bought a CCU’d Polaris with LTI. The instructions provided were clear and thorough, and I received my order VERY quickly. They mentioned most orders take around 3-12hrs but I got mine in 3-12 minutes.

As always, the guys are speedy! Most ‘grey market’ purchases leave you guessing for hours on end as to whether or not the seller is going to fulfil it. Today’s purchase was made and completed within a 5 minute window of each other. Being a grey market seller myself, it can take that long to even find the item to send, let alone process it all. 10/10 as always.

My experience with this corporation has left a bad taste in my mouth and I’ve copied their response into this review for clarity.This is the response I received 48 hours ago…the impound says I can review the fix by going to the… “IMPORTANT INFORMATION” tab. Not possible because, from this computer I can no longer access their web page…I’m CENSORED!They then go on to say:We have addressed the issue you mentioned, and based on your feedback, we have added a disclaimer to each product page. You can find it under the “IMPORTANT INFORMATION” tab. Not possible…You CENSORED me remember?Based on my previous messages on exposing this corporation’s policies they’ve now thanked me (by banning me lol) and have now put disclaimers on their product pages because of my highlighting of the lack of said disclaimerThey then wrote:Here is a link to one of our products so you can review it yourself, this link brings up the A2 Herculesproducts/hercules-a2…I will emphasise…I bought a ship and a paint job earlier from these people and have no complaints about that process because your ship and paint jobs will respawn upon player death but items like weapons etc will not.again, can’t access to check because of BLACKLISTINGThey reimbursed the two weapons and armour I bought and say “they’ve let me keep these particular items mentioned above as a goodwill gesture” this is not true, I checked ingame.
