Looked at items only, they had processed something in my basket ( not checked out) for £13 and charged me £78 they more or less said tough!! It’s my fault!! To top it all they took it out of my PayPal which I did not authorise.

Temu doesn’t accept bad reviews

Temu makes it Very difficult to leave a bad product review I recently bought a music stand from Temu .The music stand I received wasn’t the product advertised. the advert showed that the platen folded but it did not. that there was a bag but there wasn’t nor was there the music sheet clip shown in the advert . The stand was badly packed in a bin liner. bits of it were poking through. and I was charged two pounds for delivery from a local warehouse which has taken more than two weeks. I tried to write an adverse review but Temu sent an email saying it didn’t meet their criteria.I have had other items sent from Temu being much inferior to the item advertisedTemu’s robotic customer service makes it difficult to get any satisfaction . There seems no way to get them to resend the advertised item.

Coupons on top of coupons scam

They offer you these deals, 100, 200, 300 worth of stuff. Doesn’t tell you until you purchase that it’s just more coupons. Spend x amount to get x off. Another scam is that they tell you that you’ll get 8 free gifts if you spend say 25. Then once you make the purchase that deal dissappears into the ether and ask you to jump through more hoops and spend more money. Let’s face it most of the tat on here you could pick up for the same price without the 2 week wait at your local pound and below.

Try contacting them!

It appears Temu are quite prepared to lose customers, with no consideration of issues that don’t always apply to the ‘norm’Today I logged onto my account. Name and password went through fine but then it wanted to send me a text, however; the number they have for me is my landline and although it receives automated texts, the phone remained silent. I tried again, and again, but still the phone didn’t ring. I then found an option to verify who I am via email so I tried this, received a PIN and got the message “Account Verified – Continue Shopping” (or similar). I clicked to continue and then it asked for a phone PIN again and yet again, no response.I found several old contact emails but neither of them worked, but on one of them I received an automated response, all linking back to the site and all requiring a phone PIN. In other words, there is absolutely no way of contacting them if you have a landline or should you change your mobile number.I can’t log-on, I can’t contact them so this is my last resort to be able to access my account again. Absolutely ridiculous and the first time EVER that this has happened to me with ANY site online.Terrible business strategy for anyone who happens to suffer the above. Customers should be able to contact support if they cannot log on but Temu obviously don’t care and have made no plans for this, not forgetting I also have a credit in my account.Please answer this post and explain why it is simply not possible to get support for my situation!

I made an order for a special occasion and the order was delayed a lot and there is no update on the shipment and when The event is over and I no longer need the shipment. I asked them to cancel it, but they refused. Until now, I do not know the fate of the shipment.

The prices are great

The prices are great. But to order something and receive it is insane. Also, you’ll have to watch when you go on their website, a few times it checked out on me without me checking out. Last month I ordered a few things and still have not received them. Something is wrong with this website. They were reported to the better Business bureau. I will not be ordering anything from this website ever again.

Ive requested a refund of more than…

Ive requested a refund of more than 20000 rupees right after i received my order as per full refund policy .. its been more than 2 months no one come to take orders back. Now they are saying that its more than 90 days so i cant take refund … they are just scammers fraud.. You dont have to leave home..amazing selection of items. free return if items are not what you expected. Customer support is amazing. You just have to read the descriptions of sellers items carefully, search on site for a better price or on the net. I have had a few duds in the initial stage of being a Temu shopper and did not realise I could return. I am more savvy now..regarding sizing etc but still make the odd mistakes. But knowing I can have a free return way beats ebay, amazon, shein. Plus I can wear items not available by Kmart,Big W etc

Scammers, thieves and liars

They steal your money and lie. I had a product break after 2 uses. The seller gave me the run around and in the end wantes me to pay to return a broken product!! Reached out to Temu for help and got none at all. Reached out to paypal and got no help either. They are scammers, thieves and liars.

Absolutely unacceptable

Absolutely unacceptable! My $400 order was marked as delivered at 10 PM, but no one rang the doorbell. By the next morning, the package was gone. It is completely unreasonable to deliver so late at night without confirmation. I contacted customer service, and an agent assured me I would get a refund, but I never heard back. This is theft, and if the issue is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to take legal action. I do not recommend ordering if you don’t want to risk losing your money!P

No longer offer partial refunds

No longer offer partial refunds so I fixed some items to use as world book day costume as needed urgently but they refused any sort of refund without a return which would only just me a refund and not account for the time effort materials and stress they took to fix.

I like their products and they do have…

I like their products and they do have good customer service. BUT there have been numerous times recently when I try to return an order and it does not give me the option to receive the refund to my credit card. It only gives the option to get a temu credit. This feels intentional. I never used to have this problem for two years – until the last two months. It’s happening frequently. There is an option that says refund to original payment but it doesn’t let me click on it. It only lets me get a credit so I have to keep buying. It’s very frustrating. I don’t want to keep contacting their customer service. They need to fix this.

I have been using Temu for over a year now and they have never disappointed me. The customer service element if you have an issue is absolutely perfect. Compared to Amazon, in my view there is no contest. Temu wins hands-down.

Through their fishing, farming, and “free gifts” constant promos they lure you in to make purchases.Then as you get to 99.9% completion on any reward, they add some new rule or say you must invite more friends to get your reward.It’s psychologically designed to have you waste as much time as possible, recieving no gifts, and forcing you to involve friends. The products that then arrive are not even worth the cheap price.The worst part is the customer service. I had the misfortune of dealing with Kristian Aceron but whether through intellectual deficiency or deceptive misdirecting they misunderstand your problem until any promo offer expires. They just waste your time and offer fake empathy tricking you into spending money.Do no under any circumstances do business with this company, there are many better options out there.

I totally dislike not being properly…

I totally dislike not being properly informed about the recent lot of free gifts I never got. I wrote an initial review, which Temu replied to as if they were going to do something about it. Nothing has happened and I have not recieved any further contact from them. This is the only way I have to respond to them. I stick by my promise that I will never buy from then again.

I buy from Temu on a regular basis and received great service from Temu and their courier. All goes smoothly from ordering to delivery.My last purchase was for bed quilted cover and sewing items. The quilt is very good quality so purchased more for another bedroom.Highly recommend Temu

If you try to retun any of the junk you get that is where temu get you because you have to ship the items back to china for them to inspect them to see if you are worthy to get your money back. You are guaranteed though you won’t. They will most likely lose you returns and say they never received them where Temu will make sure you never get your money back. So either way you will lose in the end where Temu will keep you money. If you keep your item or items you will be left with cheap junk that you cold have bought for a quarter of the price you paid at Temu. Don’t be fooled by the free item BS. You get nothing on Temu for free you will always have to buy something. And the items you get are junk. So just a warning stay clear of Temu

Be careful with Temu app

I have never downloaded Temu app because it might stole my data, but I have purchased many times. So far, it is fine. However, the item that needs to run with an app was acting very suspicious. It tries to copy and paste something from the other apps. Also, I had a doorbell that needs to pay monthly which is also I purchased from temu, I used a credit card that I have never used anywhere else, someone used the card for college tuition fee and some shopping. I was OK because the credit cards company asked me if that was me or not. Be careful!

Very good marketplace

I have purchased many goods from this marketplace and this is my opinion about it: Pros:-They have the best support I have ever experienced.-The products’ prices are super cheap.-You can find everything, even things you weren’t aware existed.Cons:-The arrival time is not accurate (though they compensate if the goods arrive with too much delay).-Some products do not meet expectations (but most of the products do).

I have now used TEMU 5 times and again from me another 5 stars. Wife wanted some plastic orchids and some Clogs for the garden. I wanted some track bottoms for lounging about and some tools. Ordered on the 1st delivered on the 7th. Items are all good quality and worth the money and the wait for delivery. We will continue to use and save money. Thank you

Hello from Mexico. I started buying some staff with them last year and even that I never liked the delivery company, I kept on buying and got the packages. The delivery company J&T, never answered the phone and they had this wrong address in the web. Still I was so fool to keep buying there, my mistake!!!!Have two delivery orders from december 2024, and in the DELIVERY WARRANT they offer to reimburse your money if they do not update the package tracking for 15 days. THATS IS NOT TRUE, its been 22 days since my package got to my city and there hasnt been any update and they keep just answering they are asking J&T the company they hired to deliver, but never answer the phone. THEY HAVE NEVER ANSWEREDBut I payed TEMU and need them to reimburse my money. For what I see here, Im just one in a million here, sorry for all the people experiencing this. I had ordered a computer chair which did not arrive, TEMU promptly apologised and refunded immediately. I have found their customer service very good. Avoid temu at all costs this company is one big scam half the time orders don’t arrive and if they do then half of it won’t work as they only sell the cheapest of the cheap rubbish my first order i placed did not arrive then my second order arrived but half of it was not working then I placed a big order to recive the 100 pound credit for them only to tell me I have to wait for that then I cancelled my orders straight away within one hour of placing for them to mess it up and still send something I cancelled and the customer service was just panning me of from one person to another trying to stall me so let’s be honest you buy cheap you can expect rubbish and that is what temu supplies if you actually receive it also they mail you 100 times a day offering deals and free stuff but in this world you get nothing for nothing so yes you might receive gifts that cost very little but they are not free as you have to place an expensive order

I’ve been using Temu for about three…

I’ve been using Temu for about three years now and spent a lot of money with them. I never knew there were so many things online that I wanted but didn’t actually need. all in all, my experience has been good. On the odd occasion I’ve received something that was substandard or damaged, the customer service has been great and items credited. Unfortunately, my experience allows me to make comment on larger items, such as furniture. The experience has taken a nosedive. Glass dining table arrived in a thousand pieces. Replacement arrived also damaged. I was offered £20 refund for a £65 table. I refused and finally got my full refund. I was of course left with one box containing about 15 lbs of glass shards and another big box to get rid of. UK based merchants not interested in taking them back. A piece of flat pack furniture £60, was of such poor quality it fell apart as I was building it. I lost £40 on that deal and the flat pack went in the bin. A week later a plastic wardrobe arrived damaged and in general was poor quality. 2 weeks of toing and froing I managed to get most of my money back but have to dispose of the damaged goods. Yesterday a rug I’d ordered arrived, silver grey it was. I’d ordered brown, the only colour on the website listing. I am now responsible for taking it to a courier depot to return and get a refund. So this is where Temu falls down badly. They have a site with many merchants and my observation is the ones UK based, selling large items are not versed in the Sale of Good Act or basic customer service practices. I’d recommend Temu for small items, but I’ve curtailed purchasing larger stuff for the reasons given above.

Don’t buy

Don’t buy, bought a power tool ,didn’t work, spent ages with 2 so called complaints managers ,don’t bother no guarantee. DOOOO NOT BUY ,CHEAP AND don’t work. Reply to temu, 1 offered replacement twice over two days,2 proved item did not work video and photos, did not ask for send back. Not at home much for return, so much for guarantee!!.

Got Scammed by Temu (No refund recieved)

I stopped count of how many times I have written the same thing again and again to Temu customer care agents but to no avail.So I place 2 different orders on Temu on 30 December 2024. The order numbers are (PO-153-17313522237993698-D01) and (PO-153-17313436795433698-D01). Both the orders were cancelled and after inquiring about refund, Temu said they refunded my amount on 31 December 2024 and it will take about 7-14 working days to get my refund back which I did not. I contacted Temu customer support several time and they created several tickets, the ticket numbers are (Refund Issues – Temu Ticket 1738038407153644), (Refund Issues – Temu Ticket 1738038272153854), (Refund Inquiry – Ticket ID: 1738559817153906), (Refund Issue-Temu Ticket 1741256122153202) and (Refund Inquiry- Ticket ID:1741256956153395) respectively. All these tickets had the same reply that Temu has refunded my amount which I did not receive and its been like 3 Months already. I have provide my Bank statement as proof to show that I did not receive any refund whatsoever. I contacted my Bank several times and they also informed me that there’s no refund issued to me by Temu. As a last resort I am writing here for any help I can get. I’ve already set my mind that I’ve been scammed by Temu but I’d like to keep trying for my hard earned money to get back.

Order was on place ,just the 6 gifts didnt arrive

I did bought some things here ,and i did had nice help until now, when i did bought lots of things ,and i didn’t recive the 6 gifts .they were discontinued ,and one gift desapera from the list ,in my order suposed to be all the items listed,but they say they cant see them,even that they are there. So far, I have been very satisfied with my items, however, on one occasion I received a text from TEMU offering me 5 FREE gifts as a promotional gimmick, and part of them trying to gain more customers, increase their exposure and garner sales. I chose the (5) items I wanted and hit the submit button. I expected FREE items but after 3 days, I was charged $29.43, Once I received my parcel and realized I had been “charged” I immediately returned those items. So, BUYER BEWARE a promotional gift is probably not free! Too bad too because I really liked the items I chose.

On March 1 I ordered 5 items

On March 1 I ordered 5 items. The price was 23.55. My credit card payment was approved and my order confirmed. The next day I check and find out my order was cancelled by TEMU. My credit card people say they didn’t cancel it. I reordered minus 1 item. The price for 4 items was now 28.94. This was approved and confirmed! The next day the order was cancelled again by TEMU. I reordered on March 5 all 5 items but now the price was 33.29. This was also approved and confirmed before being cancelled by TEMU. I spent an hour and a half with their customer service and they refused to help! Other orders including one on February 16 went through just fine! Do not trust TEMU!!!

Hi – I have written several reviews of Temu to warn ANY potential customers to be very very cautious when dealing with this organisation.I accidentally hit the order button on the Temu App on my phone – this led to me receiving three different packages with goods I did not want ( to be honest the quality of the items is very poor).Despite advising Temu of the EXACT date, time of purchase AND which bank I used, they claim that they cannot trace my order!!!I have been trying for almost a month to try and find a resolution to this situation but they keep sending standard emails claiming that my email address “does not exist”!!!I am urging anyone who wishes to order from Temu to think very carefully and not make the same very costly mistake that I have made. Pathetic

It started great, ordered, tracking at every point, out for delivery, said delivery not successful, said delivery next day, didn’t arrive, out for delivery again, Said delivered, All the time I was at home, I have 16 cameras and not one attempt to deliver, sent complaint, Items not in stock anymore they will credit me, only received 30% refund. Stick to USPS or FEDEX for deliveries

They use scam companies to deliver your products, then the shipping company steals them. I had a $68 order marked as undeliverable, by a company temu uses for a delivery service.

Make it make sense……

Cancelled my order twice because of ‘unusual activity’ because I paid with a joint paypal account and wanted the order delivered to my daughter’s house instead of my home. Strange as I have always paid for my orders with the same account and I have never had an issue. A total waste of time trying to talk to anyone from customer service as it’s an AI bot and then when you do get a person all they do is apologise and ask you to pay with an alternative payment method. So I can place the order with my debit card? The same debit card that is linked to my paypal account? Make it make sense…..

Temu, aren’t to be trusted “please avoid” this fraudulent company. I’ve received messages stating that: 2, free gifts have been dispatched. Then I received: Your item’s arriving in: 3, day’s. I’ve received: your item’s have been returned, and we’ve sent you: 6, free gifts. When in reality they’ve not sent anything! They send these messages to entice consumers to buy their products before receiving these so called free gifts. No one I know who buys from: Temu, including myself has ever received the free gifts after making purchases. Vulnerable people are being easily manipulated into making purchases from this said scam company, after receiving false representations and thinking their getting free gifts click on the messages and see they have to spend money before they receive their free gifts. This is unacceptable. For the past: 2days I’ve spoken to this company’s agents. They say, messages were in connection to their events, and it states clearly in their rules that purchases have to be made before receiving free gifts. I’ve sent them the evidence via screenshot’s proving they’ve made false statements, I’ve asked them where it state’s in their messages about having to make purchases before receiving said gifts. The fact is they haven’t started this anywhere in their messages. Free gifts have been: Dispatched, mean’s sent, I’ve entered none of their events and stopped using them because of the false advertisements, stating their products have been reduced by: 50% etc, but when you shop elsewhere the prices are exactly: R.R.P. Falsely claiming their products are more expensive, than what they are, then applying false discounts to the products. I’ve have: ADHD’ etc, and have asked for compensation for having my time/energy wasted, waiting for the gifts to arrive. They’ve provided me with: £20.00, credit in the past for sending me similar messages. This time they keep giving me the run around, and refuse to acknowledge fault. They won’t provide the names of their supervisor’s either, and I intend to inform: F.C.A’ etc to complain about this company. I wouldn’t of given them a single star if I didn’t have to, their worthless. Please avoid like the plague.

I have been a loyal customer for over 2 yrs. I have spent close to 1000.cad. I have recently lost faith in tgem as they claim they refunded me $80 for an item which was no longer available. I have sent proof that this was not the case but they refuse to see the logic and stand by the fact that they sent me a refund which i’ve never seen (Dec/24). Very disappointing They have lost another loyal customer for their fraudulent actions. Good riddance.

The site is not clear about things.I ordered an item and they sent me the wrong item. The customer service link to talk to someone is ridiculous. You send a message and then they answer later and you never actually connect. The automated return system is extremely confusing, to the point I would call it misleading. During the process of return I was offered the option for a partial refund without return. I have no use for the item but returns are a big giant pain for me because I live in a remote area. I clicked on the option to see what portion of the price I would recieve if I chose that option, and the system just locked that choice in, and the partial refund amount is less than 1/3 of the cost of the item. The item on Temu was 20$ less than it costs on Amazon, and I ended up with an item I don’t want and lost considerably more than the 20 bucks I thought I would be saving. They sold out of the item I ordered and I can’t help but wonder if they just thought that something similar would suffice… either way I wouldn’t order from them again. File a class action lawsuit against Temu

I believe that Temu is excessively collecting customer information through its low-price strategy, enticing customers to submit verification details. If possible, I would like to see more people come together to file a class action lawsuit against Temu.Even when the same account and payment method have completed orders, they continuously demand ownership verification. No matter how many times I submit evidence according to their requests, the verification process never passes. Their customer service is robotic, endlessly asking for further verification, and all their support agents seem like mere decorations, failing to address the actual issue. It’s clear that their support staff is aware of the problem but refuses to resolve it, which makes me suspect they are doing this intentionally. Their aim might be to keep processing orders, filtering customers, and collecting more customer information.

Getting annoyed with temu

Getting annoyed with temu! No one to talk to and my parcel has not arrived! I’ve waited in since Friday and evri are saying they’ve tried 3 times to deliver it which is lies! I’ve tried getting a refund to temu credit to just keep getting ignored by a robot! Won’t be shopping here again I think I’ll stick with SHEIN!!

Horrible Experience – No Refund, No Support

I made a purchase from Temu on February 11 and then canceled it. Not only has my refund not been credited to my account, but no one is actually helping me. Customer service just keeps apologizing and opening a ticket, but nothing gets resolved. No matter how much I try to explain my situation, I keep getting the same generic response. This has been going on for about a month now. There isn’t even an ARN code for the refund. When I request a receipt, they refuse to provide one. Absolutely terrible experience and a terrible website. I will never shop here again!

Poor Customer Services

I must say that up till last i was fairly Happy with them . And them things when wrong and since them i have there customer services to be below par . And i have them not willing or wanting to resolve the out standing issues with my parcels going to the wrong address . And yesterdays email to me was just unacceptable , with the person basically suggestion that i need to go to the old address to get back my parcels .They have tried to blame me for these tow packages going missing ?. But here is the thing they successfully delivered 2 parcels to the right address on Feb 23 . But they send the other 2 parcels to the wrong address . And both my new table and chair where send to my old address . on the 27 Feb 2025 .So how is it possible that 2 packages can be send to the right address . When a other 2 packages can be send to the wrong address ? .They fail to get this point and more importantly thay do not what to do any think to rectify this out standing issue . And if i was a valued customer ? like they keep on telling me in ever email . Then they would do ever thing within there power to make shore that i am happy .At no point since the weekend have they ever tried to get the delivery company to get back the missing package s back . And to get them redeliveryed to my right address .And i find it poor that they should suggest that a vulnerable adult like myself should go and pick them up myself from the old address .i just flee like yet again i have been taken advantage of as a Vulnerable adult . Money has been taken from my card and they are no rush to put things right and are blaming me the so called valued customer ? .

Products bought from Temu, not delivered

I bought many items from Temu, including a tablet (value 200 $).They sent all the products in one single package. The package was delivered, but the tablet was missing. I contacted them for a reexpedition or reimbursement, but they refused. It has been more than 2 weeks, and a dozen emails, saying we expedited the product. The fact that it was missing doesn’t concern them. This will be the last product I will buy from Temu.

Temu is an chines company with cheap and chinese items. The app offers you with lots of bundles which are overall waste of time. Overall you end up buying cheap and useless items. I ordered couple of items. The items were delivered in 5 days. But the quality was poor. Would recommend to avoid buying from here.

My wife ordered a pair of curtains from Temu, they came but they where to small and very cheap material. So we got intouch with temu and they said we should send them back which we did on December 2024 and never got a refund. So in otherwords they left us out of pocket no goods no money the company is a big scam owns by chinese thieves never again will we buy from temu
