I always go through spare foot to get my rentals I have no problem with perfect most the time is with the facility themselves and this last one was a nightmare

I made the reservation and then called to set up the appointment. I was instructed about required documentation and I explained the registration will be available at vehicle pick-up. My intent is to drive the vehicle directly to the storage facility. The attendant was not at all trying to help figuring thing out and was quite rude. Not a great perception on customer care.

The seven digit gate code when mine was ten and did not work i was in a dead zone I could not call any one after two hours a nice person who was coming input there’s in to let me in glad they stop by Are else I would of been there for no telling how long

The guy that assisted me gave me several options for storages in the area, reminding me that move in did punts don’t last forever, lol.He was knowledgeable and very helpful in my storage search..Great job!

your representative was knowledgable as to what was available and offerred to reserve a storage locker until I could come by to inspect and pay for unit.

Classic bait & switch. Website showed a locker with certain dimensions at a “flash sale” price. Booked it but then got a call and they said it was only for a locker that looked nothing like the image on the website. It was $200/mo more than what they advertised

It was pretty good, but the facility (Public Storage) charged me much more than what I found on SpareFoot, the $22 turned into $52…

I followed all the prompts… your agent stayed on the line with me and assured me we could load into the storage facility on Sunday. When the workers in the rented truck were able to get into the area but not to the unit, the office was closed and I wasted both labor and rental expenses because you have to have a key fob from the office to use the unit. I’m not happy about the added costs. Good to really know the policies of the rental. We will go back today to load in.

Did not get a timely call back when l agreed to getting a call back. Initial contact person repeated everything at least 3 times, did not seem very bright or helpful.

Michelle was so helpful. She explored all of the options in the vicinity where I was looking for a storage facility and found something that exactly matched my needs.

The facility was closed on Saturday, effectively nullifying the reservation. The rep was helpful, though the process longer than expected for am online reservation.Clearly communication failed between the service and facility preventing service from being aware of the new schedule.

I spoke with their on-site apparatus last week and thought I had things worked out. I was told I could make a reservation on-line which I did. However upon being contacted by he on-line team things changed significantly and was told an entirely different story. Needless to say o cancelled the reservation. Not a fan.

Fine overall. At first I didn’t realize I was talking to an intermediary service, I thought I was talking to someone at the actual site. But I understand, Public Storage has grown into such a large, widespread company.

we werer confirmed for a 9×15 space for our trailer at $ 40 per monthonce we arrived at location,, the reservation was confirmed and no price,, we had to pay $ 87 per monthwe are not happy about this.. we drove 30 miles to get this space.

No one ever called me back to confirm the length of the promotional price offered through the spare foot website so i did not go forward with the reservation. I am in need of long term storage so before load up everything to make a move I’d like to know what I’m in for over the next year….

All questions were answered to my satisfaction.

First the people were great. But the signup process was horrible. Kept fetting errors. After the 5 time I gave up and went somewere else were i actually talked with a person in the same room.

Didn’t work

I reserved the unit, but i have not moved in. i like the price. i didn’t see that it is a promotional price for 4 months only.

Knowledgeable (Percy) saved me money and advised of smaller unit needed. Looked my history that helped decide on correct size. He stuck with my impatience and made the whole transaction easy.

They will match you, & won’t stop until I’m satisfied.

I really liked the virtual assistant…that is so cool! My only problem is that mu gate code still does not work. they gave me a temporary one that will expire soon…but I need my personal code to work. And yes…I’m putting a “star” in front of the code and a “pound” after.

The Associate was very pleasant and patient. However, he often talked over me. Also, I am disappointed that he did not tell me that I would have to pay a rental fee for the lock. He stated I could bring my own lock. This made the monthly fee more than what I expected.

when I got to the storage place after renting a 10×10 the representative advised me that the actual rental is for a 4×10. I told them that the reservation had a larger size and this is bait and switch. I had to go to another storage company for the correct size

Square Foot contacted me right after I booked a unit to confirm my reservation. Looks like I am all set for when I arrive…

The unit I is reserved was not available. They tried to sell me a bigger much more expensive unit. Bait and switch.
