Been a month and still don’t have my order. Shows shipped on 12/30 but FedEx still doesn’t have the package.

I purchased my Taylor machine from these guys. I’ve had it for about 5 years now. It’s a work horse. It’s had its issues and these machines need lots of maintenance all the time. I’ve replaced motors, belts, a compressor plus other small items. The tech support from these folks is great! All in all this machine has made much more money than I paid for it.

The blades i received is not what I ordered. Please provide assistance at your earliest convenience.

Soft serve parts were great. However the shipping was less tnan desirable. Was to deliver in 2-3 days, 10 days later it showed up. Not soft serve parts problem it was lost at the shipping facility

I need to order a part. Its 300$. When I go to pay…..$509. Try to find out why but can’t find out. Had to not order the part. Can’t trust them when the part price is so much different after order. There is no explanation or details on returning core just ads 200$ without details

Compressor ordered 11/15/24 and tracking shows it is still at the facility in Vegas. I call and spoke to the shipping Mgt. on 11/21/24 and he said that I needed to wait a week that his tracking showed the same thing. (stuck in Vegas) I have a customer down with one side of their unit and this is not acceptable. I would have liked to have been offered another compressor to have been shipped. I have ordered another compressor from another vendor
