I told them I didn’t want their service; but either people don’t understand English or don’t listen. They keep interrupting and you never get to explain what you want.

I reserved a storage unit for mid April as instructed to do online I received a call telling me that they don’t reserve units that far out, but they would hold it for a few days. Although the gentleman was cordial & nice, I simply followed the instructions on their website. Needless to say, I did not secure the unit, but I will check back closer to my need by date to see if there are any available then. If they don’t want reservations so far in advance then the website should block access and parameters should be set in the computer software program.

My experience at Selfstorage in Indio was pleasant. After having been on your website I did not expect the additional charge for insurance (that are an additional 50% of the cost). I wish you would be more straightforward on your website and include the charges for the insurance. My item, a bike, doesn’t have that much value, but your minimum insurance amount is for $ 2000.

Kerr at the location in Mesquite,tx. On Franklin St. was extremely accomandating and friendly. He called me by name and well informed on my needs.would highly recommend this location if for just him alone.

Whan I went to pick up the trailer there was no one to help put it on my trailer hitch, I am a 75 year old woman . The girl working in the office could not help but went next door and got a man to do the job. I think that isn’t good business not having anyone to help

Both on the phone my first contact I was greeted by a friendly and patient person I wish I could remember his name. I knew I was at the right place as I have used storage a couple of times in a couple of places and none made me feel welcomed and assured of the security of the place as he did. When I arrived as I told him it would be after his shift he said he would fully inform the women whom would be here and he had and she was expecting us. She saw I walked with a cane and she immediately got me a chair to sit in so I would be more comfortable and that never happens!! I was so surprised and grateful. She explained everything very well and gave both myself and my nephew cards with the code and also showed him another space in the Bay Area that was closer and a little smaller plus a little cheaper since we will be using it for a long time it was a smart move on both sides. Also I must add that your place is bright and cheery as most storage places are depressing looking. Pat on the back to your designer!
