Big shout out to Johnathan who sorted my order out after EVRi delivered it damaged… the side box had a hole in it as well as a pack of protein powder (no idea how evri did that) but after msging SIS Johnathan got back to me and sorted a replacement within the hour! Cheers

I have been drinking this post evening run. Slightly annoyed (with myself) that I didn’t notice green tea extract was in the list of ingredients! I am hyper-sensitive to it. My inexplicable restlessness and fast heart rate when I went to bed have seriously impacted my sleep. I have only just realised why! Can obviously only drink in the morning but won’t re-purchase it. Personally I would like a heads up on the container but I guess that’s unlikely to happen

I have used SIS for years and like the products

i like your products but you use the worst delivery company (Evri) with the most irresponsible drivers who are incapable of actually handing a parcel over in person ie a safe delivery (just leave delivery on floor outside front door) & walk away (unsafe delivery)…..available for any unsavoury passer by to steal. This happens every time with crappy Evri & thier timmings are useless. I dont want to buy online from you because of the useless courier you use.

I’ve used SIS for many years and have never had a problem with them or their products. Ordered some more cherry gels in preparation for London Marathon and an ultra planned later this year. The only moan I have is that the cherry gels are only avaiable in packs of 30.

The order didn’t arrive. After 2 weeks I contacted you via live chat (the agent was “Johnathan”…he confirmed the order had been “lost” and told me he’d prioritised it to be delivered within 24-48 hours.However the order STILL hasn’t arrived…after 3 days.I also notice no one has contacted me to explain..it’s down to me to tell you what’s happening.Awful customer service.

I ordered the rest+ gels to help support my sleep and they work great! SiS LAB Caffeine Shot GelsHaving used SiS products in the past, I’ve always found them to be of good quality, so I had high expectations when purchasing the SiS LAB Caffeine Shot Gels. Unfortunately, while the gel itself was as expected, the packaging was severely flawed.Out of the full pack, only two gels were usable—the rest appeared to not be fully sealed at the bottom, causing them to leak and become entirely unusable. This was incredibly disappointing, as it significantly increased the price per gel ratio for me. Given the cost, I would caution others before purchasing, as the risk of a similar packaging issue could make it poor value for money.I raised this issue with SiS, but to date, their response has been poor, which only adds to the frustration. While I still trust the quality of their products overall, this experience has made me hesitant to purchase again.

I’ve had a few issues with deliveries with SiS in the past that were painful to solve. This time, an item was missing when I received my parcel. Jonathan helped me sort this out super quickly and I received the missing piece promptly. Good to see that SiS is improving the right way. Customer experience is key.

Very palatable products. Ordering is straightforward and delivery is quick. I have used SiS for a number of years and always received good service. Occasionally items haven’t been available in preferred flavours.

Outstanding products, sadly use Evri for deliveryOutstanding products and dispatched very quickly. The only negative is that they use Evri to deliver. The package was due 1-3 business days and was eventually delivered to the wrong address 5 business days later. I only have positive things to say about SIS project, just please use a credible courier.

Ordered cherry juice in sachets for recovery. Sent quickly and they even threw in an unflavoured Beta gel to try.

Quick efficient service

I approached SIS for support with a charity Bike Ride myself and friends will be completing in August this year. Great product, fast shippingOnly point of criticism is the length of the spoon in the creatine container. When the powder is halfway, it’s hard to reach it with the spoon that is included. So I’d recommend either a container with a wide opening or a longer spoon

Simple and straightforward. No issues with delivery or payment. Goods well packaged against the weather. Long time user of SiS Rego ang gels. Both work for me and I see no reason to change and risk GI issues. Beta fuel particularly good for long runs and the Isotonic gels ideal for shorter efforts when you might just need one or two but do not want the hassle of carrying water.

I realised I’d made a mistake with ordering and payment. Easy to contact SiS, and they corrected it quickly without question (thanks Jonathan!)

I wasn’t happy with my second order. Because the cost of the order was taken out of my bank account. Before consulting me whether I needed the second order or not !?I do feel it is ( SiS ) duty to contact the customer before retrieving the money from my ( their ) bank account!!!?I was unable to use ( SiS ) as an energy drink while in training. However, I did use ( SiS ) as an early morning along with my breakfast.It may of put a spring in my step, but I can’t say for sure!?

I had an issue with an Amazon order. Whilst trying to return it, I ended up in a circular loop with Amazon.I got in touch with SiS (specifically Beth) and I was blown away. She properly owned the problem after taking some details from me. She kept me updated and I the end, came to a really pragmatic solution.Honestly, if more businesses had people like this working for them, there would be a lot more brand loyalty.Really appreciate the help ☺️
