The guy came, said he needed a part and would get back to us, took our money, and then we never heard from him again. Contacting the Puls central office didn’t help. Don’t waste your money!!!

Great on scheduling appointment and showing up within scheduled timeframe. I was surprised when Tech Aiyana shows up in torn jeans with a person with a head scarf, no real ID Looked like his girl friend and very unprofessional for a home warranty company trying to sign up customers. Aiyana went back to her car at top of driveway. I allowed the tech rep in with his tool kit, review the washing machine. this took 20 min or so to render my washing machine not repairable, so we closed the session, and I entered my credit card information on his tablet, and he was on his way, then he came back shortly to say the card did not go though (very strange) so we tried again even using another card with zero balance to no avail. “gateway error”. Philip from your office called to say wait for 24 hrs as too many attempts. so her were 4March, tried again with the secure link to pay. I tried again to no avail using both cards. “Gateway error” Fraudulent. I purchase a new washing machine yesterday using same card no issues. I used the same card today for my irrigation service no problem. The problem is not with my card!the other issue I have with your company is that can’t understand them.

This is the absolute WORST experience I…

This is the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with any single company in my entire life. I have extra holes in my walls, the workers left trash in my home, they were HOURS late and then best of all tried to EXTORT me for money. DO NOT EVER use these people.

The worst experience!Totally misquoted the fee. Made me get a membership fir who knows what. Under pretext it will save money. But it’s a recurring membership. Fir what?Billing practices atrocious. Dishonest and manipulative.Will never use them again. Technician was fine.

Overpriced so at the very least you expect fast service, and seamless communication. Oven’s computer malfunctioned, which I diagnosed myself by the error code.Call service. Got appointment week later. Technician showed up, confirmed what I already knew and told he will order part and likely within a week when it is shipped make appointment with me to replace. Easy, right? It has been a month. Every week after I chase Puls, they tell that technician told it was on backordered, then was shipped and will be here within a week. In this order. Every week. So either they just lying about shipping or they give it to someone else but either way terrible service. I have big family and one month without oven is not what I signed up for for this money

PULS assigned Elijah Cruz to repair my…

PULS assigned Elijah Cruz to repair my clothes dryer. He arrived at approximately 11:15am 2/17/2025. My sons witnessed his arrival (and departure at approximately 1pm that afternoon). I told Mr. Cruz my dryer was not heating properly. Mr. Cruz examined my dryer and told me it would cost $496 to repair it, but he could give me company’s discount $400. Mr Cruz also said he would replace exhaust vents. After cleaning the lent from dryer, he packed up to leave after I paid him $400 cash). After I reminded him that did replaced my vent line he start to raise his voice in a threatening manner. He then took his work bag and left. My son witnessed this aand heard the way Mr. Cruz spoke. Mr did not repair my dryer. It still has the same on heating issue that he was obligated to repair. I call Mr Mr Cruz 5 times to tell him my dryerstill was not heating properly after his diagnosis and corrective actions, but he did return any of my calls. Contacted PULS management/ supervisor, but failed to show any interest in the fraudulent business practice of their employee / contractor.I will never use this company again!!!

Worst service ever received from a. Implant. Constantly appointments getting changed or cancelled with no notice.Company charges high prices for the parts. Dryer needed a thermostats and thermistor charged 430.00 for the parts on top of 89.00 service call. Parts they used were purchased from Amazon for 10 bucks each- highway robbery.Canceling the membership cost you 118.00 dollars.First off you can get those parts from Samsung directly are not as expensive. Secondly, your tech was at my property twice did not fix the issue. First time being told cost between 500 – 700 for the repair unless i get membership that covers all appliances would be cheaper. Then call back out month later same issue charged almost 200.00 to replace parts that should be covered under warranty stupid. FOLKS STAY AWAY READ REVIEWS TERRIBLE COMPANY

Would not recommend. Bad customer service.

The tech who came to fix my washer was good but now that I have a problem, his phone is disconnected. He installed broken parts and my washer flooded my utility room after he left. He returned and it wasn’t leaking when he ran the quick cycle. He left and it leaked again. I took video of where it leaked and showed him. He apologized and returned to fix the issue and I had no more leaks. However, the issue he was originally here for returned a week later and now I can’t get a hold of him and when I call puls, they hang up on me and no one has reached out. I spent nearly 500 bucks for nothing.

Writing this to warn others who may…

Writing this to warn others who may deal with the same issue as I am. The broke the lock on my washer and I didn’t know how to source the part. I contacted PULS to have someone come fix it. I told them exactly what was wrong and included pictures of the broken lock along with the model number and serial number. I didn’t need someone to diagnose anything. Just come swap out the part for my mom who lives at the house. The tech arrived 5 hours late and hits me with an estimate of $500 to replace the lock which can be done in 30 minutes. If it was $100 total, I would’ve just said yes and saved myself the time of driving to the house and knocking it out for my mother. They could’ve EASILY sent me an estimate through the messaging system after I shared all the pictures they needed and told them what was wrong but they used this as a tactic to claim I owe them $90 for “sending out a tech to diagnose the issue with my washer” after hitting me with a $500 estimate LOL They won’t get a penny from me and I’ll never use a service like this again. Oh yea, and the tech they hired left his personal business card with us. He came back to do the job an hour later after he agreed that the estimate was ridiculous. He was in and out in 15 minutes with $100 in his pocket.

Puls.com – Read before buying membership

I am writing a review of Puls.com (Puls Technologies) to formally express my dissatisfaction with the poor service and misleading practices I experienced while using their home warranty service. My recent encounter with Puls.com has left me frustrated, disappointed, and compelled to cancel my membership altogether since I don’t want to waste more money than what I already have.The issues I faced include the following:Delayed Claims Processing:When I reported an issue with my dishwasher, which was leaking water due to a drainage problem, a technician was sent to diagnose the issue. However, instead of promptly addressing the problem, I was informed that the claim needed to be processed before any work could begin. The customer service assured me that this process would take 24 hours. In reality, it took five days, leaving me to struggle with the ongoing water leakage and an unusable dishwasher. This delay was unacceptable and completely avoidable.Unreasonable Repair Quotes:Once the claim was finally processed, it was denied. I was then given a quote for repairs that was twice the amount of the quote I received from a professional I found on Thumbtack. This exorbitant pricing felt exploitative and further eroded my trust in the company. This is the second time one of my claims has been denied, leading me to believe that the company will go to great lengths and time to find reasons to reject claims, even when legitimate issues are presented.Misleading Advertising:Company’s website prominently claims to offer “24/7 customer service,” which is outright false. When I tried to contact their customer service team at night, I was met with an automated response informing me of “business hours.” This is a clear case of false advertising and further highlights their lack of commitment to customer support.Cancellation Fee:upon receiving bad customer service, I immediately canceled my membership only to find out that they charge a cancelation fee ($25) for canceling membership!!!Overall, I feel that I wasted my membership fee on a service that provided no real value, failed to deliver on its promises, and caused unnecessary delays and stress. I strongly urge potential customers to think twice before signing up for your service.I hope this feedback encourages you to review your claims processing timeline, pricing practices, and misleading advertising so that others do not have to go through the same frustrating experience.

I asked for an estimate from Yelp and got 15 companies calling me. Out of frustration, I tried Puls. Everything about the customer service was great.My Puls guy came out, assessed the problem and gave me an out-of-sight price quote, mostly because of the additional markup they put on parts and labor. Easy to to business with, not so easy on the wallet.

Worse experience, super bad and scam company, (not sure how people can work on this companies) they sold me their membership for $59.99/month and said that everything on my home will be protected, when I called to make a claim, they try to charge me $89 fee for a plumber to come to my place, so I call them to cancel the membership and they charged my credit card a bunch of fees for the cancelation and other fees, so I had to call my bank to dispute all their scam transaction on my credit card, super angry with them, so please don’t do business wit them.

Terrible experience, unhelpful company just trying to charge as much as possible

Terrible experience, scam company, was charged $90 just for the tech to tell me that I should apply for one of their warranty programs and pay $34 per month. Quoted me $1900 for a glass stove replacement on the spot, then dropped the price to $1000 then $900 then finally $713. All under the magical warranty plan. As I kept saying the price was astronomical he continued to drop the price. I guess starting high and seeing what the customer accepts was their plan. Utter waste of time and completely unhelpful. Charged $90 for absolutely nothing. I’m not happy about that. If you’re gonna charge me $90 at least give me some type of helpful or consultative information on glass stove tops and repair options that I can walk away with. Don’t just charge me for the sake of charging.

Waste of time

I had a terrible experience with Puls.com and would strongly advise against using their service.On January 23rd, I searched for a local major appliance repair company to service an out-of-warranty refrigerator at my parents’ home. Puls.com was the top search result, so I went through their portal, selected three different date and time options, and booked an appointment. I immediately received a confirmation text:”Hi Dean, thanks for booking with Puls! Your service request is for January 28, 2025, with a 2 PM – 4 PM arrival window. You’ll be notified once your technician is assigned shortly.”However, on the morning of the 28th, I received another text:”Hi Dean, Puls here! Your appointment has been updated. Please click here to review & confirm/reschedule your appointment to a new time.”I rescheduled three more times, with the latest appointment set for February 4th from 3–5 PM. Since my parents live 35 minutes away, I left work early and arrived at their home by 3 PM.At 3:05 PM, I got this text:”Dean, due to high demand in your area, we were not able to find a technician for your requested time frame, so we had to cancel your original appointment. To reschedule your appointment to another time that suits you, click here:…”Unbelievable. A complete waste of time and a failure of customer service. Puls.com offers an easy-to-use online system, but it’s useless if they can’t actually deliver on their promises. There’s no live person to talk to, no real company to connect with, and no accountability.Why spend money to be at the top of online ads if you can’t even provide the service? Avoid Puls.com at all costs!

Puls Technologies Review – Horrible Customer Service & Unresolved RepairI had an incredibly frustrating experience with Puls Technologies and their lackluster customer service. I filed a claim for my refrigerator, which was making a loud noise. The technician they sent out claimed he didn’t hear the noise I was describing but still proceeded to replace the defrost sensor, charging me $430.Just two hours after he left, the refrigerator was still making the same noise. I immediately contacted him, but it took an entire week for him to return. During that time, I sent multiple videos clearly capturing the worsening noise, proving that the issue had not been resolved.When he finally came back on Saturday, he suddenly claimed he couldn’t hear the noise from the videos and insisted it was now a different issue than before. Instead of addressing the original problem, he tried to charge me even more for an evaporator fan replacement.I reached out to Puls for a refund since my refrigerator was never fixed in the first place, but they refused, claiming that because a part was replaced, I was not eligible. But if the sensor was truly the issue, my refrigerator would be working properly, right?Puls essentially took my money without solving the problem. Their customer service is terrible, their technicians seem more interested in upselling unnecessary repairs than fixing appliances, and their refund policy is a complete scam. I do not recommend using Puls Technologies for any appliance repairs, you’ll just end up frustrated and out of money.
