Super easy process. Very friendly

Best on-line experience. Questionnaire was easy to follow and once submitted I received an almost instant offer. Vehicle pick up and removal was the next day.

Peddle connected me to the salvage yard yet their communication wasn’t the best.I scheduled a time, and that came and went. I got a text from Peddle stating the car had been picked up when it hadn’t.Thankfully I was emailed the salvage yard number so the next day I contacted them myself.They were there within the next hour to pick it up.They did pay me in cash what the peddle site offered so that was a plus.All in all it got the job done, but expect to be more hands on if things don’t go as smoothly as planned.

Additionally, the driver was extremely courteous and professional, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience throughout the journey. Transaction and pickup was smooth, easy and fast. Only downside was offer was lower than others but we took the offer for the convenience of at home pickup.

Overall great service, just lack of communication with me about my pick up from the tow service when they had truck problems. I called in to find out if any problems after my pick up time expired.

What made my experience great was the driver that came called when he was on his way and answered questions and concerns that I had… He was a straightforward straight up guy and that’s what I appreciate in life… I would recommend them……. I gave him the title. They wrote me a check right on the spot……

Selling the vehicle was fast but at a low ball rate.

Except for a glitch in the window they said they would pick up the car, everything else was locked in! The driver was exceptional! Kept in touch with me through out the whole sale! Kept their word on everything!

Peddle was very fast and easy to work with. They set up a towing service and pick up of my vehicle on my time schedule. I was just going to junk my vehicle, but they offered almost double what the scrap yard did. Totally recommend Peddle if you’re looking to get you vehicle gone asap.

I was a bit worried at first because I kept getting low ball offers on my vehicle and the other places were not helpful at all. When I came across Peddle everyone was very helpful even though I was very stressed out, customer service was great, I made an appointment and the driver came on time super nice btw and he helped me get some things out of the car as well. Good to work with. Actually 4.5 stars would fit. They called that morning, gave us an accurate time for pick up, called again when almost there and helped take off the plate. Check was in hand. Small communication issue when they called the next day to pick up the car.

Peddle gave me a decent price for my nissan versa and they were able to tow it away within 24 hours of my inquiry. Tow truck driver was nice and removed the car 5 min within arrival, and they handle all the paperwork at the DMV so you don’t have to.. free tow as well, i would and will recommend.

Everything was easy on line (though some of the questions seemed kind of generic, so how to answer was a bit uncertain). Peddle kept in contact. Car was picked up efficiently. Payment was prompt and all was good. I would recommend Peddle and would use them again myself.

The process went well for a an 18-year old dead hybrid vehicle picked up by a partner. Only hitch was that Peddle’s window for pickup was 7-11 while the partner’s window was 7-4:30. Luckily picked up was early enough! Cash payment by partner was prompt although not at pickup… had to go to partner location.

The price was sort of low, but I needed to unload the car as result of leaving the state. They were prompt in the pick up and it was quick. I had their check in hand within 30 minutes.

I was happy to have our old vehicle taken, and given more than I expected, but I had difficulty navigating the process. I kept getting messages that the VIN I provided did not match the vehicle when it clearly did. I checked several times. But the tow vehicle showed up and I was paid, and the vehicle is gone. So, 4 out of 5 stars.

Well my car didn’t get picked up on the day it was scheduled for but that was my fault. My phone wasn’t working properly and for some reason the calls never came through. When I contacted you guys you scheduled it for the very next day and it was picked up by a very courteous driver. Service was great thank you.
