Quick and no hassles response. I was expecting pushback and requests to stay but nothing like that happened.

My only issue is that it is dubbed into English. Which is a minor inconvenience. The information provided is first rate.

Honestly, it seems helpful, but I dont care for training with constant treats. Its a little early in the course to be giving feedback. Let me enjoy the first quarter before asking for feedback.

Very slow moving and sounds like AI generated content. You are better off just watching youtube videos for free. Also super pricey for what it is. Some content was helpful so I didnt leave 1 star.

NewbieJust getting started and set up was easy but assumes you have specific problems. Hoping this is a good program for basics.

The material seems straight forward.

Different ideas on how to manage pulling on the leash.

After paying for your course I immediately tried to log in and was informed my subscription had run out. I assumed I had been scammed and that I would not be reimbursed. I am very grateful for your immediate response and refund.

THEFT!!!!! UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES! Paw-Champs is a very shady company DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO! They will SCAM you with a instagram ads that say a month for their service is $19.00 with no indication that it is in USD!!! So the charge shows up on your credit card as $29.61 and then you get access to their painfully dubbed over eastern european language videos that are PAINFUL to watch….and then start making unauthorized charges of $73.50 before you have even used the service for 30 days. BEWARE AND DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS SCAM ARTIST COMPANY (based in Cyprus but for some reason charging USD when its not even an american company!!!) Then, when you go to get customer service they begin reciting gaslighting techniques to stand firm in their UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES IS USD telling you that they will not provide a refund. I have been charged 2 times now.

This business is very passionate and professional. The information they provide is amazing and enabled me to learn and be a better pet owner. I would recommend this service to anyone with a fur baby

I really wanted to love this program, but it was really hard to follow with English dubbed over the native language the trainer was speaking. Each session was really drawn out, great explanations tho, but needs to be shortened for each session to get to the point.
