I was able to successfully upload all the necessary documents for myself & wife so that Visa Express could obtain our visas for Vietnam. Best of all, the system informed me by email that I was successful shortly thereafter, and the visa documentation arrived in my inbox as downloadable PDFs about one week later. The only hitch was converting Walgreen’s proprietary passport photo files (with a .BMP filename extension), which are not compatible with PVE’s system, to one of the formats that are compatible without shrinking the file size below PVE’s minimum requirement. It took several tries (neither .JPG nor .JPEG worked; lost too much resolution?) but finally, .PNG did work and our applications were complete.

The process was quick, simple to follow and easy to complete. Personnel contacted were friendly and answered all questions clearly with easy to follow directions.

I used PVE to secure a tourist visa from the Republic of the Philippines. PVE was excellent in many respects. The requirements to obtain such a visa were well spelled out, thus I was able to compile a complete packet the first time. My advisor, Jessica, was not only knowledgeable but also detailed-oriented. I had a hard time when I first started to work on getting a Visa for Vietnam. It was very confusing and I realized that I needed help.I had a lot of concerns and did a few chats with many questions and talked to 3 different agents with Passport Visas Express…all were helpful, clear and forthcoming with information.I was finally ready to subscribe to their services. I sent my completed form and called again a few days later to make sure everything was received and correct. I spoke with EBONY on the day I called. Passport visas express provided superb customer service. The on line form was easy to fill out, albeit that a couple fill in fields could have more detail on expected data entry. PVE was quick to email me regarding incomplete detail and provided a call number. The call number was answered immediately by a human both times I called it. It was a delight to talk to someone that was understandable and able to competently solve any issues. The visa came in two days, well within their commitment of 5 business days. Visa was easy to download. All in all, PVE is run like you wish all service providers would be run!

Very frustrating experience. The system kept on erasing all imput information. After 4 trials, I gave up.I don’t know why I paid this company $ 116.00 for a very mediocre service. In the end, I got the electronic indian visa. I would have felt better if the experience had not been so stressful.

I’d say I was very pleased with the service from Passport Visas. The fees were a bit pricey but it’s worth the peace of mind. Everything came back quickly and up until they sent everything to the consular, I was informed every step of the way. The visa came back quickly and everything was returned properly.

I was unable to get my and my wife’s passport photos and recent individual photos to match up to the level required by Vietnam electronic visa system. So I contacted Passport Visas Express and Melissa clearly explained the process that they use to help people in my situation. I decided to hire them for their service and once I received an order number my case was handled by Ebony. Within a few days our visas were ready. Great experience, I even got a better visa than I expected. I asked for 10 year 60 days per entry and got 10 years 90 days per entry. Plus the customer service/chat was great at addressing any questions I had when filling out the paperwork and application.
