So easy and convenient

The end result was great. But I did not know that I had to create an account before I could book a parksleepfly. I entered all the information as requested. I was afraid my credit card information got sent when I hit “book now.” But it didn’t. I tried calling the respective hotel and was told they are not directly involved with the booking. The agent at the hotel was extremely inpatient with me and hung up.After reviewing the website again and reading FAQ, I was able to conclude that I needed to create an account. Hence, I did to perfect resolution.

A little disappointed that our flight was cancelled and still had to pay the full amount. I didn’t mind the hotel fees but still had to pay the rest for parking even though we were not there.

Minimal hot water that was Luke warm at best. Breakfast did not start at 6 but 7 and in the lobby the men’s washroom stall door had been broken and was missing. Other than that not bad.

We were very misled. I was recommended this location for the additional shuttle assistance we appreciated for airport transfers from the local station (cause they do not drive you to the airport). Their shuttle services are very limited in their hours, i.e. not after 5-6 pm, during the week & not on weekends at all. They claimed they would assist by calling a cab for us upon our arrival at the Express station, then when I contacted them, they told me a staff member was on their way…left us stranded for some time, then I called back only to find out not only were they not coming BUT they would not call us a cab. I was on my own. As an out-of-country guest, who does not have a UBER arrangement at home, this set is daunting, calling cabs in Boston is also nuts, so for the added expense, stay closer to the airport. So in addition to my grandkids getting bleeding scratches from the pool on their feet, this also left a bad memory of a HILTON brand hotel, be aware.

Very easy booking process.

Entering the hotel was a bad smell and looked dirty decided to make the best out it for some sleep. Left our car came back five days later called two times tobe picked up man answered the phone was rude no one ever showed up took a taxi back to hotel for our car and left never again not nice people !!

While we love the convenience of the location and availability of parking, our shower was not working properly and we had to call the front desk at 3:15am to catch our 4am shuttle. There was also no driver available for the shuttle and an Uber was called. Thanks to the front desk person who took care of us through this especially since she was alone. I know we are getting good value but I still expect everything to work as offered.

I’m old and not real well versed in this stuff. However, I didn’t have any trouble wading through your website and finding and securing an appropriate booking.

I am new to this process and found the mechanics fairly easy. I am a bit uneasy about not having a confirmation from the hotel now that the process is complete.

The person I spoke with, was very professional and helped me out courteous. It was a pleasure speaking with them.

We have never had a problem with this company, It is great booking through them.

When I made the reservation, I selected one that clearly stated “Free Cancellation.” This proved to be completely false: the company would not cancel or change the reservation without charging me the full amount anyways. They also claimed that I had to have cancelled it within 24 hours to receive any kind of refund, but in order to do so I would have to call the hotel to do so. When I called the hotel, they said they couldn’t cancel or change the reservation because it was booked through a third party. So they both pointed fingers at each other, leaving me, the customer, completely unable to cancel or change anything at all. I plan to file a formal complaint and leave as many reviews as possible to warn others of this company’s false advertising schemes.

Your website for Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago states”Package include all parking days”. Wrong, it only covers 7 days and costs $45 per day after that. I was fortunate to notice this on my booking confirmation from you as it would have been a VERY expensive error.Trying to cancel this was a nightmare. To cancel, your website requires a reference number from the hotel. Hotel said they did not have the booking and anyway have nothing to do with 3rd party bookings. I found it very frustrating to have no contact number for park sleep fly and everything had to be done by email. After emailing, and getting a cancellation confirmation, i notice that said there was still over $200 outstanding to the hotel. I queried that and am still awaiting an answer.As a customer, I would suggest, 1 correct your website, 2 provide a contact telephone number, restructure your process for cancellations.

This was so convenient and a great value for a night’s sleep and 3 nights of parking. It was actually cheaper and closer than what I was looking to pay just for parking alone near Boston Logan airport. I will definitely do this again and have told all of my friends. 🙂

No record of reservation when I arrived at the hotel. Contacted customer service, they blamed the property and were not much help. Was promised a refund of the service fee with an email confirmation, did not receive. Ended up spending 75$ more at the hotel just to get a room. Would never recommend.

This is our fourth time booking through this site . It’s easy, seamless and previous stays have been good . Our latest trip is next month and hopefully same! ( New airport/hotel for us) Amazing how much more affordable thru the site vs booking a park n fly directly through the hotel . This time we are saving 70.00

Arrival to the hotel was a little rocky. Front desk could not find our reservation. After about 20 minutes, we saw our name on the list and finally we had rooms. Room was clean and nice. Got there at around 8pm and the times slots were filled for the shuttle. We had to squeeze in with others. Our party of 6 got split up because the shuttle was early and did not wait. We had to wait on the next one which came in plenty of time. Just a little concerning. Driver was great! Pick up went really smooth. We had a 2:45ish arrival and we only waited about 10 min. Would do again.

We have stayed here before and everything has worked out great. Check in, parking while on our trip, shuttle to and from the airport all went smoothly. Will continue to use residence inn by Marriott.

It was extremely windy in the early morning hour when we left and our voucher blew out of the car when we were getting in the shuttle. I immediately called the hotel to ask for a remedy. They said that a manager would call me back. No one did. I called back and was immediately sent to management voicemail. No return call. Called again and was hung up on. Extremely horrible customer service. Which is a shame because I was planning on using them for my next trip.

I have to admit I was afraid that I had messed up and booked another filthy pre flight hotel room. Boy was I presently surprised. My wife and I were greeted upon entering by a very cheerful and helpful Becky (I believe..Feb 22 at 8pm).We had an electrical issue with our room and Becky quickly moved us to another room. I had forgotten my cruise luggage tags and Becky printed some new ones for us. I can’t say enough about the quality of the rooms for the price and especially the service we received. This will be my go to place for now on.

Advertise 24/7 shuttle service to airport when we got there was told to call a driver but he did not answer for half hour. Ended up canceling the reservation and parking at airport.

Booked a reservation that “included” 9 nights of parking. When I received my confirmation, it stated that the reservation includes 7 nights of parking and that additional nights are billed at $45 per night. That information was NOWHERE during booking. It would be cheaper to book with hotel directly. No phone number to call and to cancel reservation have to call hotel and then cancel with Park Sleep Fly. A racket!

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very clean and stocked with the necessities for the night.The staff were very friendly. I had an early flight and the young lady working the front desk was very helpful and very chipper considering it was 3:30am!!

This is NOT La Quinta Inn. Recently purchased by new owner. False advertising. This area surrounded by homeless. There is an iron security fence enclosing it. It is locked at night with a guard at the gate. It’s that bad. Do Not stay here. Ghetto area, homeless. Overpriced….

I was originally booked for the wrong day and didn’t know it until I got the confirmation and receipt. However, it just took a quick email asking for them to change it to the correct dates and it was done. It was prompt and easy.

The shuttle to the airport stopped at 10pm. When booking it states the shuttle ran every half hour. We had to pay $30 for a taxi back to hotel. That was our only issue with this stay.

We live an hour from the airport so it’s good value for us not to have to deal with traffic getting to the airport. We wake up and have a complimentary breakfast, the take the shuttle to the airport and get dropped off right at the departure gate. So easy!

You took reservation at hotel with no rooms available! I did not know it was canceled until i show up! You dhould had messaged me instead of sending email which i gets tons of junk mail. Whole town was booked due to event and had to cancel flight and trip!

Parksleepfly was a good experience. I read the reviews on parksleepfly and did not see anything bad about the hotel. The hotel had bugs and the room had a musty/smoky smell. After the stay my spouse looked at other reviews on other websites and they were not good. They were also going to charge us for parking, until I told them I booked through parksleepfly.
