Free live 24/7 service was great
I had an issue with a missing runtime file that prevented an application from working. Google searches led me down several solution paths, none worked, so I tried the free download of Outbyte, that also didn’t work but I succumbed to the upgrade ploy and paid $30 for full version. I used the 2 week free live 24/7 service. A technician worked on my issue for about an hour and it is now resolved. 5 stars for service, lose a start for false claims on free software.
The app is excellent
The app is excellent. It makes a really fast checkup of installed drivers and executes any necessary updates. On a certain issue I had, the supportdesk helped out very well. On the downside. The website does not clearly state that you enter a subscription plan. As a private 1 PC/laptop user that’s a bit expensive.

these guys are awesome I would get them and use this program for sure, they where so helpful even after I updated all my drivers there where some missing, so I did a live chat with them and they sign onto my tower and found the issue so quickly and took care of the problem.. So I would definitely recommend getting this program and signing up for a year to try it out.Very satisfied with them.

My experience was good. The technician worked quickly and was able to restore my sound. At one point, I stopped him and asked him to explain what he was doing. I was nervous about watching him delete a lot of things. He said he was deleting corrupt drivers but said, “Let me work.” I didn’t appreciate being put off when I was nervous about giving remote access to my computer. Finally, the technician asked me to complete the survey, but then he started to complete it by giving himself a 5-star rating and typing about MY experience. That was a bit bold.

Good bang for the buck. ASUS has very poor support and seems to use proprietary drivers which really mess with the NVIDEA video card.

Im very surprised with the offer outbyte helps there clients. I had some issues with my wifi and gaming. I’ve had a camera issue for a few weeks. I tried so called expert services to fix it to no avail. Alan, with very little direction from me fixed the driver problem. as well as a coupe of additional issues. I was about ready to give up on third party technical help when Outbyte came through.
