Made my first purchase with MX locker, and the closeout boots listed had actually been sold out. MX locker customer support was able to upgrade to the newest model boot for the price of the closeout’s listed which is awesome! Couldn’t be happier with my experience!

Very fair credit given on the boots I sent in for the boot exchange program. There was a huge selection that allowed for nearly every color way possible. Boots were shipped the following day and are expected to arrive soon. I couldn’t ask for a more efficient and easy process.

I’ve been using MX locker for a few years. A great platform to use for selling or buying used/new gear. The process is easy to follow from creating your listing to the delivery labels once sold. The app also has helpful informative videos to guide you on new gear on the market.

I had purchased an Alpinestars helmet from a guy and it had been over 5 days and he wasn’t shipping the helmet. I reached out to customer support and they were absolutely amazing. Got right on the seller and told me if it wasn’t shipped the next day they would ship one same model to make it right. And what do you know? It was shipped next day. MX Locker is a great app/company. I’ll always buy my items through them.

So I’ve used mxlocker since it first started. By far my favorite. I’ve bought and sold so much on there, they make it so easy. The biggest thing I like is how their customer service is. It’s not a couple hundred employees all from foreign countries like eBay or Facebook. It’s a small group of guys that handle things on the spot. I had one ordeal recently that I ordered a part for a bike I’m working on which ended up being for the wrong bike. I should have looked at pics better so partially my fault. The seller reached out to the guys they started the return. Apologized up and down but it wasn’t even their fault they offered to help me find the correct part, very helpful through the whole process. Definitely feel like a customer and not just another number. Huge props to these guys

From personal experience, I had a technical issue during a transaction with another customer, that was no fault of MX Locker’s or their platform, and they corrected the issue for me without it negatively impacting me or the other customer. I had a terrible experience with MXLocker, and I feel like I’ve been scammed.I ordered a KYB Factory Kit for $4,700 and went on vacation right after. When I got home, I saw the package was marked as delivered, but it was signed for by someone I don’t know. None of my family members accepted it, and after talking to my neighbors, no one saw anything either.I contacted USPS, and they told me that the package with my tracking number wasn’t even meant for my address and was actually the size of an envelope, not the large package I was expecting. They advised me to reach out to MXLocker directly, which I did.Now here’s the worst part — I haven’t heard anything back from MXLocker in days, and my account has been blocked. I can’t even check my order status or contact them through their platform anymore.
