Hello, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my hand made harness within a week.However, your video showed a mod that needs to be done to re-route the canbus and explained that a wire with a terminal would be provided to complete that modification. The wire was not provided.Whether this was because the mod was integrated into the harness or the wire was ommited I do not know since the harness did not come with any paperwork. I am still waiting for a response to my email inquiring about it.Still, tech support for audio modifications on a 20 year old car are rare so, I greatly appreciate all your guidance and support.

I received 100% customer satisfaction. Our 2013 MDX had issues with the handsfree and it was way cheaper to install a modern CarPlay-compatible head end than to try to fix the old technology. After so many challenges researching with Crutchfield and the like, I found MobileMax. Their custom harness worked like a charm. I received everything I needed in a single shipment and was able to use the online videos to perform the install myself. I called the 800 number a couple of times and immediately spoke with a real person who had the answers I needed. A great experience overall.

Product worked perfectly

I have bought 2 prewired harnesses for my Acura from Mobile Max. The first time no issues. The most recent there was a slight miscommunication, partially on me, but Mobile Max made it right without any issue whatsoever. I do a lot of DYI and they have been of great assistance. I trust them more than my local stereo store.

Absolutely beautiful working with this company. I have an 02 Acura TL and there’s barely any aftermarket parts or OEM+ parts for my car, but Max Audio provides that opportunity for such small community. They helped me know exactly what I’m buying from his videos to other options I would have if I didn’t want to go the “traditional” route. I’m happy for the experience and honestly 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The harness works great and was easy to install. I’m glad this was available and I didn’t have to wire to all of the speakers to bypass the OEM amplifier.

I sent a not so good review previously, but after I left a negative review I was contacted by mobile max audio and was offered a refund. I still believe for the price of the harness it should have been of better quality. I don’t buy foreign products or try not I would have expected a bad product from China but not the USA please make better products that don’t come apart and doesn’t feel cheap for almost 200 dollars nobody ask me for photos the harness is ultimately a cheap product with Chinese made parts also all I received was a munch of wires with a couple cheap plastic plug ins

I ordered the wrong stereo. Mobile Max quickly sent a replacement and invoiced for the delta in cost prior to receiving my return.

Great fit no need to modify

Amazingly well put together kit, they did all the hard parts and did them well. On top of that, they have multiple helpful install videos on YouTube and if that isn’t enough, they offer phone support to answer any install questions.

Bought stereo from crutchfield only to learn I would lose access to speakers, amp and sub. Support was pretty disappointing basically sending me a pdf and generic videos. Stumbled upon these videos on YouTube with full walkthrough. Having only done one stereo on an easy car, I was really glad to see detailed and simple instructions. Bought the adapter with 1% faith it would work but willing to gamble. Worked phenomenal! Not only that, but when I was at my lowest and crutchfield blew me off about the steering harness I bought from them, I called mobile max and got him on a Saturday evening and fromMemory he talked me through the wiring config. Car is jamming now with all my speakers and sub and steering wheel. Super happy!!

The value of the video I watched to upgrade the Stereo system to an Auto Android/Carplay system for 2002 Acura MDX and the part recommendation was really helpful and produce the successfull result I was looking for.

Everything fit as it should and those foam rings that are included are a lifesaver. The only issue I had was the little push in things that the screws to mount the bracket to the rear deck thread into were too big for the holes. I tried shaving it down with a razor blade but still no luck. I ended up making my own. Also if they were to fit correctly there weren’t enough included. I would need 6 but only 4 were in the bag. Overall great product though.

Will definitely always hit these guys up for all my aftermarket wiring, very helpful and answered every question I had including sending pics for them to see what I needed help on and sending me videos to see how to do.
