For some reason the delivery went from California where I live and then it was sent to Connecticut, Pennsylvania etc to come back to LA. When I reached out and asked why it was taking so long and not just sent from California to California, it was clear the customer service rep had not read the email.

This was one of the best purchase’s I’ve ever made! Meowant electronic liter box is a game changer! No more constantly cleaning my cats liter box almost everyday. I have two cats and they both used it right away without much hesitation. I followed the advice of using some of the old liter in the new one and it worked out great. No more liter box smell in my house either. Also i can leave my cats when you I go out of town for a few days and not have to worry.

I had ordered this product with 2 boxes of liners and I only received one box. I have emailed customer service but haven’t received a response as to when or if I would be getting the other box I paid for.

Best purchase I’ve made in a while. Both Cats took to it within 3 days. I was nervous about it being loud. I don’t even hear it run. App works great too

So far shipment was delivered in a timely manner. Haven’t put it together yet. That’s today’s job! The cats LOVE the box!! haha

My kittens have already started using the litter box. It is very quiet. I ordered extra litter box liners and deodorizer. I did not receive. I recevied the single box only with unit and starter accessories. Please send them.

I loved my extra large stainless litter box that I ordered a second one. I don’t know who is happier…….me or my kitties!

We have had our litter box for about a week now. It works Great and couldn’t be more happy.

I couldn’t pass up on the deal I got! I’ve been wanting to buy an automatic litter box for quite a while now. It’s been set up for 24 hrs now and it’s amazing! I highly recommend getting one if you’re a multiple cat household.

I just got the unit delivered 2 days ago and I love it so far! The app was easy, download it and put in your cats details. I like the notifications that one of them is using the litter box. First cat took to it immediately, second one is a scaredy cat when it comes to anything new. I’ll work on him

One cat out of four is using it. The other three sit and stare at it but bypass it for the old tried and true litter box. I love that it is so quiet when it cycles. If my cats didn’t all gather to watch it I would not have known it was cleaning out the clumps. Just hoping the scardy cats get on board soon.

I haven’t set it up yet? My husband is in the hospital. So I’m busy with that right now. Well I am really looking forward to getting it set up.

5 minute setup and within a few hours all of my cats were using it. So quiet and efficient. NO SMELL OMG!! Great product exactly as described. Love the deodorant blocks!!

Easy to assemble and use. Just waiting on the cats to take it for a spin

Ordering was easy, shipment arrived a day early. Was the easiest litter box to put together. I love that I can not hear it at all when it runs. The app is also so cool, it doesn’t just tell you usage, you can see the weight of your cat and other things.

This litter box has been set up for 24 hours and I’ve had to attempt to reseat the drum numerous times. It barely functions as it is supposed to.This litter box is also off on my cat’s weight by over five pounds. Id like a refund. Please tell me how to proceed Kathryn Erickse

I was really worried when my cat wanted nothing to do with the box. But the next morning I heard her in there and has been using it ever since. It is EXTREMELY helpful!! I can set the cleaning to be on whatever schedule I want.

I was afraid my cats would be afraid of this thing. My cats actually use the litter box! And it’s so easy and less disgusting than scooping poop multiple times per day. The app works well and even told me that I’ve if the cats “toileted too long” and now I now to talk to the vet. Great product. It’s a win!

I have not heard a word from you concerning my order. It’s been over a week. I’m not happy .

This is my second auto litter box from them. I love the newer model better. It has a higher lip that you can attach in the front, so my “thrower” no longer gets litter in the floor.

Bought 2. I love it. The cats love it. I cannot believe I waited this long to get one. Only thing I’d change would be to make the cord on the electric plug a little longer.

Customer service got back with me by the next business morning. I had questions about my package and they were very helpful.

So I’ve had my meowant for about 4 days and it’s going great! My cat loves it, she took to it right away. She also enjoys watching it go through a cleaning cycle. I love that it was easy to set up and came with a pack of garbage bags and a pack of deodorizers for the collection bin. It is nice not having to scoop daily anymore, and I can definitely see how I’ll be saving on litter because it doesn’t require much! Happy cat mom!!

Came exactly as advertised with easy setup and all supplies included. I do have one cat who’s not quite secure with using it yet but the other two have already started using it within a few days. I will be a repeat customer!!! Only wish I could have afforded it earlier. Thank you for making this product and the coupon so I now have eliminated one chore a day!!

Received litter liners, but no litter box. No response from customer service, trying to get my money back.

Everything from assembling this box to making the chore of cat litter has been incredibly easy! I hate scooping litter and this is the first time I’ve been able to completely avoid touching anything gross. Watching the cats freak out and search for their poop was just a hilarious added bonus.

My SC02 unit broke while cleaning. I reached out to the company and just received an email from meowant agreeing to replace it at no extra cost to me. I can’t wait to receive my replacement since having this automatic litter box has made my life easier. I greatly appreciate Meowant’s customer service values and will continue to refer them.

My cat is a little chonky and he was a little scared of the tumbler at first, but he has been using it now for 2 days. It’s so convenient to be able to get messages to know he’s using it. It also weghs the cat. His vet put him on a diet and it’s much easier than having to pick him up and weigh him with me and then subtract my weight. I’m not sure how the accuracy of it is, but it’s pretty close.

The set up for the litter box was easy. The directions were clear and the app is very user friendly. I really like how quiet the litter box is when it self cleans. So far, I am very impressed.

So far so good, my cats love it and the app is working perfectly.

The two cons I have are: 1. I wish it had more room inside for my cats to comfortably go in. 2. I wish the holes for the litter to separate the poop/pee were smaller, they are too big and cause the pee clumps to break into small pieces and stay behind in the litter. Other than those two flaws I’m really enjoying the litterbox. My cats took to it surprisingly fast but of course with some hesitation.

Absolutely love this litter box! I do have 2 other ones that are different and I would say the one from Meowant is the best and ill be purchasing 2 more! ( i have a lot of cat’s ) between my 4 personal cats and all my Foster’s. They all used it right away, the opening is nice and large , it’s close to the ground so they feel comfortable walking in. I take care of other people’s cats who have the expensive litter robot and they always have issues . Meowant box is much cheaper and no issues! Wish I had purchased this forever ago!

It’s great I went from 4 litter boxes to 2. The only problem I had is it had a small malfunction and my cats were with out a box for a few hours before I noticed so I had cat poops outside the box but other than that it’s been great. It’s so easy to keep clean I have 5 cats so I ended uo buying another one to place in a different area to keep them happy. I have more room in my broom closet now.

I’m very excited about this purchase! The cats seemed to take to it right away and I wasn’t sure they would since they’re older. It’s smaller than I expected and as quiet as advertised. My only concern so far is my fancy-schmancy router doesn’t want to talk 2.4 Ghtz so I can’t use the app. I still might purchase a 2nd one if I can find a way to get to an outlet. Bathrooms are harder.

It arrived super fast. But it’s not cleaning the litter effectively. We even tried the clean steps clumping litter and it’s still making a mess. Hopefully we can figure out why soon.

Ordered the SC01 double set and only received 1 litterbox. ticket price is over 1000$. I should have gone with the litter robot for that price. It’s very fustrating that there is no way to contact customer service by phone, only through email and they aren’t available on weekends. Still waiting for a response. I will update my review if this issue is resolved.

Easy to order, quick delivery

We just got the Meowant sc-02 and my cat went right to it, she had no issues with accessing the litter box and using it from the start. Was also happy at how quickly it was delivered.

I haven’t used the robot yet but as far as delivery and ordering, it was very east process. I actually received it earlier than expected.

Makes life easier! I love not having to clean a litter box.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much was included in the box I assumed I’d have to purchase things separately but it came with everything! So far we are loving it!

Meowant is fabulous! It was exactly as advertised! I have tried several different electronic litter boxes and this one is easy to set up and use. It is also whisper quite compared to many others. My cat is so fascinated by it because it is so quiet. The packaging was super sturdy and arrived on time with great communication from vendor.
