This is a scam!

This is a scam! You think are are going to be paying $9 a month for the app but it is actually $55 a month, but that is no where disclosed. You will get charged $55 and they will refuse to refund your money even if you catch it right away. They say that you agreed to it, when in fact it is not even mentioned anywhere. Stay away from these thieves!! You can get all the exercises, etc. on the app for free on you tube. I’m going to file a claim through my bank for fraud. Hoping the bank will investigate this company and make them accountable.

Is this the biggest scam on the planet? The app continually tries to charge me, but all I want to do is cancel or delete my account. There’s no way to manage my account or reach customer service on the website or the app. How do I stop this madness?

Is there a ZERO STAR

Is there a ZERO STAR? I signed up for what I thought was chair Yoga for $9.95. Never got anything. the a month later, they charged me $55.xx. I never recd anything email at the beginning and nothing about the $55,xx charge either. ITS A SCAM!! How can I provide an order # when the only way I found out about thecharge was from checking my Paypal statement?

I would highly recommend

I would highly recommend, I found that some of the workouts I choose were easy, fun, and effective. I suffer from virtigo, so I was limted what my spells would allow me to do, so I did those I could. The app is easy to follow and keeps you interested. The communication with Lasta, was above and beyond. Responses were quick and honest. Zoe really sent me a very kind response after I had to relinquish my membership, just wasn’t worth it for me, because of my limitations. Thank you Zoe.

The app is easy to use and gives great exercise regimen. However, it did not provide the initial email right away and I had to contact customer service. William Miller helped promptly and got me squared away.

Log in problems

My name if Flora. I was so excited to get started on my new program but could not get logged into my account. I contacted customer service by email and within about an hour they responded with an email with a link and I was in my account within a matter of minutes. I am sure I am going to enjoy this.

Surprisingly impressed

First off, I love the app.It’s very effective very helpful very motivating, Customer service was extremely helpful any problems were resolved Right away with the help of Thomas Slavsky. I would definitely recommend this app to anybody trying to get in shape, so far it’s the best app I’ve used.

Multiple Duplicate Charges

After leaving a glowing review, I logged in to see my statement today, and I have been duplicated charged for the last couple of months since they fixed the last time. Do NOT do business with this company!!

Expensive

Very expensive! (€66, 31 per month). I tried to cancel the subscription, but it didn’t work the first time (6 januari 2025). I received a response saying I had used the wrong email address. The second time, it was easy.

We had a difficult time getting the Lasta app up and running. We were not receiving the confirmation email, despite several tries. We reached out, and it took a while to get a response. Finally, William Miller reached out and sent a special link we could use to get started. He was particularly helpful, and resolved our issue.

When trying to log into the app I experienced some issues so I sent an email stating I was having problems. The response was immediate, the instructions helped resolve my problem, and I even received an email back ensuring my problem was resolved. I was amazed at the customer service and help extended. Truly amazing.

“Deceptive Billing Practices and Unresponsive Customer Service”

Their business practices appear deceptive, and their misleading advertisements negatively impact consumers like myself. The advertisements failed to disclose a recurring $55 monthly charge following the initial $9.49 fee. By the time I became aware of this, I had already been charged $110 over two months. Customer service was neither sympathetic nor helpful and refused to issue any credit, despite the fact that I never used their services or even created an account. The real concern is how many others have fallen—and continue to fall—victim to these tactics.

I love all the tracking tools in one…

I love all the tracking tools in one and the custom plan. I have never used a fitness app before and I was so drawn to this one that I was willing to pay for it. Worth every penny. My motivation for fitness is growing again and I have missed that feeling.

Strong Start with Great Tech Support

I signed up for the 90 day program, but was having difficulty at the beginning getting into the app. Even on a weekend, I had a response from Billy Shepard with support within a couple hours, and they did troubleshooting with me until I was able to access the app. Now that I’m in, there are a ton of workouts and meal ideas. They also helped me cancel auto-renew immediately, but now I may keep it going seeing how helpful both the app and tech support are. Highly recommend!

I had a hiccup with a double charge, but Billy Shepard was quick to respond, very attentive to the details and considerate of my needs, having everything taken care of promptly.
