Liverpool, near central station. Ordered a wrap and some popcorn chicken, 20 minutes later asked how long it was going to be. The staff it’ll be done shortly. Didn’t give me a time frame. Ended up getting a refund and walking out. Absolutely ridiculous

They really know their job here in Georgia, their buckets are amazing, juicy and spicy how I like. Just would like to open the branch in my neighborhood, in Hualing shopping mall.

I work night shift so I use door dash.. Door dash I’m not sure why they have a opinion to select a delivery time cause it really doesn’t matter my order was no where near my time.. Anyways I ordered a 3 piece dinner with mash/ gravy all white meat 2 breast and a wing cause I absolutely hate dark meat.. What did I get 2 thighs and a leg in which I didn’t eat I tried couldn’t do it.. So it’s a night shift with no hot or good dinner thanks too door dash and well Kentucky Fried Chicken…

We just went to KFC in Tucker Ga and it was horrible. There were 3 girls in the back prepping Taco Bell orders for the drive thru and no one at the register for 10 mins. It looks as if the Mgr was standing on the floor talking slowly with an employee. When asked if anyone was going to take our order he pointed at his headphones and did not assist or send anyone to help. Please close this location, we have never had a good experience at this location and it has been awhile since we tried again. NEVER

Ordered a 8 piece on $10 n got a cold 6 piece on a Tuesday. It was a Tuesday special. Wasn’t compensated for the inconvenience or anything smh kfc on blackwood clementon rd fell off bad

Chicken is fresh and clean, when compared to other fried chicken shops.

I got the worst food today nothing was hot at all. My chicken didn’t even have the crispy skin on it literally fell off the chicken!!! Waste of 20 dollars

I’m surprised KFC is still in business! Once again KFC chicken disappoints. Poor quality and taste. Especially the “crispy”, which is actually wet and soggy.

Did not receive what i paid for..I visited Kfc South Park branch and I must say the customer service was horrible..upon entering there were two lines one lines one for card and one for cash.. so i joined the cash after almost reaching up to place my order they told everyone to make one ..so now instead of two person infront of me there were 6…after making my order there was a 10mins wait for original..I said no problem..20mins pass I still waiting..After a while the girl called my order, I collected I asked for a bag..she said we don’t have any..I had to walk with all of the boxes in my hand to my vehicle …Upon leaving South part to reach home to open my box there was not not any cruncher sandwich..well I couldn’t be more pissed..

Had a great experience having meal from kfc , the staff was quite cooperative and calm . Enjoyed having food there and the quality& taste of food was good .

We had an excellent experience because of their delicious food. It’s truly worth for money because of their excellent ambiance, hygienic food preparation and great aroma of food tempt us to enjoy a good with our family and friends in a great occasion.

If you ever want to go to KFC in Northern Ireland do not go to Magherafelt!! The way the staff interact with customers is absolutely appalling, even with children in the car. I will say the young staff at this store have always been polite and wanting to help but the older generation do not have any acknowledgment on how to handle customers. I would avoid this store at any cost ad I will never be handing over my hard earned cash to them again.
