I feel tricked, I only need a visa for a weeks stay in the Uk. On the Uk governement side this cost 10 pound. I paid more than 10 times this amount.

I’m not too happy as I applied for my Cambodia visa and my friends got their approval within about 4 days and mine is still pending and is due for approval after I fly into Cambodia. So not good

Im 78 yrs old. Finding the right web site was difficult and I spent nearly an hour doing the wrong one for my visit to see family. Once I found the right path, it was easy even for me.

Exorbitant processing fee. Doesn’t make it clear that going directly to the UK site has no processing fee.

The visa for India was easily expedited with IVisa! Took all the worry from me. They responded quickly whenever there was a question. Would recommend highly.

It was quick, but I’m surprised the digitized version of my passport was rejected…

I used this service as I believed it was the only way to obtain an ETA visa for the uk within 24hrs. How wrong I was, the airport in Melbourne would not accept it as being genuine. Whilst having a coffee I applied to the uk government website and obtained a genuine visa for $21.45, not the extortionate fee that ivisa charges. Definitely a ripoff.

Unfortunately it isn’t possible to cancel the application. A buyer has reflection period after purchase, right? I had to pay an extremely high amounth of money to Ivisa. And, I have to pay for the visa also. Via Nepal gov. site you only have to pay for the visa it self.

I found it difficult the first time. But it went well at last….

The website was easy to navigate and the directions were understandable.The directions were generally easy to follow.The only change I could suggest would be to provide a summary of photos that would be required before asking for the first photo. This would allow the applicant to gather all necessary photos before moving to that section of the application

I had a little trouble with the website when applying, but it was mostly me not being familiar with it. Also my credit card blocked the charge at first, with Americans that might happen more often, so you might add a notice warning about that. Also I did not receive notification, probably went to spam, but when I went on to look I was able to download it easily. THANKX

we are both in our eighties with limited computer savvy. Ivisa were very patient,understanding and helpful.

The site is user-friendly and one can certainly point out its advantages at the beginning, but!!! It should be made clear in the interest of fairness right at the beginning, as a matter of full disclosure, that the service can be obtained directly from the British government for a nominal cost.

Filling in the application forms were very easy and done in no time. Visa were delivered in 2 days time while were proposed to be delivered in 5 days.

this should be free as other web sites . This is a rip off website. Were also asking for extra money if application failed . Should report them to odisman .

As a frequent traveler to the US I have quite some experience with visa/ESTA requests and filling out all kinds of forms. I can only say that iVisa’s procedures are well explained, easy to understand and to follow through – even for elderly people who are not really familiar with electronic procedures (I’m 78 years old). The communication is clear and the results are delivered promptly.

It was very easy to fill out the documents and was confirmed wirhout Problems.But the fees for a gratis-form a much too high, I think…Nevertheless we are happy to have everything ready for the trip.

It was very easy to follow with step by step directions.

I was instructed to finalize my payment with a code received by e-mail .Instead of the six blind windows for the code, it started again to fill up the application! After 6 times and lots off chatting with KI, i cancelled everything iut of Frustration. Only then a real person helped and finally i got the Visas. I hope I will get a Storno for all the other payments which were all different!

Ease of Instructions, fast response.

User interface need to be simplified

When using a computer, you have a long wait-time; mine was 25 minutes. After you enter your information, it will not accept your photos. It continually says Try again. I diligently followed all the instructions. If you get that far, the system kicks you out, and you must start all over. I used the App, which was a bit easier. The only problem with that is you must use a newer iPhone. Once you complete all of the prompts, instead of paying $16.00 US, you are charged a $116.62 fee because you are using the App. The $116.62 fee is per individual, not per application. The following day, the system said it did not like the passport photo, and the application had to be resubmitted. I still have not be approved.

Lost the application half way through completing it.

I did not do due diligence when I used Google to locate the Singapore arrival card site. I simply chose the site that was listed in the first few links. As a result, I have paid iVisa for an arrival card that would have otherwise been completely free. As there is no guarantee that the iVisa document would be honored on arrival using the e-gate procedure, I applied for, and was granted, an arrival card from the Singapore government site.

At first it was hesitant but with the help of officers finally happy too

It’s probably not the companies fault? But there was certainly quite a “ rigormarol” to go through to obtain a UK Visa application. For those of us ( a high percentage of the population I would think!) who do not have a degree in digital communication, it is virtually impossible to work out. As a result our younger children had to do it for us. – yes we are lucky!

The downloaded app I had was one meltdown after another , you saved the day

We had some difficulties with this app especially pictures.

I got the ETA document quickly and was happy with it.
