It’s exactly as advertised and easy to put together. It’s very soft and cozy and my cats love it.

If I could enter zero stars I would! I ordered $165 worth of couch covers back in December 2024. When the products arrived, they were no near the quality and sizes advertised. When I contacted the company support section, they were extremely reluctant to provide a refund. After considerable communications back and forth, they finally provided me instructions to return the items for a refund. UPS confirms the package was delivered to the designated address on 22 January 2025. I have requested a status follow-up, but am being ghosted! Do not even consider doing business with this company.

I sent an email to return the item it came too late and it was not assembled and I can’t assemble it and I would like a label to return this it has been unopened

Purchased a $100 bed for my dog in October 2024. The stitching is fraying causing a hole on the seam of the bed. I have contacted Funny Fuzzy going back and forth with pictures and an explanation and they keep emailing me back I’m past the 30 day warranty. They refuse to honor the fact that the tear is from poor workmanship and will not replace the cover of the bed. I’ll be writing a few more reviews and reporting Funny Fuzzy to the better business bureau

My cat is only 6.5 lbs and it is too small for her

Smaller than anticipated based on description and pictures for my giant breed dog. Package was torn and damaged and partially open with product exposed. Not happy for amount paid.

Arrived as indicated. Product description and quality is excellent. I was very happy and pleased with my purchase from this company. I was scammed once but thank goodness this one came through.

We bought our 70 lb dog a bed from Funny Fuzzy in November, 2025. It arrived early December and we liked the quality of the product. But we had ordered an XL and received, clearly, a medium. I packed it up, sent it back to exchange. Nothing from them December, January or February. I’ve e mailed to which i received a response for proof of return. I provided the return receipt and picture of the mailing label. They said a reply would come shortly from the return department. It is now mid March and nothing. I have copies of my emails and their responses and I still e mail them. Reported the company to the BBB. Don’t buy from Funny Fuzzy.

The coverings are great quality and very soft.

This bed was not as advertised. It was not as thick “not 10 inches “ in height as advertised. I ordered XL and it was not. Not happy with product at all.

These are nice furniture throws but definitely not the color pictured. I’ll keep, it’ll work for me. Promot shipping as well.

For 160.00 this bed is a joke ! Poor quality and way to small for my Golden Retriever and I bought the largest size XL . This was recommended by the size guide provided . What a waste of money. Not happy at all with this product.

Great and fast

The back covers were simply squares… they do not stay in place. The chaise cover does not have a notch to make it the shape of the cushion.Basically these arejust clothes not very fitted to stay in place. Very expensive for different sizes of squares.

I like what I received, however I’m not sure how a dog would use the pillow for spine support. Love the flower pillows. The dog has back leg paralysis and curved spine due to being folded over for 2 years.

Received product but wrong item and too small! Trying to return

Product was just as shown. Good quality and perfect size. A bit disappointed the shipping took 4 weeks. I contacted the company and got a quick response. Would definitely purchase again from this company.

While the material of this bed was fantastic the sides don’t seem to hold up very well. The sides aren’t as sturdy as they should be.

Your product pictures are deceiving.

If I could give this company no stars I would. I have been emailing for days to return an item and they have not provided me with a return address. Just discounts for something that is not suitable. Very bad business and I wish I’d read the reviews before choosing this company Steer clear!

The product you advertise looks nothing like the product that was delivered. In the images you use to show the product you can tell that the filling of the bed is dense and thick, providing real cushioning. The actual product that was delivered is limp, thin in cushioning and provides next to no support. False advertising.

cheap product, not worth the money

Not worth the priceThey do not ship within 3 days as the website and confirmation emails state it was 8 days before it was posted and then weeks to arrive. Terrible packaging. Upgraded the dog seat belt but there is no way of connecting it through the seat without cutting a hole in the bottom. Does not secure to the car. It does look nice but it’s not worth the price tag. Much cheaper options available with better saftey features. Save your money and shop somewhere else

Super soft and our whippet jumped right on it. I’d say it’s a hit!

Love the product, wasn’t too sure I would like it after opening, but I do. I didn’t realize that they were fuzzy. That was a surprise, but I should’ve known from the company name! Packaging was very secure. The only thing that I didn’t like was that I ordered two of one size and one of another size, but when I looked on the label, they were all the same size.

I ordered a large, by the picture shown on your site it should have been oversized for my 7 pound dog. It is not! It’s extremely small. I think 79 dollars for a tiny dog bed is a bit ridiculous. Very disappointed.

This was not a large dog bed at all. I am shipping it back. It is way too small.

By the website it’s not clear where it comes from, if i want not to by from extra UE countries, i’ll discover it comes fro china only by the expetition tracking. i have nothing againts china product, but it should be clear at the beginning. Product it’s fine but not puffy (dog bed) as pics.

There was no way I could get the cover to fit over the foam. It was very frustrating.

Long delivery and feel not good quality for the price. Get impression a UK company but goods shipped from abroad.

I Can’t believe that you would try to pass that off on me as a couch. Cover, it barely fits. A chair Seat , I waited. A month and a Half for this. And never been So disappointed and now I’ve got to wait 30 more days to get my money back.I don’t think so!

Although Funny Fuzzy products are good their customer service is poor. After several communications l am still waiting for an address to return one of their products. Why is it so difficult to be able to return goods

The picture that you show and the little steps that I got. I could never let my Chihuahua go on, let alone, uh, bull mastiff. It’s made out of cardboard. It’s cheap wish I wouldn’t have bought it.

The color and material is great the stuffing to go in arms and back are a little light on material it’s not firm in there

Avoid. Do not purchase. They keep your money and don’t refund when you return the items. They shuffle emails back and forth saying they understand and are processing the matter…what’s to process ?! I returned the items. Refund me.products are sh!t too. Fraudulent company

Sent to the wrong shipping adress even after submitted wrong adresss.

Two months for a delivery is not good enough.

Still havent received the majority of my items. Shipping is at the speed of slug. Recieved one portion of muliple orders and the dog toy lasted literally 30 seconds in my 10 month old puppies mouth before it was shredded with stuffing everywhere. Lame.

This was way too small and looked nothing like was shown in pictures. Not only was it too small but looks like it is a flat pad. Taken once again, thanks Facebook

This bed is very nice! Big enough for my female Cane Corso (2XL)All my dogs love it! Especially my little Yorkie Jill, She snatched the xtra free dog toy!

The shipment took quite some time to arrive but happy with the new dog travelling bag, the towel which I bought as an add-on because of an extra discount will just about dry my pug’s face – more the size of a washcloth, but happy enough with my purchases

I’ve received emails saying my parcel has been delivered but it has NOT been delivered. I ordered it weeks ago. Very concerning.

Have order a dog suit. Came in a different size and when I asked to change the size, they replied only that at my expense after sending it to England. And the company is French. Mockery. Sending back costs more than the suit. Ari this shipment at their own expense company does not provide even taking into account that it is out of error. Never again.

Dog beds nice. Little smaller than I expected for “large”. Shipping takes a long long time

I ordered two beds for my dogs that cost over $130. The material was so stiff. I asked them to return the beds. It took them a long time to answer the first time I requested a return/tefund -when they did finally answer they asked for pictures. I sent the pictures and they have ghosted me for weeks now. I have never in my 61 years ever written a negative review but I felt I had to this time. Do not buy anything from this company. They do not stand by their products and they have terrible customer service.

I completely agree with these reviews. I tried a simple return per their policy and they have done everything they can to get me to abandon my efforts or forget. I’m over 2mo into it with no hope in sight. First, they tried to offer 20% back to keep the items, then 40%. Then they couldn’t tell me where to mail it or whether the address was in the United States. They purposely delay in returning emails and wait for you to iniatite contact. Once they do contact you then they ask non-essential questions and make request intended to defer the process. I returned the order over 2 weeks ago and now they claim they need a tracking number which was provided 2 weeks earlier and proof of postage before they will verify receipt.I have no confidence I’ll get my $175 refund. If I do then I’ll update this review. It’s a total scam! They are disreptable.

Asked for the return address many times and they just kept on offering me partial refund and would not send me the address for returns.

Ordered, paid, order confirmed … and then you wait, and wait and wait. and at some point you start writing (as they have no phone number (!) to the customer service address, and get delivery failures to sent emails , but you do well receive from same email address spamming adverting emails (!?!!?). So i went through my PayPal to complaint about the transaction, and finally got a standard “please wait more, you ordered the most ordered product, it takes a bit longer” standard marketing message. After another week of ping pong, i asked for the cancellation and refund and then suddently they wrote me outside PayPal again to ask to cancel the complaint to be able to refund (stating a lie on email that it was not possible otherwise). Luckily i called with PayPal and they confirmed to NOT CANCEL the complaint and insist via PayPal for the resolution of the topic. So beware, they take your money, reject all your emails and even when they say they want to reimburse, they still try to scam you. Pure fraud.

Do not buy from this company, in the UK it’s been forced to be liquidated – due to owing people 2.1 million globally for failing to deliver good standard goods or refunds. Ref: gov.uk

I ordered a car seat last November that was over 130 dollars, it never arrived. They sent me a picture with a random person carrying a package outside the main gate in my street. I wasted 2 months sending emails with the customer service team, took days to reply that they were working with my order but never resolved anything. Never got a my money back. No telephone to contact the company so I just lost my money.

Ordered a bed 6 weeks ago and nothing just numerous emails asking for another 72 hours to resolve. Ordered a bed 6 weeks ago and no sign of it. Will be forcing a refund and going legal if not resolved.
