Phenomenal wheels at a fantastic price! This was my first set of carbon wheels and the FFWD website and customer service is top notch. There is a vast amount of information for each product to allow for comparisons. Build quality is fantastic and look amazing! The wheels literally arrived the following business day!I would like to specifically recognize Jon who went out of his way to answer all of my questions and gave me great advice based on his experience riding the RYOT 55 which is the size I purchased. Jon immediately responded to my original inquiry even though it was not during normal business hours. I am extremely pleased with my wheels and the entire experience was terrific. I highly recommend FFWD for your wheelset needs!

A beautiful RAW 55 gloss wheelset, it looks even better in person. Came in padded carrying bag inside the box and in about 4 days after placing the order around Christmas time. I will be using it on a custom built. Once I put 500 miles on these wheels, I will be happy to write a review…

I purchased RYOT44 wheels with decals and am delighted with the product and the customer service that FFWD provided from their US offices. My order was processed quickly and the in-stock wheels were shipped out the next day. When the wheels arrived (the decals were shipped separately), I saw that UPS had torn part of the packing box and that rip extended to the bubble wrap inside. Fortunately, the wheels were sitting inside a very sturdy carrying case and there was no visible evidence of damage to the rim, spokes or hub. Nevertheless, when I mounted the rear wheel, I saw there was slight side-to-side wobble (the rear wheel was closest to the side of the box that was damaged). I contacted FFWD’s Customer Service and they could not have been more responsive. They told me that I could take the wheel to my local shop and have it trued and they would refund me the cost for that. I did so and within minutes of my emailing them the receipt from the shop, they issued a credit to my credit card account so all is good.The wheels feel fast on the road and the DT Swiss 240 freehub is quieter than the stock freehub. Overall, I’m very pleased with RYOT wheels and the way FFWD does business. The fact that FFWD provides full specs and detailed product datasheets on their website is also a plus in terms of confidence about their products.

Your site had great descriptions of each of the wheels and I was able to make an informed decision.

First, website is extremely easy to navigate. Second, ever time I visited the site, someone was there to chat and answer my questions right away. Third, when I decided to buy a set of wheels, the selection process, the delivery process, and payment process were all very easy to do. Can’t wait to put the wheels on my bike ad start riding.

The sale price for the wheels I wanted was good, ordering was easy, shipping was quick, the bag they come with is really nice. The wheels, the Ryot 44 are a great wheel, looks are good, responsive to acceleration and my big ass is being handled just fine by these. Should provide great riding pleasure while I’m pounding miles out to grind off the weight. The fact that they have crash replacement is great too, although I hope to not have to use that.

Very badly designed e-Commerce site. After choosing the Paypal option, the site still demanded that I manually input name, address, etc. Very confusing and I tried to switch to CC. It then charged both Paypal and the CC, eventually reversing the Paypal charge. My advice is to get another team/contractor to redesign the web-site.

Everything was great, but when I took the wheels out of the box and gave them a spin, I noticed both had a significant lateral wobble. I had to take it upon myself to get them true again. Other than that, I’m very satisfied.

The customer service is fantastic (not sure there is a better way to describe this). I had some issues with UPS delivering my package, and FFW worked it out right away.

Excellent Wheels! Excellent experience so far. Replaced my Zipp 404 Firecrest with Ryot 55s and i love them! Weight was exactly 1632grams with tape and valves. Easy install. Setup tubeless with Pirelli PZero Race TLRs using on one tire lever. Holds air better than the Zipps for sure. Rides and accelerates great. DT swiss 240 exp hubs are a little louder than expected but a little more special grease will help. And this wheelset is BEAUTIFUL especially with the sun shinning directly on them.

I needed a quality wheelset with a shorter rim depth than my WTO 60’s due to the Texas winds. After days of back and forth with Jay…we decided on the F4r FCC 45mm wheelset. First thing…they are awesome looking! Second…the come ready to install your TLR tires with rim strips and valve stems already installed! My impression on the first ride started off mixed…because well…I was expecting unrealistic improvement because I was so excited about the wheels…I mean they are a quality set of mid-height wheels not extra power in my legs or fitness!! haha I really noticed a difference riding across an uneven wooden bridge on my loop. They seem to absorb the bumps noticeably better then my Campy wheels. The real test came when I turned crosswind…instead of feeling my bars pull because of the wind…I felt nothing…they tracked in the crosswind very well. When I turned into the wind…they held speed and were very stable. These are outstanding all around wheels. I am able to roll 20+ and keep the speed up. I originally bought these wheels for windy days, but these F4r FCC wheels are going to be my daily riders! After 200 miles…I am very happy with my purchase. Definitely worth the couple hundred dollars more than the Taiwanese or Chinese wheels for starters…just the hubs! High quality for sure!! Now consider the spokes and rims and it’s a no brainer! FFWD for the win!!!

The delivery was very fast. The wheels shipped from California to Montreal in 24 hours cleraing customs. They arrived via DHL EXPRESS, they were very well packaged and protected. The box came in with no dents or gauges. I have ridden the wheels 500km and they ride like a dream in cross-winds.

Awesome website with very details of products. I purchased the Raw 44. The process and research is all there. Very well layout and easy to understand. I accidentally got the SRAM 10/11 spd hub, emailed FFWD of needing SRAM XDR hub. FFWD replied and sent the proper hub overnight with return label for exchange hub. This and all the emails received is the details to customer support you get. My main reason I went with this company. Thanks

Outstanding products, and customer service

Chat/customer service was great, order arrived on time. The RYOT 55 240 EXP wheels are beautiful and fast. Installed on Pinarello F5. Rode them first time today along Atlantic Ocean beach (Long Island) with a fair amount of crosswind. Performed way better than expected. Very pleased so far. If you’re considering FFWD, go for it, you won’t be disappointed.

Totally love the new wheels, faster than my 8-year-old set of Roval wheels on my 2019 S-Works Tarmac. Price was excellent, package arrived -w- the new FFWD wheels packed in a paddy wheel bag wrapped in bubble wrap, in a heavy-duty box. Who could ask for more.
