Ticket purchasing processes was…

Ticket purchasing processes was brilliant, however we unfortunately missed our time slot. When we arrived late at the War of the Worlds venue the duty manager told us that in ‘normal’ circumstances they would transfer the tickets to a later time, however on this occasion they were full and could not accommodate us. She suggested that we either wait to see if there was a no show, or contact the Fever office to ask to transfer the tickets to another time/day. We decided on the latter but customer services told me that this was not possible (in accordance with their TC’s & C’s). So it seems different rules apply and perhaps if we’d stayed afterall we may have had a chance of entry! Feel quite disappointed here.

Worse customer service ever

I have contacted Fever customer service several time to cancel some tickets, spoke to different people either via the chat or email and everyone tells you something different .At some point a customer service rep has confirmed that I could have either a refund or credit on my account. As there weren’t any concerts available close by within the 60 days period of the validity of the vouchers I have opted for refund.I replied immediately, and requested a refund.However I was denied the refund on the basis that I didn’t have insurance on the tickets.Without an official request they still went ahead and cancelled the original tickets back in October for a show in Dec, and issued vouchers, 60 days validation. Now contacted through the chat, customer service again, and I was told that the vouchers expired almost 4 months ago, and I was promised an extension on the tickets and confirmation via email. Someone emails back saying the request has been denied.Customer service is completely useless and the emails are based on a Copy & Paste script, not really answering your questions or addressing their mistakes. I will be opening a chargeback with my bank.They have replied below asking to contact customer satisfaction, you are just as bad as the customer service I have being dealing with for months! No reply from customer satisfaction either. Waste of time.

Great evening

We had a great evening, at The botanical gardens, watching the candlelight concert. The surroundings were beautifully lit. The orchestra was amazing. We had a great time, and would recommend it to everyone.

Helpful friendly staff and place is under estimated! Waffles at the end delicious and very very pricey at £12.95 each but believe me was worth every yummy bite! Props in selfie room very ropey! Adults may get head stuck on table no huma legs prop! Bath is very squeaky due to ducks and swing sounds like and feels very insecure! Son told to not sit on swing for long as looked like it would give way! All in all very sensory orientated place ideal for SEN adults and kids alike! Ball pit quite deep though and very hard work!

We were jipped $90!!!

We never got the chance to use a gift card we bought because we had a baby last year. I was trying to use the card to surprise my husband with a date, and they denied my request to reactivate that card, effectively KEEPING $90.

Unreliable service/website with…

Unreliable service/website with terrible customer service. Purchased tickets for 3/7/25 and received confirmation. After closer observation, noticed ticket date of event was 7/3/25. Figured I made a mistake and misread the date of the event. No big deal since I was willing to see the event on the date that was listed on my confirmation email. On 3/6/25, received a reminder email that the date of the event was 3/7/25. I had already made other plans that I couldn’t back out of and emailed customer service explaining the error in their emails and asked for either a refund, tickets for a different date, or at least a credit, figuring they still get their money. Zero help from customer service. Said my only option was to give the tickets to someone else. Do not recommend this website unless they fix the glitches with the dates.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The website clearly states that ticket changes are available up to 48 hours in advance. I caught a really bad flu and cannot make the showtime. I emailed them letting them know I was on my way to the hospital and needed to change the date to next weekend. They repeatedly refused staying that they do not offer refunds under any condition. I NEVER asked for a refund. I own 4 businesses. It’s incredibly unfortunate that businesses do not understand the importance of customer service. Customers are the ONLY reason you have a business. I have no control over getting the flu. For you to not honor the statement on your website is a severe grievance to your customers. I bought these tickets as a Valentine’s gift to my daughter and son in law and they turned this experience into a nightmare.

Be careful before buying tickets! We waited over 30 minutes for our go at the titanic experience as it was running very late. Had to leave in the end as had other plans! Staff at the venue said we needed to contact fever to get a refund. However fever refused. Apparently they don’t give refunds under any circumstances!!!

The DaVinci immersive experience was very unique & exciting! Fun & educational!!Highly recommend! I don’t recommend it to anyone who has seizures as there are a lot of flashing lights. I’m an RN so use your judgement!

Inflexible Approach and Poor Customer Service!

We live many miles from our son and daughter in law and decided to have a Fever weekend on one of our rare visits. We bought 4 tickets for the Titanic Experience on the Saturday, we also booked 4 more tickets for the Tutankhamun Experience on the Sunday.Sadly our babysitter had to pull out at short notice so we asked to change the time on two of the tickets to 1 hour later, so we could take our granddaughter and look after her whilst we attended the performance two by two. Fever said all tickets wer non changeable, but offered to cancel down the original tickets and provide a voucher allowing us to rebook to suit. Even though I explained what we needed to do, on receiving the voucher it became clear we could only book 4 tickets for use at the same performance, so negating the ability to go to this event. A further call requesting two vouchers for half the total to be swapped for the original voucher, so we could all attend, was met with a categorical ‘NO’ and we were advise ‘hard luck’.Very disappointed in this inflexible approach, none of the performances were anywhere near full. Thanks for ruining our weekend.

DISCRIMINATION RACISM ARROGANCE DENIED ENTRY AT FABRIK JUST FOR SPEAKING PORTUGUESE!

My husband and I PURCHASED TICKETS IN ADVANCE for SARA LANDRY’s event (March 1st) and traveled 600 KM (PORTO–madrid) exclusively to attend. When we arrived, we greeted the doorman in Portuguese – after all, we are Portuguese, and language should not be a barrier in a welcoming environment.THE MOMENT WE SPOKE PORTUGUESE, THE SECURITY GUARD IMMEDIATELY SAID WE COULD NOT ENTER. Without any reasonable explanation, he denied us entry in an AUTHORITARIAN AND DISRESPECTFUL MANNER, with an ARROGANT AND INTIMIDATING ATTITUDE. We tried to ask for a reason, explaining that we had traveled 600 KM just for this event, but the only response we received was a firm and unjustified refusal.OUR PRESENCE WAS DENIED SOLELY BECAUSE WE SPOKE OUR LANGUAGE!!!!!The security guard remained inflexible, backed by a group of other guards, clearly feeling comfortable in his EXCLUSIVE AND HOSTILE STANCE. The experience was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and made us feel like victims of RACISM, DISCRIMINATION, PREJUDICE, AND A LACK OF INTELLIGENCE.As a result, WE HAD TO RETURN HOME, A TOTAL OF 1200 KM FOR NOTHING. NEVER AGAIN, MADRID! NEVER AGAIN, FABRIK!!!!!!!!!It is unacceptable that, at an international event in a space meant to celebrate culture and diversity, such disgraceful behavior is tolerated. I sincerely hope the organizers reconsider how they treat their customers so that no other traveler has to endure the same DISRESPECT.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! Zero customer service. When buying tickets, hope nothing unforeseen arises, because you will be out the money. I asked for help and received a big middle finger from Fever. NEVER AGAIN! Would not recommend. Get tickets anywhere else you can.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would! I purchased a Titanic experience & wanted 4 tickets. So I booked the group booking. Unbeknown that the system automatically added 1 single ticket also. So I ended up with 5 tickets. I requested a refund of the single ticket but they tell me they don’t do refunds. Only credits. So I request a credit of said single ticket. Stating very clearly in my email that it was only for 1 ticket as I wanted to keep the 4 that I wanted. They go ahead without any further communication & cancel the entire order & issue credit which I have 60 days to use or I loose my money. Frustrated I immediately re-purchase the 4 tickets as they are limited. Then try to purchase a movie ticket with the balance of my credit so I’m not losing money. Nope that has now been wiped. They didn’t tell me I had to use the entire voucher in 1 transaction. So why did I even bother trying with the credit in the first place. I will never use this company again. Their communication & policies are terrible & im left out of pocket whilst they pocket my money on an additional ticket their system automatically added. Then after complaining & asking that my matter be escalated to a manager, they agreed to credit me back the $39. However, let’s face it, their system was adding the additional ticket so it should have been refunded. I have now been able to buy a Village movie ticket with the $39 credit BUT it must be used by 30th June this year. So annoyed with this company. I don’t have $39 to waste on a movies & they need to admit the error of their site adding tickets. Never again!!

I purchased tickets to a Fever event in Dallas and had a family emergency so was not able to attend the schedule ticket time. I did reached out to see if I could reschedule to which Fever said they have strict Terms and Conditions that do not allow for changes, modifications or refunds from moment of purchase! Be aware of this and their rigidity or lack of flexibility with understanding life circumstances. They just want the money and I would recommend not using them unless you know you can attend or are willing to eat the $100+ cost of tickets! The app is not user friendly!

Company is run like absolute garbage

Company is run like absolute garbage. Horrible experience from this company. We ordered tickets on Jan 31st 2025 from their site for the NJ Bubble Experience in the American Dream Mall. Accidentally selected the wrong location, reached out to Fever on Feb 1st 2025 in the morning, not even 18hrs after the mistake called Fever to help and they referred us to their email correspondence. We paid $182.20, Fever’s answer was they do NOT change or refund tickets. So we had to buy another set of tickets for the correct location. An honest mistake, not too long of a time to fix it, not even a day and their answer, well sorry, we are taking your money and that’s that. Do not give Fever any of your hard earned money. Experience is small and overpriced.

WW2 bomb in Paris and you can’t refund?

Unfortunately no flexibility and refund offered following a special event like a 2nd world war bomb in Paris ! It’s a shame I booked this activity through Fever because it was the first and will be the last!

Do NOT book through Fever

Zero consideration for the circumstances or situation around why I tried asking for my ticket time of the event to be changed. Fevers system froze at time of payment, refreshed, changed my selected time and then told me bad luck there was nothing they could do. I did not ask for my money back but simply wanted my original time that I had selected to be changed on my ticket. My experience leaves me feeling like this company is after only one thing, money and does not care about its customers experience. I would recommend NOT to book through this site.

Disappointed

Was rather disappointed with the Monet experience. It was a small place and we completed it in an hour. Could have expanded the show with virtual reality or other activities.Went for the Van Gogh and I was very impressed with it hence I decided to go for this Monet but it was nowhere close.

Want Old Vegas? This Is A MUST SEE Show.

This show WOWED me the entire time. Varied, talented acts that had you applauding & hooting/hollering during the entire show. An perhaps the biggest star of the show was the venue itself. It brought back memories of “old Vegas” for me. Two bars, not a bad seat in the house and the show’s stars are willing to take pics with you after the show. VERY reasonably priced as well.

Went to Dopamine Land in DC, bought tx a day or two before. Also purchased tx for the oxygen bar.Upon arriving, the oxygen bar was closed/broken. The staff member said we would be refunded the $48. However when I reached out to Fever, they refused to refund. A voucher was offered instead. This is not great customer service – feels like fraud as well.The exhibit itself – was great for the kids, they loved it. But it felt shabby and dirty and cheap. Kids loved it though!

Concert was great

Concert was great, musicians were great, musical choice was great. Only issue was seating arrangements, in that you pay a little extra for not much better. The sides and wings, plus balcony, were all in the same price range – with no real benefit to pay more for one section. In fact, the balcony would probably have been better since so few folks sat in it. But sit in the seats in the middle and you had more legroom and were actual chairs, not wooden benches.

Amazing and intimate experience at a candlelight concert inspired by the music of Bridgerton. The venue and setting was spectacular and we really enjoyed being so close to the musicians. We would definitely attend more of the same type of event, it was really well put on by the staff there.

We booked Art of the Brick in…

We booked Art of the Brick in Washington, D.C. for Saturday 3/9 at 9am. We found out that we had to go out of town last minute to take care of some estate things for my mother in law, who recently passed away. The window to change the date/time of your experience was 48 hours. We reached out just within the 48 hours – 86 minutes into the window (1026am on Thursday). We reached out and received multiple emails – each one shutting down our request to just change the date/time in a very unfriendly way. Money has become very tight as we have taken on my mother in law’s expenses so not sure if we will be able to budget another $160 for our family to go. Big disappointment to not feel valued as a customer and that Feverup couldn’t work with us to come up with a solution. The customer service we received via the email exchange was really poor and very negative. We wanted to share this experience so that others don’t get into this situation and feel really undervalued as a customer. Thanks, Vicki

Ticket problem

From the 1st phone call till the last email all personal were very helpful. Navigating me through their website ( I’m not computer savvy) till fixing the mistake on my email address ( it was one digit off) my problem was fixed within a 3 hr window and this was done all after 9pm PNW. So now my birthday weekend celebration is on!!!

I bought Odeon tickets on their website…

I bought Odeon tickets on their website with an expiration date of November 30th 2025, when trying to use these tickets on the Odeon website it said they do not exist. Used the live chat to try and resolve the issue and got a generic ‘wait for an email’ which wasn’t acceptable as I was using these tickets that evening. Anyway I thought I would chance calling Odeon directly to see if there was anything they could do. The person I spoke to said the tickets expired in January and he extended the time limit to November like they were supposed to be. So Fever sell you tickets with incorrect expiration dates and still to this day never even emailed me. I deffo will not be using them again!

No sympathy

I purchased tickets for Coldplay Candlelight Concert, with flexible cancellation added.My husband has Alzheimers with Lewy Body Dementia and started taking a down turn yesterday. I tried to cancel the tickets at 8 am (concert is at 8:45 tomorrow night) and thought it was still within the 48 hour time frame. No, can’t refund tickets, no sympathy, no exceptions. So sad. Will not buy tickets through Fever again.

Absolutely shocking!

Absolutely shocking!! We booked in November for an event in March, only to be told a week before the event our tickets had been cancelled. Not the event, just our tickets and now the tickets are double the price. They had obviously overbooked the cheaper seats or hadn’t sold enough higher priced seats. After contacting te company, they told us all tickets had been cancelled but (miraculously) all been rebooked three days later. I’ve asked four times to be passed to a manager or complaints department and each time fobbed off or ignored.

Im not allowed to attend the event I paid for…

Im currently having a really hard time in Sydney. Broke up with a boyfriend and lost my job so I booked an event to meet strangers so I wasn’t so lonely. I filled out the form and haven’t been sent anything since. I paid 25$ for this event and now they are saying I didn’t fill the form In time and I am no longer able to go and my tickets are non refundable. So now I am just 25$ with nothing to show. Awful experience. Very unhelpful via email

Still no contact or refund…

After receiving a reply from Fever on an initial Trustpilot review with a new email address to contact, I reached out immediately. However, I am still waiting for a response.It has now been 5 days since my initial complaint with Fever, and there is still no refund or resolution. The lack of accountability and communication is extremely disappointing, and based on other reviews, it seems this is a common issue with Fever.At this point, it’s clear they don’t prioritize customer satisfaction just selling tickets with no aftercare. Avoid booking with them if you expect any level of customer service.All I would like is a refund and someone to acknowledge what happened was not ok and I really don’t think I’m asking for too much

I visited the dinosaur exhibition and found it extremely well presented. The exhibits were huge, and must have taken weeks to put together and dismantle. Well done to the engineers. Also the interactive area for kids was a great success.

What a great Cold Play venue at the Ritz Carlton Dana Point, Ca. Very well organized and the evening was very special and romantic. We can’t wait for the Beatles venue coming up…. We highly recommend using Fever Entertainment…. Thank you!

Well spoken thieves!!

Fevers website made a mistake and withdrew a purchase 2x. At the event the staff apologized when this was brought to light, but was unable to refund. Instead they assurred that it was their mistake and gave a name and an email to write to customer service that would refund, with no problem. However after contacting customer service, it was made clear that it was not fevers mistake, and that we had been misinformed and that it was our responsibility to have reported this issue on the same day, although it was only when the bank contacted, we were able to notice the error commited by fever. Way to steal money from people and refuse to take accountability, excusing with a policy flag.
