Your meals can be tasty however what is shown in your advertisement and what actually arrived are not at all the same.The vegetables are over cooked and minced beyond recognition. The quantity is half of what’s shown in your ads. I was disappointed.

1. I have to cut the trays in half so I can cook the vegetables separately to keep from over cooking them.2. Your beef meals are very expensive and I prefer beef. 3. The directions are in very small print.4. I think you need to be less creative and more practical, most of the chicken taste the same anyway.5. Add more vegetables less butter and oils.

We have had factor before and this order was not good at all. Out of 8 meals, only 3 were decent. The green beans were not cooked correctly and the entree was less than satisfactory. The flavor was just not there. The sauce containers were almost impossible to open and not enough sauce included.

As someone who has tried multiple meal delivery options, including those involving prep, I was skeptical about microwaving my dinners. Factor has exceeded each of my expectations. Im pleasantly surprised. The food is fabulous. My boyfriend likes the meals better than any meal deliveries we’ve tried. The portions are nice and healthy, the options are plentiful. The price is perfect. My household gets super chaotic from Feb-May, and I don’t know what we would’ve done without Factor. Godsend.

I usually cook the meals 3 minutes because a couple of times the food wasn’t hot enough after 2 minutes. The vegetables have always been good – the flavor is great and they’re usually crispy-tender. I also like the variety of menus offered – calorie smart, protein, vegetarian, etc. The price of the meals has gotten a bit higher than in the beginning, so I skip ordering about every third week. Overall, however, it’s good food and I’ve enjoyed almost every meal I’ve ordered.

They make pausing your orders very, very easy. I do wish I could afford to continue straight through and never pause though.

Great meals!! It’s often difficult to peel back the film on top. I usually have to cut it open.

I love the meals I just wish there was a bit more food per meal. It just seems small when your paying 180 for a week of food

Factor meals are delicious and varied. Delivery is reliable after the initial problem was resolved. Customer Service is accessible and knowledgeable and English-speaking with only one exception so far.

Meals have a nice variety and are good portion size.

AWESOME quality of meats!! No tendons or gristle, never worry! Recipes are delicious and always fresh. I even freeze extras “for later”.

Auto renewed my delivery when I checked no, also the meals taste like cardboard and Styrofoam having no flavor at all, you’d be better off at making meals at home, even if you are trying to eat healthy just look up videos of recipes

I love most of the chicken dinners. Not a fan of the ground meat meals. Salt content is a bit high. Directions are too small read. I love the service!

Enjoy the ease & meal selections. Food relatively good; however, since the meals are fresh & not frozen, delivery makes a mess of the meals. Several incidents of holes in Ice packets, covers on meal boxes wet inside, seals on meals not always in tact. Food is jostled around so much appearance is unappealing. Factor customer service has credited the issues. Not a fault of Factor BUT frozen meals -vs- fresh might help to avoid these issues.

Most of the dishes are tasty .!The broccoli and green beans are undercooked . You forgot to send me the free snacks that I ordered . Overall the program suits my needs.

Several meals damaged when received

Would love.-To have more Veggie options i.e. leafy greens, carrots, brussel sprouts, asparagus, etc.-Substantial veggie portions and more medleys rather than just single veggies.-healthier Alternatives to seed/palm oils.-More wholesome ingredients. Less preservatives, gums, etc.

Not having to think about what to cook has been great. Pre-made meals that include vegetables works well. I would be happy with 2xs the vegetables. I am amazed that I like the cauliflower rice. I prefer the piece of meat or fish with vegetables. I’m able to grab a meal and go out the door to work.

It seems to be working as my lean and green dinner.

It’s very difficult to communicate with the company or make any changes.

Perfect for single person who doesn’t like cooking now

What I disliked was that I put my order on hold for the upcoming week. Then my credit card was billed. Did a chat and was first told they saw my hold but I didn’t get it in on time. I did in the afternoon (Eastern time) and had until 1:00 am pacific time. Then we were told they didn’t see the hold? From there my husband asked for a manager and she claimed she would credit our account as a one time courtesy. I was given a favor when I processed properly.

Absolutely every meal I’ve had has been delicious and perfectly portioned.

The meals are terrific. The instructions are very hard to read on the majority of the meals. The font is way to little when there is room to enlarge it significantly!!FedEx has a difficult time delivery in a timely manner and I worry about what it will be like when it is near 100° outside.

Food good. Too much broccoli

Received only 2 of the 10 items I ordered. The other 8 were random meals that I would have never selected for myself.

Food is good and an appropriate portion. I wish there was more variety in meats. There is alot of chicken dinners. I like the green beans but the broccoli gets a bit soft. Wish for more zucchini.

I love the convenience of Factor Meals. The food is good and is very easy to prepare. Orders are shipped as expected and meals arrive in refrigerated boxes. Communication is spot on. Ordering is simple. In fact, Factor has made mealtime simple, healthy and convenient.

It has been great with the exception of a few damaged meals that were probably damaged when packed. The exterior boxes were in perfect condition. I was reimbursed, but it is still a hassle.

The food is good. However, occasionally the servings of vegetables are very small. Also, the green beans are sometimes stringy.

Overall very satisfied with the effort put into the app, orders, and deliveries themselves. My only issue is that sometimes meals are not sealed properly, prompting me to need to eat them quickly before they spoil.

I did not place an order! The app has ‘preselected’ meals which I deselected. I was NOT ready to order. I get a notice on my credit card the day after the close out day for ordering or skipping that my card was charged. I phoned the company and the representative kept talking over me and telling me I did order and it was too late to change my mind. No, we’re sorry, we’ll credit your card…nothing!

The delivery is really bad. Last 2 weeks, I didn’t received my food coz it was delivered in a different area which was far from me (2km)Previous to this, all my deliveries were not delivered in the exact location and they just live it anywhere

The Food is Very good and filling. Delivery is always on time. At times I’ve needed to put some meals in the freezer due to my schedule. I take them out, put them in the fridge to thaw and then reheat and have never had an issue with quality and taste!

The food was halfway decent after you figured out your likes/dislikes but delivery was rarely on time and, as I’m paying almost $20 a meal, the customer service should be on top of it instead of just giving me back credit.Credit doesn’t get me meals for that week. Make sure the deliverer (in my case, FedEx) is reliable in your area before depending on this service.And that sodium and sauces don’t bother your stomach.

I have been ordering meals since august. On 1/14 ordered 6 meals . I. received 5 meals. 1 0f the 5 meals was a vegetarian meal i did not order. I sent and email and called customer service and was told I would get a credit for 2 meals I paid for and did not receive. customer service verified I received a vegetarian meal in stead of Louisiana Shrimp which I ordered. They sent an email showing a credit 0f $5 for 2 $17 meals ie $34. But I have never received credit on my credit card or when I ordered additional meals. I have not received reply to email.

We enjoy our meals and they have consistently arrived on the same day each week. We just tried an upgraded meal selection which was equally satisfying. String beans are a favorite for us, however, we are looking for more vegetable variety. Love the meals and shipments!

You delivered a day late, we were away and the food went bad over the days.

The food is, for the most part,really good. The vegetables leave a little to be desired. They are usually mushy after cooking and there is not very much. Also the cooking directions are VERY difficult to read. But I would highly recommend the Factor

The food began to taste the same and get boring. It was too expensive to buy smaller quantities and I could not eat the six meals quickly enough.

Some meals are not very good and some are very good. Their app is not user friendly. It is very difficult to find the meals that you picked in your box. And where do you see the ones you ❤️ as a favorite ? and where are the global menus ? And last order I received something I didn’t order instead of what I ordered.

Meals are delicious and well balanced – I am never left hungry. Easy to prepare – few minutes in the microwave. The ordering process is simple, giving me a generous amount of choices to pick from. The cost per meal is less than eating out or purchasing and preparing food for yourself. I am so pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste!!

The food is fresh and convenient to take for lunch

We enjoy the meals. Only wish there was a sensitive stomach option (like keto, low cal. etc) for us older folks to minimize the gastric distress from garlic and to a less extent the onions. Not that we don’t like it is the price paid a couple of hours later is not worth the momentary enjoyment. Its a common “setting” available with cruise lines.

The convenience is great. I’m waiting to hear about an inedible pork meal. I wish there were more vegetables.

I’m happy with the main dish but we are not happy with the vegetables. They’re either too mushy or they’re green beans. We are tired of green beans.

Awesome prepared food. Very delicious although portions are a bit small. Purchase cost affordable with discounts. After discounts expire the cost is extensive.

I broke my tibial plateau and fibula. Living alonevI was unable to stand for long periods of time and Factor meals made it easy for me to have a healthy home cooked meal each night.

This meal service has been a game changer for our busy family. We have healthy and fresh meals available for everyone after school and work when a sit down dinner is not possible. It’s been so much better than grabbing chips or other less healthy options.

Meals are great, easy ordering, varied selections.

The taste, texture, and quality of the food is wonderful. It helps me to enjoy a healthy meal with out the time spent shopping and preparing the meals in proper serving sizes.

Food is coming 1day and half later! Didn’t get here until 2:00 or so! And when it got here food boxes were wet! Like they set in this car that came! I can’t imagine in summer how it will be!
