We had a fantastic 10 day trip to Peru with the help of Browen Griffith of EC. My wife had been there over 40 years ago and I had never been. Peru is much more than Machu Pichu, which lives up to everything you have heard about it. Our hotels, the guides and all the planning was first rate. We are fairly seasoned travelers and this ranks at the top. We will certainly use Enchanting Travels for our next adventure. They are fantastic.

They listen to your desires, priorities, concerns and idiosyncrasies and design a trip that’s just perfect. Booking and paying for the trip is easy as can be and the hand off to your Trip Coordinator is flawless. We have traveled with them three times and are now in the process of finalizing our fourth trip. Every single employee of Enchanting has been a pleasure to work, very professional, and very, very good at their jobs. The hotels they have recommended have been wonderful and excellently located. The tours have all been great and the local partners reliable and knowledgeable. All of this applies to all of our prior trips. This last trip we took to Africa in particular was absolutely amazing. Everything was just flawless. We felt so pampered, so well taken care of. I can’t wait for our next trip this spring.

Quick responses and more importantly quick alternative options given, helped in closing the itinerary promptly ! Since travelled earlier with ET , the travel consultant was sharp to understand our requirements and that really helped as the initial offers were good to close .

Heather has been wonderful to work with on planning our family trip to Italy. She had many fantastic suggestions, having lived in Italy herself.

Jamie, our tour director went above and beyond to put the pieces of the puzzle together for our tour, with less than a month to departure and went over each detail very thoroughly to adjust it to our satisfaction. It will hopefully be one of the trips of a lifetime. This is our second trip with Enchanted Travels and we hope there will be several more to fill our travel bucket list.

My son and I experienced an incredible trip to Antarctica. It was truly a trip of a lifetime seeing a place so few really know about. We saw penguins, whales, seals, birds only indigenous to that region. Alison Felfoldi of Enchanting Travels made our experience a truly personal expedition. She listened well to our wants and needs and having experienced Antarctica on her own she knew exactly what would be required and perfect for our travel. Used this company for our first trip to Thailand. Did it cost more to go through them, certainly yes, however we felt pampered, safe, listened to and relaxed. We saw tours that others didn’t see with guides even opining that less than 10 percent of travels saw thing we saw! There was a little adventure in everything, but we felt safe and everything was above board all the time. We had absolutely no hiccups in the three weeks planning. If we had questions our rep answered quickly or we had co tact with a local rep at each stop via WhatsApp.Highly recommend!

Lisa Fox our former travel consultant was so GOOD that she was promoted. But we have stayed in touch with Ms. Fox and when we were ready to plan our next international trip to Peru (Machu Picchu and Galapagos Islands) she referred us to Mr. Bo Crew. Lisa introduced my wife and I to Bo and the took off from there. After our initial interview, Bo followed up with some suggested places and plans. Bo was very patient as my wife and I worked ourselves through the work up. As anyone trying to schedule a ‘big trip’ nows, you almost always have a stumble or two. You know, the perfect itinerary gets blown up when a lodge or cruise line is sold out. Bo helped us massage our plans to fit all our ‘wants’ into our schedule. We were a challenge, but Bo stuck with us and we just submitted our deposit and we can’t wait to share or Enchanting travel plans with our friends and family. We are obviously returning customers and this is just one example why! Thanks Bo.

Our trip to southern India was customized for us by Enchanting Travels based on suggested itineraries from their website. The two of us spent 22 days with 2 different drivers, the first in Karnataka and the second in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. They were excellent drivers and the SUV was always spotless. They also spoke reasonably good English so we were able to learn about the areas we were driving through and the Indian culture. The local coordinator was available by What’s App and frequently checked in with us to see how the trip was going. She also changed our internal flights on short notice and had someone meet us at the airport with our boarding passes! We really felt we were never alone. We are totally spoiled now that we have travelled with Enchanting Travels and will definitely travel with them again! This is a first class organization!

Easiest trip planning ever! We pick the sights and things we wanted to do and Enchanting Travels did the rest. Planning all the hotels, excursions and travel once we arrived.

Enchanting Travels did a wonderful job helping us plan and organize our trip to Tanzania. The attention to detail and customization helped feel very much at ease with the whole process. The communication with our travel associates (Alison Felfoldi here in the US, and Ruth Mbugua in Africa) was straight forward. They were always open to answer any questions we had. And since this was our first ever trip to Africa we had a lot of questions! During our trip, Ruth regularly touched base with us. Since everything was so well organized there were no problems at all. The lodges and camps were well chosen. From the warm welcome on arrival, carrying our luggage to setting up chairs at the fire for happy hour, the service we enjoyed in each of them was stellar. A special touch was the private dinner with a bottle of wine on the second last day. Our driver and guide Natho had encyclopedic knowledge about wildlife as well a superb driving skills: It was amazing what details he know about the animals, and how many birds he pointed out to us (we encountered and observed over 30 different animals – incl. the Big Five – and over 100 different species of birds!)This trip went beyond our expectations and we will cherish the experience forever. We will never forget sitting under the acacia tree in the sunset watching the giraffes pass by or observing the behavior of a herd of elephants just feet away from us.

Mark Pollich was great while helping us organize our Alps honeymoon. He came with a lot of great initial ideas and worked with us to accommodate our own activities to create a full itinerary! He made the planning process so much easier and we’re grateful for his expertise.

OMG—this was the best experience ever! We have used Enchanting Travels for other trips and had such great experiences that we used them for our trip to Costa Rica and they truly went over and above. We went with our good friends, two other couples, and Alison Felfoldi was our coordinator and she did such an awesome job! It was a big birthday for me and when I got to the room they had the most beautiful bouquet of flowers and a lovely cheese board. Then when we went to dinner, she set up a beautiful treetop dining experience overlooking the rainforest and city below on my birthday. We stayed in 3 different locations throughout Costa Rica and each time she had drivers to meet our party and take us on our journeys. The drivers were very informative and helpful as some of the locations were 3-4 hours driving distance. The resorts we stayed at were all fabulous and the excursions were so much fun. We did have heavy rains on one occasion, but were still able to enjoying the birds and wildlife as the storm cleared up while on our trek. Also, I have knee problems and had a knee replacement surgery scheduled for when I returned. Alison made sure that she got me a cane for all the hikes that we would go on. All and all it was a truly wonderful experience!!

Super knowledgeable and collaborative. I felt like we planned the trip together in a good way. She did all the work, but I felt like she really paid attention to what I felt comfortable with and wanted to do. I would highly reccommend Stephanie to any of my friends who want to plan a trip to Vietnam.

We were promised by the person who sold us the trip that a highly capable trip coordinator in the time zone in which we would be traveling would manage our trip. Instead we got an unqualified one in a different time zone. It wasn’t until after we complained that we got what we were promised. And then we received virtually zero follow up from management to inquire as to how things were going. In fact, a post-travel, emailed survey was our only unsolicited contact with management. We were not made aware that we’d have to make our own way to rental car pick ups and drop offs or that there would be a NZD250 charge for each one way rental. We had to request that the confirmation of our bookings be done by ET, rather than having to track them and confirm them on our own during our vacation time. ET expected us to do them, which was especially lame. Additionally, our lodging was highly inconsistent, ranging from wonderful to pretty darn bad. Finally, we were never informed, and should have been up front, that a third party company was being used to actually book things, which seems deceptive. Overall the level of attention to detail and customer care was well below what we’ve experienced with other travel agencies, until we became a squeaky wheel, and finally got a very capable, tuned in trip advisor, in Megan.

Jaime helped us set up the perfect vacation plans for our upcoming Africa adventure! We had a number of things we wanted to see and do, and she was able to suggest additional ideas and place them in a very organized schedule and itinerary.

She is the BEST listener and consistently comes up with great suggestions. SHE is the #1 reason we love Enchanted Travels but of course, all of the details that the company takes care of for us are top notch.
