Easy and quick access to health care for my pet while keeping him comfortable at home while he isn’t feeling well.

I had a zoom visit with Doctor Royce a licensed vet in my state over concerns I had for my Maine Coon. My cat was showing symptoms of a respiratory problem which Dr Royce reviewed and gave me advice and prescribed some medicine.

The doctor was kind, helpful and fast. The ease and convenience of video calls makes my life and my pets life way easier!

She listened first. Then she was able to ask questions about us many human Doctors don’t do this. In my case she told me, without a judgmental or preachy manner that I had to change the way I was feeding and “treating” my fur baby . She asked to get blood work so we can move forward with care.

Veterinarian was great. Had a good conversation just takes a very long time to get the medication over a week.

Dr. Kuszmaul was very nice and very informative about everything and gave alternative choices of food I should be feeding my cat. Very satisfied.

Dr Cherry is amazing, she knew right away what the cause of my dogs issue was and got a treatment plan in place. She is a great vet and I recommend her to anyone.

Dutch – the website – is a total con. If you are a previous customer, you have to be very careful they don’t charge you twice for the initiation fee.I ended up paying it because I could find no other way to break free of the loop of charges I was on. Once paid though, I had to find a service rep – and that was an experience contrived to make most people say “I give up” and just swallow the wasted money. But I found someone deep in the labryinthe of links, and I got the customary 5 – 7 day refund. However, that 45 being held up so long when you need it for your pet’s meds or something else is awful frustrating and you can’t help but feel the whole thing is intentional. On the other hand, the vet was good and the rest was fine – I just don’t understand how greedy these companies are – most people would have forgotten they paid twice and Dutch would happily take their money if they did.(update: don’t believe for a second that their reaching out responses are anything but show – they reached out to me just to verify I was the one the cheated over; once they verified, that was the last I heard from them. No offer to refund me or make things right or anything)

I booked an appointment within hours of paying my membership. The doctor was great and knowledgeable!

It seemed great when they quickly got me an appointment booked with a telehealth vet. Unfortunately the vet I was paired with did not address the primary concern of the visit, which was the scabbing and flaking of skin on my dog’s back, even after multiple attempts to get answers for that. Instead they continued to push towards the idea of allergies, which was not the underlying issue. Subsequently they prescribed a useless medicine my dog does not need. In addition, for some topical cream I did purchase, I paid extra for the next-day delivery and the medicine did not arrive the next day. Customer support did not respond when asked if shipping could be refunded.

Dr. Kari Jenkins was personable, helpful, to the point, explaining in a way I can I understand it better, thought of future problems and already thought of a way to make sure i had what I need if those problems did arise!! Over all she was wonderful!!

Dr. Kuszmaul was absolutely amazing! She was so pleasant, had the best attitude and did not rush. She addressed all my concerns, treated my fur babies and didn’t let me leave with any unanswered questions. What a great and extremely affordable experience! Thank you so much!!! Highly recommend!

I have been using the online vet services since November 24 for my 12 year old Lab. I’m am so glad I found them. My boy was in bad shape and with the care they provided he is so much better. I recommend them as an alternative in finding an emergency vet when you need them. They are there and ready to treat.

Absolutely loved my vet on Friday and every vet. My poor Bella went to cat heaven on Friday.

The vet was very helpful and listen to all of my concerns. I am happy with what was perscribed. This was so much better than having to take my dog into the vet as she isn’t very dog social and is a bit difficult to un familiar faces. The best thing was I was able to also get a same day appointment!

Company has always been available and diligent. Several doctors have been excellent and provided exceptional care to my dog who has multiple medical issues and they have been spot on every time. I have 2 cats with serious anxiety issues, that make them very hard to get to the vet. They are on gabapentin. I thought the online vet would be easier so I set up an appointment. I was clear what medication I wanted both in the request and in person. Gabapentin costs about 2 cents per pill, but I got prescribed something that was $62 a month instead- and a flea med I didn’t ask for since my cats are indoors only.

The vet was very knowledgeable and kind recommended a lot of things to help my dogs, being reactive and allergies

I am extremely satisfied with Dutch Company. My cat had an absess in his ear and I was concerned. I did not wanted to go to the vet cause is so expensive and I am currently on a budget. Therefore, I registered for 2 years with Dutch cause it was the most saving with SAVE33 code. Than made the appt via zoom and Dr. Blake new exactly what he needed. I have been a Dutch Vetter for almost a year. I love their service! I have four pets; two dogs and two cats. My two dogs are 12 and 14 tears old. They have old age problems. My 12 year old is facing “end of life” due to heart congestion. Dutch Vet diagnosed and prescribed his medications. My two cats are under a year. They have kitten issues because their immunity hasn’t been built up. I am so thankful for Dutch Vet, not just because they have saved me lots of time (from forced long wait times at vet clinic – even with an appointment), but because the veterinarians care about my pets. They are empathetic, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. I don’t have to wait weeks, a month or more to get in to see a veterinarian. The longest I have had to wait is a day, and that’s because I wanted the veterinarian who had previously worked with my 14 year old dog. Yes, you can chose if you want your pet to be seen by a previous, specific doctor. Dutch Vet makes taking care of your pets affordable, and stress free. I will definitely renew my yearly plan with them!

I had a great first experience with Dutch Dr. Adam’s was amazing, My dog had an ear infection. The medication came in the mail within three days.

Dr. Gonzalez was very professional and informative. I felt very much at ease that my dogs would be taken care of. However, the prescription portal is challenging and medications seemed to be overpriced compared to prescriptions that I have paid for in the past.

The app had NO glitches. The links to the zoom call were frequent and easy to find. The doctor was great, and also responded to the messages very quickly afterwards. The links to the needed prescriptions were also very easily done and completed, at an affordable cost too!

Charged for prescription refill on Feb. 14th. Meds not sent. Email – The response was “let us know if we can help with anything else” and stopped reponding. Phone call – no follow up. Now they’re not answering their phones. Terrible custromer service. Find o=anotjher online vet.

I contacted Dr Gonzalez at Dutch, because my dog Luna has continued issues with her ears. I’ve talked with him before, and he puts me right at ease. He assures me I’m doing all the right things, and gives me suggestions on what else I need to do to get through this tough patch. This time I needed medication, he took care of that too. I will continue to request him, as he listens to me fully, and Luna even sits still for my camera, while I’m showing him her teeth and ears, etc. THAT happens rarely!

Dr. Murphy was very kind and listened to my concerns. He addressed the issue quickly and followed up to make sure we were all set.

Dr. Wrenn was very personable and had a nice smile and listened about our dog’s issues. The zoom appointment was pretty timely, lasted about 9 minutes. They are mostly 10 minutes long. I have had a difficult time with Zoom meetings in the past and this was just clicking a link and that was it. Dutch is a great option when you have a large dog (110 lbs) with a chronic condition like arthritis, in our dog’s case it’s too difficult or nearly impossible to get him in our vehicle or a dog with a lot of anxiety at the vet’s office. Hopeful his new prescription for arthritis joint pain is a wonderful new beginning for our senior dog.

The veterinarian service here is amazing! Dr. Jessica March, she was thorough, addressing all of my concerns! Even with the exam being over zoom call, my sick kitten was able to be examined. Dr. Jessica March, she took her time- she genuinely cared for the well-being of my pet ♡I recieved great if not better quality of care than I would have by going to a vet in-person! And it IS AFFORDABLE! Saved me hundreds of dollars that any Veterinarian Clinic would have easily charged.This service I will definitely use again, and recommend to anyone who has furbabies. RX Medication for my pet and an appointment with a veterinarian was all possible with-in 24hrs of signing up! What more could I ask for?! Thank you!!

I don’t normally do reviews, but Dutch and their Vets deserve one! I have had two appointments so far with two different vets for two different reasons. Each time, the veterinarians have been extremely knowledgeable, always explaining the why for the issue happening and for the treatment they suggest. Medications are VERY affordable compared to in person veterinarians and shipping is fast! The membership for a year (which includes unlimited vet video calls/messages for up to FIVE pets, free shipping and many other benefits) is about as much as ONE in person vet visit where I live. I truly can’t say enough about how amazing this service is and I highly recommend it! My dog has always made a full bounce back after their guidance!

We were not 100% sure how joining and using Dutch Vet services would go. We were elated with our Telehealth visit. Dr. Webster was wonderful, Compassionate and thorough. She also was giving honest expectations as well as what follow up care should be performed at Harleys upcoming in person vet appointment in April. We are very pleased with the care provided by Dutch.com for our Harley.
