We used Driver In Rome from our cruise port in Rome to our hotel and then the next day as well from the hotel to the airport. Both Davide and Roberto were incredibly friendly and both arrived early. It was really easy to book as well. Prices might be a little higher than others but, worth every penny for the great customer service!

Our driver Alex was very knowledgable and pointed out so many historical, agricultural and cultural points of interest along our way from Rome to Saturnia. The thermal spas were just the perfect way to wind down after exploring Rome. We were told first week of August is an unusual time to visit the thermal spas but the temperature in and out of the water was just right. I did inquire about adding on a stop at a winery when booking with the customer service team but was told it was out of the way. It would have been a nice addition to the trip wind down at the winery or even with olive oil tasting.

Staff was very helpful in trying to find a tour that fit us. Unfortunately, the first one was canceled by the vendor. Very disappointing, and there was no alternative to our choice which was disheartening and no reason given as to why that tour had been canceled by the vendor. We were able to find a second choice, wallet is fine, it is just not the same. We appreciate the assistance, though that the customer service representative gave me.
