Not a great experience

Not a great experience, bought the most expensive model they offer and it didn’t work anywhere near as well as I’d have expected. Due to a few delays in timings, we contacted them a few days outside of the 30 day period. Speaking to them is impossible, I’ll never understand why companies who sell to English customers don’t have agents who can speak and understand English fluently. Anyway, after a lot of back and forth, they agreed to take the product back and we did get a refund, I’d never recommend however purchasing with them as customer service is near on impossible unless you hound them.

Lying, cheating and manipulating. Don’t have anything to do with this company.Made the mistake of buying a robot on their website. It was CLEARLY stated that it was IN STOCK, delivery time only a few days. After I week I write to them and wonder where my robot is (since there hade not been ANY communication what so ever about the order) – and of course it was just a big fat LIE that it was in stock, they only wrote that to lure people to buy the robot from them instead of other resellers.Do they own up to the lie? Of course not, as soon as they understand that you have caught them they ignore you totally. But the credit card is charged of course – that part they are excellent at!WORST kind of company. This also means that the robot will NOT have the functionality that it is said to have since they are lying about everything else.Will never buy from this disrespectful company again.

I bought this product while I was…

I bought this product while I was having my Ecovacs vacuum cleaner repaired, frankly it costs three times less, and it is 10 times more efficient. I leave all my carpets, it gets stuck nowhere, it is really good.

Just don’t buy

Just don’t buy. After 2 months front wheel broke. After 1 month the charger socket on the back broke. Support is bad. Even they say 1 year warranty but in real life you have to pay to fix everythink even it’s under warranty. Don’t do mistake. DO NOT buy/waste your money on this rubbish.

Do not buy these products

Do not buy these products. Our machine (an L10 robot) stopped working properly after less than a year. When I tried to resolve the issue through the customer service process, they were incredibly challenging to work with and none of their solutions worked. The factory reset that they insisted that I do, made the vacuum stop vacuuming entirely. They still have not provided information about where I can send the vacuum to have it repaired. Super disappointing because the Dreame Z10 robot was a good product but I’ll never buy another one again. Avoid the expense and hassle and stay away from this product!!

Absolutely awful customer support. AVOID

Nothing but headaches with customer support. The technology is great, but the US support is totally non-existent. My vacuum arrived damaged, they refused to a) send me the two parts I needed, b) send me a shipping kit to replace the damaged box that arrived or c) pre send me a replacement so I could use that box.They sat on my vacuum once they got it and refused to give me a timeline or any real updates. I had a ticket “escalated” for over two weeks. Any time I asked for an update they’d copy/paste the same response telling me my ticket was escalated and I needed to wait….. They did this for over two weeks.I tried calling, they wouldn’t even acknowledge that they got my vacuum. When I told them I had proof of delivery from UPS they told me to simply call fedex or ups to check on the status. It was like I was talking to a robot. Totally unprofessional too, could just hear random beeping and people yelling in the background on the call as well.I finally had to file a dispute and get my money back.Google it. It’s not just me. There are COUNTLESS reports of how awful their support is. Avoid this company. They pump all this money into influencers and buy themselves great reviews. The tech is nice, but it’s all a house of cards. It’ll collapse as soon as you need help.

Purchased W10 Robo vacuum 2 years ago from Harvey Norman, more than happy during the past 2 with ease of use and its clean on vacuum and mop Ceased to work and found that Dreame no longer have an active phone number in Australia and forced to communicate only by email to an overseas call centre They do not have a repair centre in Australia and use 3rd party repairers, so do not hold spare parts in Australia.It was quicker that I just found an independent repairerSo if I had to replace this vacuum I would expect that with paying in excess of $1500 that it should operate without issues longer than 2 years, not having an Australian phone number ( online phone number no longer active) and repair centre is a concern as it appears they do not expect to stay active in Australia much longer

Disappointed: Expensive Robot, Short Lifespan & Poor Customer Support

I initially loved my Dreame X40 – it was a great robot vacuum until it stopped vacuuming completely after just two months. Given that I spent nearly a month’s rent on this device, I expected reliability and better customer service.After troubleshooting on my own and providing multiple videos over two weeks, Dreame’s support team approved only a repair, requiring me to send in the unit, which will take up to 15 business days. That means I would be without a vacuum for over five weeks after just two months of use.Since I don’t think it’s reasonable to be left without a working robot for this long, I requested a refund under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which entitles customers to a refund for major failures. However, the retailer Harvey Norman declined my request.To make matters worse, Dreame has now completely stopped responding to me – I have not received a reply from them in five business days despite multiple follow-ups. This level of after-sales support is unacceptable for a product at this price point.As a result, I will contact NSW Fair Trading to mediate.This has never happened to me with my previous Ecovacs models, and I’m extremely disappointed with both the product’s lifespan and the after-sales support. If you’re considering this vacuum, be aware that if anything goes wrong, the resolution process is slow and frustrating.

Horrible support. L10s ultra lasted 9months and the vacuum died. Submitted a warranty claim and the company led me on a wild goose chase with no result for months. Avoid them like the plague.

After 5 min, it leaked again.9 – 12 Dec 2024 – Sent for repair. Apparently it didn’t work. We are so tired of resetting and cleaning the mess. It spoils almost every month.

They make countless promises but have been repeating the same excuses for nearly 4 months without any results.I sent my Dreame vacuum and mop for repair. They promised it would take a maximum of 5 days. We are now almost 4 months later, and I keep hearing the same excuse: “Due to Black Friday, we are out of stock.” This, despite the fact that I sent the device 6 weeks before Black Friday. It seems they use Black Friday as an excuse. What’s next? “The Easter Bunny is borrowing it, and as soon as he’s done, we’ll send it back”?I strongly advise against buying anything from Dreame Tech. Even if the product looks great, once it breaks, you’ll be left waiting for months. Don’t care just want to handball issues

Purchased a vacuum from a retailer and it was on a good promotion with a large discount.DREAME then offered the same product on their website at an even greater discount. The retailer could not match as DREAME did not give them the promotional support. Dreame head office/customer service didn’t want to have anything to do with the issue. Not sure what would happen if you needed to make a claim. However based on this experience I think they would pass the buck. Buy a different brand where there is better support

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. My vacuum broke after only 5 months. It has taken over 40 emails, videos and so many phone calls (good luck getting through to speak to someone) and three months without my vacuum (which has been returned twice) and the matter is not resolved. They are horrible to deal with. They have had me in tears. I have spent ever afternoon after work for the last three months to try to resolve this. At the moment they have my vacuum and my money. I would score minus 100 stars if possible. I have never had such bad customer service ever. Should be called Nightmare cause it’s not a dream with this company. Hope they close down.

Worst customer service. Ever.

I wish I saw more reviews about the customer service of Dreame before purchasing. I ordered on 04/12 it’s now 16/12, it hasn’t even been posted. Normally wouldn’t mind, but they charged $50 for express! I have contacted them via email 4 times, I got zero response so tried live chat they said they would get back to me about my order and then never did. Am trying to cancel the order and hearing nothing. The product reviews look good, would advise buying through Amazon so they are held accountable to look after your order!

Beware: Frustrating Experience with Dreame Customer Service

I purchased the Dreame L40 Ultra on Sunday, December 1st, 2024, and reached out to the seller’s customer care early Monday, December 2nd, 2024, to cancel my order before it shipped, as I intended to buy a different model of their product X40 ultra. The agent I spoke with confirmed that my order had been canceled and encouraged me to proceed with my new purchase. I was also assured that my refund would be processed within 48 hours. However, I have yet to receive the refund as of the time of writing this review. Since then, I’ve called them multiple times, but I keep receiving conflicting information. This company is a joke Please stay off unless you want to lose your money.

Rotten Customer Service!!!

Dreame customer support is nonexistent! They seem to continually move the goalposts by changing what they said last time, LIE after LIE! Then you have to prove to them with emails, receipts, and tremendously long phone calls what was really said! I think I must have talked to over a dozen representatives regarding my replacement that was promised, and to date, I still have the defective device!!! I’ve asked for my replacement, and they said I received a full refund? It’s unfortunate that the Dreame company only sent me part of the information, the part that they thought would work to their advantage! Proving to Dreame that I paid full price for two X40 devices, sent them the two receipts, then they told me it was over 30 days! I explained that this very expensive X40 was defective out of the box, and the 30-day replacement policy should have been honored!!! Especially since the Dreame representative told me it would! The upper management hides behind the call center and does not seem to like customers considering all of the LIES they spread! It has been over 4 months currently, and I am still discussing this Dreame debacle! Maybe I should hire a lawyer regarding the Dreame replacement policy since I’ve been ripped off!!! If you are looking to purchase a robot vacuum, don’t buy from Dreame unless you want to fight for your right to have a product that works as advertised!!! Have to argue with representatives that tell LIE after LIE!!! If I had known this before I purchased the X40, I would not have made my purchase with Dreame and would refer prospective customers to not purchase from Dreame, their support is the worst!!!!!

In July 2024

In July 2024, after purchasing the X40 I was very excited! When I found out it the X40 wasn’t working as advertised, the side brush and extending mop pad wasn’t working. I reached out to Dreame support, days and days on the phone with Dreame to diagnose the the X40 was defective and needed to be replaced. I explained to them at the time that I wasn’t going to be at this location for a long period of time and they would need to expedite the new X40 in order for me to receive it. They weren’t able to deliver the vacuum in time? I was told be the Dreaame rep that, NO WORRIES, you just send me an email when you arrive back to this location and we will send out your device. I was fairly impressed, the only problem the amount time i was on the phone! Fast forward to October after being promised a new X40, I sent the agent an email explaining that I’m back and what do we need to do to get the replacement in motion? Here’s were the plot thickens! Now I’m being told that I need to send my new X40 into a service center for repair since it’s past the 30 day return policy? Again weeks after weeks they denied my claim for replacement? They told me that received a full refund on my purchase from amazon? Again I asked what are you folks at Dreame talking about? There response was that I returned my X40 and received a full refund and Dreame wasn’t going to do anything at all for me??? I informed Dreame the whole story. I purchased the first X40 from Amazon that was at full price, I called Dreame since I seen the priced had dropped. Dreame informed me to return the first X40 to receive a full refund and the purchase another X40 at the lower price, all good so far. So I completed my return and re-purchase. Upon arrival of the second X40 the extending arm and brush pad wasn’t working most of the time as advertised. Dreame at that time diagnosed that I had a defective device and needed to be replaced… I then had submitted to Dreame the 2 invoices for this nightmare process of owning a Dreame product, they then decided that I did return and received a full return, and also paid for another X40! Now they said they would replace my defective X40 like I was informed in July. I have as I explained sending emails, exhausting phone calls to Dreame, the LIE after LIE this company promotes is sad and pathetic!!!! This company is clueless and should not be allowed to sell pencils in the USA!!! Currently as I explained before, I have been waiting for my call that i was promised! This ordeal has been escalated to upper management and have expected multiple calls to have Dreame explain to me what are they trying to accomplish here??? Not one phone call at all? The latest email as of yesterday November 6, 2024 was looking for my invoice and trucking number??? It is suppose to be tracking number, irregardless, THIS COMPANY IS CLUELESS! I am still waiting for a call, and a new X40, or something from Dreame!! I received a email on October 29, 2024 telling me that “ You don’t need to send back the vacuum ”, now they tell me I need to send back the vacuum? These people are warped!!! If I don’t receive any resolution regarding this, I think I will have to get legal representation involved, since DREAME is just a company the LIES AND LIES, the upper management hides behind the call center agents, they change the goal posts and speak nothing but LIES!!! I am extremely and I mean extremely disappointed with Dreame customer support that is non existent!!! We don’t want to be without the Dreame L20 Ultra Complete robot anymore.

We are so happy that we have chosen our new “family member”! It is also great fun to watch the dream at work. We have several rooms, some with very large areas, which he vacuums and mops or even just mops (kitchen and bathroom) and we are highly satisfied with the result after completing his activities! In between, he has to go back to the base several times to clean his wiper blades, to empty the dust container and also to recharge, but that’s basically great. Only when returning to the base station does he choose what he believes to be the shortest and most direct route. He then agonizes over carpets and chair runners, sometimes gets stuck and has to get out of his dilemma by moving back and forth, forward and back. So far, however, he has always done this on his own. It would of course be great if his AI would gradually learn so that he doesn’t always “rush his head through the wall” back to the base station, but also learns to avoid obstacles when returning. That would save time and energy. It has also happened that he “spent time” in an area after charging because he no longer knew where he had left off. But these aren’t all big things. It’s even fun to watch the Dreame “rummaging through” from time to time. In the run-up to our purchase, we compared tests and watched many videos and then opted for the Dreame L20 because it was mostly rated positively and of all vacuum robots that might have been considered, we liked the best because of the straight-lined design and the white color. <

– Information about an empty water tank has worked reliably so far (reminder to empty the waste water tank was too frequent, is superfluous) – the pre-set amount of water during cleaning is also good > – obstacles are easily identified (so far only gave a false alarm due to a reflection in the window)… Even shoes are recognized as solves Cons: – Obstacles will we avoid too roughly – Cleaning the corners could be better – Wiping performance is ok, but could also be better in some cases – the suction level can only be adjusted in the cleaning schedule (I wish that I can change it even when cleaning is started manually… Or can adjust during cleaning) – When cleaning, ferry and heating but not when vacuuming that is stupid that can correct

Dream X40 Review: A Nightmare Purchase

I regret buying the Dream X40. The experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The charging station emits a bright light at night, which makes it impossible to sleep properly unless I drape a sweater over it to block the light.When I reached out to customer service, I was told the light comes on due to “electricity fluctuation” issues. Trusting their explanation, I wasted money on an electrician, only to find out there were no problems with my electrical system.After that, it was just a frustrating back-and-forth with customer service, who took no responsibility and continued to deny there was any issue with the device. They offered no helpful solutions, leaving me feeling ignored and stuck with a poorly designed product.I highly do not recommend the Dream X40 if you value your peace of mind and want a product that works without hassle.

Their support lost our device during delivery and insists it was delivered, but according to AusPost, it clearly ended up at a different address. Despite this, they refuse to compensate us. We were charged $99 for the device to be checked and repaired, but after waiting for over three months, the device got lost. I strongly advise against buying with this company

Awful support and products!!

Awful support and products!!I have a X40 Ultra for 1+ months now, and suddenly out of nothing the app just stops responding to ANYTHING I click, it just doesn’t “save”, “remove” or do anything at all… all it gives is “error” or “operation failed”… now this EXPENSIVE piece of ***** stays like a brick in my house.. and the support can’t to anything because I don’t have the receipt, which I of course wouldn’t keep for so long!! I had a Roborock S7+ before, and to be honest it was a lot better (with less problems) + a LOT cheaper as well. Don’t buy this brand

Hands-Free Cleaning from Now On

My wife and I live in a 70m² flat, with half of the area carpeted, including the living room and bedrooms. My wife keeps the house very clean, typically vacuuming 3-4 times a week with a stick vacuum.I didn’t have the chance to start using our new robotic vacuum until this week. So far, I have tried several functions, including:1. Multi-floor house mapping2. Clean Genius mode3. Deep cleaning modeMy wife and I believe we will be hands-free from now on. Here are a few observations:1. The mop extends intelligently when the robot reaches edges or dead areas.2. The mop lifts when the robot cleans the carpet, preventing it from getting dirty.3. The robot can measure distances precisely and navigate through very narrow passages. When it encounters a low-height area or obstacles, it stops, assesses the situation, and tries different paths.With the app, you can control the robot remotely. I asked it to clean our home while I was in Greece earlier this week, and my wife confirmed that the cleaning was excellent.The design of the station and the robot is aesthetically pleasing, serving as a decorative addition to our flat.This is my first robotic vacuum, and overall, we are extremely happy with it. It’s a fantastic product for any household, even if you have a heavily carpeted home.

Became faulty but managed to get it repaired

Purchased a Dreame H12 Worked for a few months, then the motor for the aspiration of the water failed and I have received zero assistance apart from some standard maintenance advice that doesn’t address the fact that the product seems to be faulty. And no opportunity for repair has been provided.UPDATESince writing this I have been able to have the product repaired even if it took some back and forth. It’s now working again.

Dreame x40 Ultra broke after 5 weeks of…

Dreame x40 Ultra broke after 5 weeks of use. Side brush wrapped error started just after return policy of 30 days expired. Dreame customer support is near non-existent. Refused to give me a refund, after several days of arguing, I was finally told that I was authorized a replacement since it was within the first year. Shipped robot back, confirmed it was received. I then wrote to ask when replacement would be shipped. No reply for 4 days after several attempts to contact via phone, email and messenger on their website. Then, I was told it would take another 1 to 2 weeks to assess the robot and determine if a replacement would be sent. Been without a working robot for 3 weeks now. Not worth $1500. Felt scammed by this company!

Dreame D10 PlusPathetic Customer service. I had sent my Water tank to be replaced which was replaced with an incompatible water tank that made the whole mopping feature a nightmare. I asked for a solution and they seem to have lost my Water Tank that has been sent and has been refusing to give back a replacement. Now the robot vacuum is without its tank unused. I had en awful experience with Dreame. I bought a product from their website in Spain worth 800€ (robot vacum) as the product itself hd good reviews on the internet. This was more than 10 days ago, I just received it. I had an AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. As people said in other reviews, they reply continuosly saying they are dealing with it but in the end they do not do anything at all. There is no number to call, no complaint form to fill in. Just this email contact which is useless. I explain my experience in detail below. When I bought the product during the checkout process, the system automatically used my invoicing address from Apple Pay as the delivery address. This address was incorrect for delivery purposes – never seen that in an online purchase, they always ask you for invoicing address and delivery address – but here no. Within one minute of placing my order, I contacted the customer service team to rectify this issue and provided the correct delivery address.I was assured that the correct address would be communicated to the logistics department. Despite this assurance, several days passed without any confirmation or update. Instead, I received an email from the courier indicating they had received the parcel and were preparing to deliver it to the wrong address.Over the course of the next eight days, I repeatedly emailed the customer service team, only to receive standard responses that my request was being addressed. There was no concrete action or follow-up. Finally, I was told that the address had been corrected, yet on the same day, I received a notification from the courier confirming that the delivery was still scheduled for the incorrect address.This sequence of events demonstrates a serious lapse in the order handling and customer support processes. As a customer who paid a significant amount for your product, I expected a far higher level of service.Finally I had to deal with the courrier company myself, spending time and efford to be able to get the product to my home. I am worried becuase I know that if there will be any isue with the product I will receive no support and I will have wasted 800€! Will never ever buy from them anymore. Do not trust this company!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service with regards to warranties. Do yourself a favour when shopping for a vacuum cleaner, choose a company that can give you a direct replacement for a warranted product. Dreame left me with a broken vacuum & mop with no replacement. Either that or carry a spare vacuum for when one breaks. Please also note, they refuse refunds even though their product was broken. Customer service were not willing to help at all. Terrible for such an expensive machine.

I bought the Dream Mower A1 and it does not work correctly from day 1. It constantly has problems trying to position itself and fails to start mowing. Even after a factory reset, remapping, ensuring all stickers are off the camera – it still doesn’t work. DO NOT BUY

Dreame software is garbage

Dreame (D10 Plus) software deletes account info and all settings after updates. Glitchy additional pairing and room scanning. Terrible experience. I recommend avoiding this vendor.

L10s Pro Ultra Heat excellent product

The L10s Pro Ultra Heat is an excellent product with a superior cleaning performance. I had different vacuum robots before and no one ever reached such a perfection. However, the first one had a faulty bumpy so I needed to send it back. The new one works perfectly.

Too expensive to trust their warranty support.

Unfortunately, I should have checked the reviews before I purchased the Dreame L10s Ultra from Dreame Australia directly in December 2023. Less than 4 months in and the vacuum motor failed. I contacted Dreame by phone and no answer. So I emailed customer care. A person asked for videos of the issue which I sent. Then they asked me to do a reset and take another video showing the issue which I did. Days past with no reply. So I tried my luck with their phone number again. Someone answered and confirmed my ID and then said they would email me. I asked her which Australian state do faulty vacuums get sent back. She refused to answer my question or provide me with an address. I received another email asking for yet another video to prove I did the reset. and then more stupid questions that are so obvious. I am a lawyer so I will have to sue them under Australian Consumer Law but my advise, buy another brand. These vacuums are very expensive and you cant trust their after sales support which so far has the feeling of being scam. I must say I really didnt expect Dreame to be so dodgy in their after sales service. Their website and youtube reviews all seem good but its not untl your in trouble that you find out. It seems theres a lot of brands out there now that have good vacuums. Probably best to give Dreame a miss unless you can afford to lose the money gambling.

Dreame Australia does not believe in Consumer Law

Dreame Australia does not believe in Australian Consumer Law. My Z10 Pro’s auto empty function stopped working within 15 months of purchase. Dreame Australia pretended that because the product is out of warranty (they now offer a 2 year warranty on the Z10 Pro anyway) they don’t need to do anything. After a month of going back and forth the approved a ‘repair’ out of goodwill (despite being obligated to under Australian Consumer Law) and low and behold the item got returned to me in a bricked/failed firmware state! They’ve refused a refund and told me on a ‘lighter note’ they are happy to get the item returned to them for a repair as a gesture of goodwill of course!! This is how they treat a direct paying retail customer, I purchased directly from them for $899. What a waste of money, ACCC complaint lodged and SA Consumer and Business Services also advised.The final outrageous reply after Dreame Australia broke my vacuum and returned it as ‘fixed’:Greetings from Dreame Australia. I am currently living the nightmare

I am currently living the nightmare. I bought this unit on Amazon. I am writing to you with great frustration and disappointment regarding a recent purchase I made on Amazon. I purchased a unit from Dreametech, and after just a month of use, I noticed a significant issue: a large puddle of water under the base. I followed all the instructions provided by Dreametech, but the problem persisted.I decided to send the unit in for repair, and after two weeks of waiting, I called to inquire about the status. I was informed that the repair was delayed due to a lack of parts. Frustrated with the delay, I requested that they simply send me a new base. They agreed, but what I received was far from satisfactory.The base I received was old and dirty, with a vacuum bag filled with dirt and animal hair. This is particularly concerning as there is a person in my household who is deathly allergic to animal dander. I had no choice but to remove the unit from my house immediately.Dreametech has claimed that the base was new and that they simply forgot to replace the vacuum bag. However, I find it hard to believe that a reputable company would send out a product in such a condition. This is especially troubling considering the price of the item.I am now left in a difficult situation. I am waiting for Dreametech to decide whether they will take back this refurbished, dirty machine, and I am unsure of what they will send in its place. I am also concerned about the precedent this sets for other consumers. It is not acceptable for companies to sell items in this condition, and I am determined to take action.I have already contacted Amazon, but they have informed me that it is past the 30-day return period. However, my main concern is not just about my own situation but about the broader issue of companies scamming the public. I have purchased a unit Dreame H12 and…

I have purchased a unit Dreame H12 and as soon I try to used there was some problem the water container sensor, the service company in Malaysia Copper Connect requested me to send the unit back for verification.After repacking the unit send back to service center it was delivered back to me after a while and was in working condition, now after a year the same problem happen, I believe the unit is faulty, I have requested replacement but the local service still want me to send back the unit at my cost (as first time)I have than contacted the Dreametech service in the USA and they help me to sort out my problem!!! The company is good and also the product but the local service Copper Connect is following only SOP without helping the customer.

Good products with poor support

They advertise “firm pressure”. Asked them to clarify and specify how many N like other manufacturers. They replied they had “no access to obtain relevant information” (?!). So they (the manufacturer) basically don’t know the specs of their own products (!). Probably then just cheap Chinese products that they just rebrand, (generically) advertise, and (re)sell. They eventually disclosed a number after much insistence, but now I’m unsure I can trust it.Their app doesn’t work on Pixel Tablet. Support is useless, apparently clueless about the incompatibility, misunderstands the issue and suggests unrelated steps.Update (03/29/2023): Contacted them again about another robot and, despite initially confusing the model, they were surprisingly helpful and answered all questions. They claimed the specs are better than those listed on Amazon, which I find confusing, unprofessional, and strange.Update (12/09/2023): Purchased a DreameBot L20 Ultra. Started a full cleaning job. It cleaned half the living room, returned to the base, and never resumed. Contacted support. They requested purchase receipt, serial number, country of residence, and video of the issue, stated the (software) issue needed to be solved at their repair center (?!) but they have none in Portugal, and forwarded me to the seller (!).Update (12/21/2023): They advertise 7000 Pa suction power but the robot apparently rarely runs at this power at Max suction power (it’s quieter than weaker robots and it occasionally gets momentarily louder but quickly returns to “silent”). Support says it’s normal and refuses to implement my request to let it constantly run at the full suction power they advertise and I paid for.

Received top of the line L20 Ultra at a price tag of $2700.00. Logged a fault with the customer service team. What a joke! Their customer support is non existent, vague answers to questions, conflicting instructions on return of unit, every time a different person replies to emails – love the machine, but now want a refund because of the poor back up service support. Should have looked at the reviews prior to purchasing as it seems this is a common problem.

Buyer beware

Buyer bewareNot only did we receive a faulty product but the company did not issue a refund. Instead, the polite customer service team claimed to want to resolve the issue but never actually offered us repair, replacement or refund despite providing video evidence of the faults and responding to endless requests for trouble shooting. We regret investing $2200 for Dreame’s top of the line model (L10s Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop Cleaner) only to end up with e-waste.

Dreame Z10 pro

Dreame Z10 pro There have been errors with mapping and charging and connection. I have tried everything customer service recommended to do and still issues. I have been back and forth for almost 2 months and three keep saying the case has been exculated and someone will get back to me in 2-3days for 4 weeks now. I’ve been asking who I can call or where to return the product for a refund for weeks to no avail ! No one ever answers their phones. This company is an absolute scamming joke when it comes to returns or refunds. I have purchased 2 or their products but never ever will I recommend them to anyone or buy from them again after this terrible unacceptable customer service experience.

I’m leaving a 1 star because dreame…

I’m leaving a 1 star because dreame never released updates for the D9 Max which is the more expensive model yet never seen a single update since release while the base model D9 had 7!! I later found out that the Max version is a downgraded version of the base model apart from the higher suction power, they even removed the sensors on the bumper and sides so it keeps hitting everything on the way.Really misleading calling it Max and only improve 1 parameter while the rest is worse than the normal one.Only if they updated the firmware maybe it would improve the navigation and avoid hitting the furniture sometimes full speed, you can’t have anything on the floor or it will push it along with it, shoes, pillows, dog food plates, slippers. It pulls the electrical cables and gets stuck on them although they are tidy on the corners, you have to be constantly watching over it.The robot is not injecting water also.I will never buy from dreame again.

Scam company

Like many others, I got the dreaded Dreame L10s Ultra with a defect water pump. Started my nightmare with Dreame customer service in January. It’s been over 2 months and have not received any refund nor a replacement unit. Their standard answer is they “are still checking with the relevant department” when I contact them. So now I have no money and no vacuum. April 4 update: They told me the refund has “failed” and asked me to contact the seller instead.Nothing short of scammers.

Dreame (more like nightmare)

Scandalous service, and more than dubious quality of products:The vacuum cleaner engine literally exploded (!) with smoke and small metal pieces coming out. Now, this was within the EU warranty period, so after shipping the machine to their service center (in Germany) who firstly looked to blame the issue on a faulty battery (it was not) and secondly have after now almost three months, still not returned to machine – even though they claim several times that it has been fixed, and continue to say it “most likely will be sent today”)…To make the irony “funnier” they have now sent me a spare battery….for a machine I no longer have! #facepalm0 starsAvoid!

It now says that the filter isn’t installed.the manufacturer said they could not and would not repair it for free. As far as I’m concerned it is a piece of garbage!which is where it is now. Worthless Warranty Left Me With Nothing

The L10 Pro model I purchased last year worked well for a while. Then it started to struggle with mopping tasks, producing odd patterns. Finally, even without the mop the device has stopped working (Internal Error – Replace Filter, tho it has a brand new filter). Submitted a warranty claim, and provided all I was asked, and each time I checked in the communication was worse and worse. Stalling and excuses, each time provided a different time frame for a resolution, and in the end, they started to simply ignore my chat messages. Their devices may be ok value, but the warranty they offer isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on, so within less than a year I’m left with an expensive paperweight.

If I could give them a zero, I would. They are absolutely shocking. By far the most useless and frustrating customer service ever received. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them. They’ve recently shut down the contact number for their customer service, they do not respond to emails and operator at the chat functionality are useless. I keep getting the ‘we have escalated the issue to higher management’ response every time I contact them but it’s been 3 months and yet to find a resolution – for a very simple issue. They are disgraceful and should be reported to ACCC and/or any other consumer protection authority as they’re ethical standards for doing business is non-existent.
