**UpdateReceived an email today (March 5th, two months after the initial order was placed, and three weeks since the first review) informing me the 6 remaining hats they ordered from their supplier were also damaged and they would need to go with a different provider. I was given the option to go with the more expensive Otto or Richardson hats, which they would pay the difference on. My issue now is I have 6 hats of one style, and would need to order 6 hats of a different style, and present them to the parents who all paid the same amount for the hats I showed them when they purchased. I considered ordering 12 hats all from Otto, but I don’t feel comfortable giving this company any more money. The communication never improved, and the apology wasn’t genuine. I ordered 12 custom hats from a competitor, and will obviously not use them in the future..Terrible communication. Didn’t find out there was an issue until I called 6 weeks after ordering. Was told there was a quality control issue and the remaining hats have been reordered. Won’t use again.

This marks the third consecutive year I’ve chosen custom patch hats for our group, and they’ve consistently exceeded my expectations. It’s uncommon to find a provider that excels in both design and communication, with every step of the process thoroughly supported.

Rachel was very helpful in making our experience fast & easy. Hats turned out great and everything was right on schedule. Even the back ordered hats came in just in time to be shipped out with the others. We did not give a full 5 stars as the patch is not quite the color we expected. Would like to suggest that in the future we could get a sample of the patch before placing large quantity order. We would definitely use this company again!

It took a bit longer than expected to finally receive the promotional product we ordered (ball caps), but once they arrived they looked well-made. Their designer was helpful and prompt with our requests. We will likely use this manufacturer again but will plan for a longer turnaround time.

It was easy to order, the product is great, it was easy to verify proofs, they delivered on time, the product was priced reasonably, and the product turned out exactly the way the proof looked. We wish the turn around time could be reduced, but we knew it would be a slow turn around time.

Patch quality is great, embroidery is great, but it was sewn on the wrong hat color :/Having to collect bulk money to generate orders is risky inside the Army and opens us up to legal risk. Having the ability to pool money in a shop until a threshold is reached would avoid this.

I had a new alternate logo made for my company. I wanted to get it added on some hats. The place I usually went to said it was too intricate to be done too many lines and small details it wouldn’t look good and it would turn out bad. Another place I looked into said the same just not the exact words. I saw an ad for Custom Patch Hats and really liked how their work looked visually and hoped they could make my new logo work. I sent over details and it was done very quickly no questions asked, I didn’t even get any comments about the difficulty level in the work involved. I approved the logo work they mocked up and they got started right away. The entire process was pretty quick. Every single person I dealt with or spoke to was fantastic. I was super excited to receive the hats in the mail and when they finally got delivered I was very happy with how they turned out, way better than I even expected. I would definitely recommend using custom patch hats and I will be using them going forward.
