CiCi’s Pizza

I had two free buffet coupons that my local CiCi’s restaurant would not accept. I called their company ‘customer service’ telephone several times on different days and times to find out if the coupons were good and which CiCi’s in my state would accept them. I was told the person to talk to about this problem was not available but he would get back to me soon. The problem was he was never available no matter when I called and he never got back to me. This is not a complex problem and you would think customer service could answer this concern without passing the buck. Awful way to treat a customer!

Fantastic all you can eat pizza buffet. Amazing price and good quality food. On International Drive, Orlando. Can’t wait to go back next year!Reviewing from the UK.
