

Great evidence based approach to training
I entered into this world of fitness training with an online coach after having done some research about various options out there. My expectations were blown away though. These guys are incredible with the evidence-based approach that they take. I work as a physician and use evidence-based approaches all the time in managing my patients. The same approach is taken here which gives me confidence that their recommendations are actually going to help me. Additionally, they don’t try and sell you on anything. They have none of their own supplements and they provide critical analysis of what is out there in the supplement world (spoiler: most of it is junk or minimal benefit) and instead focus on what the evidence would say. Will yield you the best results. By having a trainer, you can tailor your plan to you specifically based on your wants and needs. Highly recommended from this very satisfied (and much fitter) physician.

The Caliber platform far exceeds my expectations. The app is intuitive and the training programs are rooted in evidence-based, modern exercise science. The in-depth metrics provided in the app are highly motivating. There are video tutorials for each exercise along with incredible support from the trainer.My certified trainer, Alexis, is the perfect fit for me. She knows the science of exercise which is refreshing in today’s “everyone is an expert” world. We communicate daily and it seems as though she is right there with me in the gym. I can message her in real time and she gets back to me instantly.My standards are high – I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and have been practicing for over 31 years. Having the strong knowledge base of human physiology and having prescribed rehabilitation programs for others my entire career, I wanted a streamlined program for myself that could keep me on track with resistance training. Practice what I preach, so to speak. I know WHAT to do but didn’t have the motivation to carry it out on a consistent basis. I wanted a program that could I trust and was quite specific to my needs. Caliber provides that and much more. I’m six weeks in to my program and foresee continuing indefinitely. Five stars!

I’ve tried so many things: in person trainers, online trainers, ‘meal prepping’, etc., and can honestly say that working with Tazh at Caliber has been the best and only method that has made me stick with my health and fitness journey. I love the platform! It adjusts to my needs as they evolve. My coach Adam is really in tune with my goals, giving advice, and guidance through my journey. He is very knowledgeable about strength training but also working in some physical training moves that were better than the ones I was using prior to joining Caliber. Got what I was looking for
Caliber is very easy to get up and running with. I’ve worked out for a while but always on and off. What I wanted out of Caliber was to come out with a different mindset on working out. And I got that. It’s no longer a task its just part of my life. I have to think harder about what rest days I’ll give myself than I do what days I work out.Caliber is also great for beginners. It’s really designed for very basic beginners. The app teaches you as you go in small bite sized lessons all the things beginners ask about and likely the things you’ll be thinking about through your journey.I highly recommend caliber, I’m happy I did it and will stick with their app moving forward.
Personalized workouts for a busy mom
I am a busy working mom of two young kids. I have limited time, but wanted to add strength training to my life. Getting started was overwhelming, but I don’t have time to meet in person with a trainer. And that’s where Caliber comes in! Flexible training with workouts personalized to my goals. Who could ask for more? I am halfway through the 12 week training period and I have seen lots of improvement in strength and have lost 6 lbs! I look forward to the workouts and am so glad I found Caliber!
Very well rounded program
Very well rounded program. I found out exactly where my strengths and weaknesses are. I felt encouraged but also support in trying to strengthen those areas of weakness. Overall, I feel my quality of life and health have improved without compromising my current season of life and overwhelming my schedule.

My coach Adam has been great! I’ve been working with him for about six months now. I can see my strength gains in the app, but more importantly in the mirror. The tailored program he created helped me get started, and we’ve worked together to find things that are even better. He’s also been encouraging, holds me accountable, and insightful. Cheap? No, but the gains and support have been absolutely worth it.

My trainer, Will, has been very supportive and knowledgable. The workouts he creates have been challenging and he always is available for questions. Coach Taryn Rocks!
Working with Coach Taryn has been nothing short of life-changing for me! When we started – I had been on diets for years, lost more muscle than fat, was struggling with menopause symptoms, felt tired and awful all the time. I knew I wanted to lose fat, build muscle, feel better, and fit into my skinny jeans but had no idea where to start. I didn’t know the first thing about how much food I should be eating, was scared to even think about upping my calories in order to lose weight, didn’t know where to start with lifting weights, and honestly, was intimidated to even go into a gym. Taryn helped me understand the why behind the what – explaining my body’s overall caloric and protein needs taught me not to be afraid of food, how to lift, and how to be confident in (and out of) the gym. I’ve dropped 15 pounds, put on muscle mass, feel confident in my own skin, and have seen massive gains in my fitness and ability to excel in recreational sports. I’m so happy that I discovered Caliber
I’m so happy that I discovered Caliber. It’s everything I wanted and more in a program and trainer, and provides the motivation to be consistent that I was lacking. They really set you up with the whole package for a really good price- nutrition guidance and tracking, fitness program design and tracking, as well as a positive and encouraging personal trainer that you can message, send lift videos, ask questions, and get advice or encouragement from basically whenever you like. All the apps link together and my trainer Laura adjusts my program and lifts/nutrition/cardio as needed. I was a Personal trainer for 10 years but definitely got burnt out and needed structure and to be excited again about fitness from a new perspective. If you need structure, motivation, trainers advice, feedback and or encouragement, then I highly recommend Caliber.

I’ve been going to gym’s for a good portion of my life with a portion of that time to Crossfit style workouts. The problem with the more expensive WOD programs is that I would show up 3-4 times a week and accidentally get the exact same muscle groups back-to-back, or I would get a useless “max” days. WOD’s always always was based on weight and the programming changed daily it was almost impossible to adjust weight for a good workout and/or measure progress accurately. The nice thing about Caliber is that the trainer works with you based on the number of days you want to throw into it, and if you follow the customized plan, all your major strength areas will be hit without unnecessary repeats. I’ve been working with Tara for a while now and we have been going through my food plan, goals, existing workouts, converting my cardio days to strength days, considering my long term injuries (knee, hernia), down to the equipment available to in my gym and even holiday crush and vacation plans. My current plan consists of 3 strength and 2 cardio days with light walking on the weekend and careful consideration of my food. Long term, consistent, lifestyle changes for the win!I also found that I was hurting my metabolism by doing too much cardio without enough calories. Yeah, that is a whole story by itself…Personally I’ve had great success with my Caliber trainer (weekly video meetings) and app, local gym, and smart scale that all sync together to get a good snapshot of your health and provide clear next steps. (Bit of a nerd that way, sorry!) Wife is extremely happy with the results and since I view this as a lifestyle change I don’t see stopping any time for the near future.

Highly recommend Caliber
I’ve very happy with my Caliber experience. I joined Caliber as a way to transition from live PT (I was moving and training at three different locations). Caliber has provided a way to receive targeted coaching and direction on a daily/weekly training structure. The app is very user friendly and my support from Mario has been outstanding. Building on the app, Mario helped structure my routine and provided guidance as I needed to adapt to different equipment across different gyms. Mario also adapted to my physical limitations (bad shoulders) and helped work through some lingering injuries. His coaching on form has been very specific and useful. Highly recommend for novices or experienced lifters looking for that extra nudge or advice.
A Fantastic Experience
My experience with Caliber Premium and with Kaitlyn, my coach, in particular, has been a game changer. I knew I needed help setting up a solid workout plan and nutrition goals (personalized macro targets) as I was new to lifting weights and to counting macros. After some particularly stressful years, I felt overwhelmed by hormone shifts and weight gain. Kaitlyn has provided exactly the kind of guidance, encouragement, and realistic mindset I needed. From the start, I felt confident that I knew how to eat well (a healthy, whole food diet) but I didn’t realize that I was routinely under eating and not giving my body the fuel it needs to optimize muscle and to burn fat. I have learned so much! Between my workout and nutrition plan, I see and feel the results. I’m losing fat, gaining muscle and getting much stronger. Surprisingly, I’ve found that I like the challenge of lifting weights, tracking my progress, and seeing how much I can push myself. The workout plan Kaitlyn put together for me is just the right amount of time commitment and difficulty. During our live sessions, we cover each piece of the fitness puzzle, but I can also message her with questions at anytime. Recently, I messaged Kaitlyn with several questions and she responded with a recording, addressing each of my questions in detail. It was so helpful that I had my husband listen to it so he could understand why I’m doing what I’m doing and why I rave about my coach. Kaitlyn is not only a wealth of knowledge, she’s also understanding and encouraging, while maintaining focus and clarity. My entire experience with her and with Caliber has exceeded my expectations.

I’m loving my experience with Caliber. My trainer is super knowledgeable about both exercise and nutrition, and I’ve been making progress in both areas. I’m someone who doesn’t want to have to research, plan and think too much about fitness, I just want someone to do the thinking for me and I’ll execute it. Caliber is perfect for me. My trainer is easy to connect with and any questions I have are answered quickly.
Caliber is an excellent program/app for strength training and fitness
I have really enjoyed using Caliber. I did the three-month program working one-on-one with a coach and found it incredibly helpful. My coach taught me what micronutrient targets I should aim for and also gave me ideas of what kinds of food to eat to hit these goals. She also set up workout plans for me. I saw great results and noticed my body feeling stronger each week. Overall, I really appreciated having a coach to go to with my questions and receive reliable answers. The app is easy to use and I’ve found it a great way start and continue my strength training journey!

Caliber is awesome
Caliber is awesome, and my trainer, Julie, is amazing! Working with her through Caliber for the last three months has been fantastic. She’s incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and flexible, always tailoring my program to fit my busy work/travel schedule. Whether I was home or traveling, she created custom workouts and was always available to answer my questions. The app is super user-friendly, and Caliber’s customer support is great too. I’ve learned so much and highly recommend Julie and the Caliber program – it’s been well worth the investment!
My Caliber Experience
There has been really great communication from the beginning from every staff person I’ve talked to at Caliber. They were very transparent about what they would offer, and the breakdowns of the price plan. Before signing on, I had a 45-minute phone call with the rep who was very encouraging and answered all my questions. I opted to go with a weekly check-in to start, and then switched to monthly after 3 months. The transition was very smooth, and I never felt like I was getting cut off from my coach or the services in any way. My coach spent a lot of time digging into my history, nutrition, injuries, and goals. I think it was helpful that I had very clear-cut goals of what I wanted to accomplish! She was immediately able to make some minor adjustments to my nutrition and workouts that enabled me to stay in a calorie deficit but remain feeling full every day – and from here my energy got better, I really began enjoying the workouts, and over time my discipline really kicked in. My coach Hannah was always willing to work with the equipment I had at home, and never said I ‘had to go to a gym’ eventually. Not having form correction in real time can be frustrating sometimes, but whenever I was unsure of what I was doing I’d film myself and send her the video to review, and she’d make adjustments. If an injury flared up, she also accommodated that right away with rehab moves and stretching. Additionally, she pushed me to investigate answers to my health issues instead of just relying on how I felt day-to-day (I got bloodwork done revealing that I was anemic, and took a BMR test to see how many calories I burned at rest per day, and from there we were able to easily calculate my macros – before this I’d just been estimating based on what I’d read online for my height, weight, age, etc). The thing is, I probably could’ve figured all this out on my own after years of trial and error, but I’d already been doing that for 5-plus years, and I think investing in Caliber and seeking personalized training/advice/accountability was the best thing I could’ve done from the very beginning of my fitness journey. There is so much conflicting advice out there, so many diet trends and misinformation, that I was hopelessly lost. I tried veganism, long-distance running for weight loss, fasting, bulking/cutting, and lots of other things that gave me progress in fits and starts, but never for the long haul. Over the past 4 months with Hannah, I’ve lost fat steadily while building muscle. I still have a ways to go, but having her in my back pocket (reminding me of my goals, pointing out in my progress photos where my body has changed, cheering on my PRs) has been so important and motivating. I no longer feel like I have to rely on external approval from others or even compare myself to other people. I have confidence in where I’m at and where I’m going. More than that, I don’t want to have anyone else’s body. I want to have MY body, at its best. There’s real pride in that I can say I’ve never experienced before.
Worth it!
Caliber helped me achieve every goal I set at the start of the program. My trainer Jonathan was key in this. He was great – supportive and communicative. I feel immense gratitude for him, and what I’ve learned over the last 3 months. I know what I’m doing at the gym now, and have a plan to keep this up sustainably.
Personalized Training
This program is legit. I signed up for 3 months of personal training and had a great experience. The workouts were tailored to my time and equipment, and my coach was supportive, made great routines for me to continue using, and I’m feeling the results. I love that the program is focused on progress and consistency, and not pushing yourself too hard.

I had been struggling for many years (10+), to get into a routine with exercising after a surgery I had in 2014. Caliber and my coach Taryn laid out a routine that was doable for my age (56) and for where I was at physically. I have been using Caliber for almost two months now, and from the onboarding call to my experience with the app and my personal trainer, I can say that this is a fantastic way tool to keep yourself on track towards your goals, regardless of where you are starting out.I was feeling really lost about how to handle my fitness while pregnant and feeling unmotivated despite me being in the fitness industry. After being put in contact with my personal trainer, Sophie, I was blown away by the knowledgeable and compassionate way she approached creating a training plan for me. Of course, I had to be realistic about expectation for myself later in pregnancy, and she accommodated me beautifully. She has been incredibly supportive with the abundance of resources she has provided for me, and when I was unable to train, I felt she supported me to rest but also ensured I was able to continue when I could. The app is also the way you communicate with your trainer, so there’s no need to exchange phone numbers or emails. The library of exercises is also extensive, visual, and easy to understand. You can also submit videos to your personal trainer for them to assess your movement for an exercise. The experience with the app is seamless and gives really useful data on your relative strength, strength balance, and progress.Caliber as a company has been flexible and personable with me, allowing me to keep access to the app when I had to wait for my paycheque for a few days. Their customer service is top notch and every interaction I have had with them seems genuine, like they really care about every user and client. The BEST!
As an long time and avid weight lifter, pilates girl, runner girl and fitness enthusiast that is constantly looking for new challenges I can honestly say that my experience with Caliber and Shannon Eller is by far one of the best I have had. I have seen more changes to my physique, overall fitness, healthy dietary changes, and a real, lasting transformation at 45 years old than all my years of working out (and that includes years of crossfit, private fitness instructors, loads of classes, I’ve tried it all). A really great investment in myself
I am two months into my three-months program with a personal coach and I’m really loving it. I’m not a newbie to exercising, but I’ve never been able to come up with a sustainable effective routine on my own. This program definitely pushes me, but it is enjoyable and motivating, and I can feel and see the results. My coach Kaitlyn has created a program that works well for my goals and abilities, she’s always available to answer questions or celebrate my successes, and she’s ready to make tweaks to the program if I feel like something isn’t working or could be improved. The app and coach also really help me stay accountable and stick to the program, and to focus on a lifestyle that will allow me to reach and maintain my health and fitness goals in the long run. I’m also learning a lot about the strategy and science behind fitness both from the materials provided in the app and from interacting with my coach. This was an investment I made in myself and I’m very grateful that I did.
Exceptional personal training with life-changing results
My experience with Caliber and having Mario as a personal trainer has been phenomenal. The app is easy to use, provides interesting and informative resources, and has kept me on track with my nutritional and exercise goals for nearly 3 months of training. Mario is a true professional and an amazing coach, taking the time to promptly answer all questions and tailoring the workouts to meet my goals. He is generous with his time, responding 24/7 to questions. His answers are in-depth. He explains not just what to do but WHY doing an exercise in a certain way will get the best results. I wasn’t expecting to change much about my diet, but Mario’s encouragement to add micro goals throughout the program has significantly improved my energy and general well-being. I am generally hesitant to sign up for workout programs because in the past I have never stuck with them, but Caliber’s personalized program, which has allowed me to work out anywhere and at anytime, has been life-changing and worth every penny.
The Caliber method is very effective
I am really happy with the personalized approach by my coach Gavin. I have a lingering knee pain from an injury and all of the exercises were tailored to make it stronger without additional injuries and I can say it even hurts less now. I did all of the excercises at home with the already existing equipment i had so there was no need for additional expenses. And, I only had dumbells and resistance bands. I also learned a lot about my body and nutrition. The caliber method is very effective, I lost 13kg in the first 2 months and got very stronger. Another point is the flexible payment options.
Caliber allowed me to ‘re-set’ as a fit, strong person
I was interviewed by the onboarding person at Caliber and that led (in my opinion) to the assignment of a trainer who fits my needs and goals very well. My trainer knows when to make suggestions and push me when it aligns with my goals but also has developed a really good sense of who I am and what issues are less important to me. The rapport with, and access to, my trainer is what has created fitness and strength path forward for me after years away from any structured program of fitness maintenance. Until I joined Caliber, I really was unable to figure out the best way to start. It’s been great to reaffirm what I am capable of.
Healthier Mind, Body and Spirit due to Caliber and their coaches!
After experiencing a traumatic life event, it was evident I needed to make changes to improve my health, both mentally and physically. Go For It!
I signed up for a personal trainer on Caliber back in Oct 24, and it has changed my life! So far I have lost 15 pounds and 3 inches off my waist, and I’m not done yet. From the initial onboarding interview to make sure Caliber’s science-based approach was a good fit for my goals, selecting the right trainer to work with based on my style, and the ease of use of the Caliber app for weekly interaction with my trainer, I can’t say enough positive things about this experience. My trainer (Jonathan) is genuinely invested in helping me reach my goals, and always prepared to discuss my progress through our weekly video calls. He is also very responsive to my questions in the app’s chat feature where he provides helpful information on how to improve my form on exercises through videos I send him and gives advice on dietary tweaks to help me with my weight loss goals. Seeing consistent results
Joining caliber has been a game-changer for my fitness journey. One of the biggest challenges I faced was staying consistent with my workouts. However, the structured guidelines and support provided by the trainer Sawleh here have completely turned things around for me.From the first day, I was given a personalized workout plan tailored to my fitness goals. Sawleh ensured I understood proper techniques and the importance of progression. He also emphasized accountability, which kept me on track. I completed 3 months of Caliber training with Zander as my personal trainer. Had great results, lost 20lbs, gained strength, lost significant body fat as well as viceral fat. Caliber Coaching
I have had a great experience being coached by the team at Caliber. From Day 1 I was paired with a coach who was perfect for my needs, Brandon Chapman. Brandon has done a great job of providing great insight into the science behind fitness/working out in bite size pieces so that I can learn along the journey while also challenging me to push my limits of what I think is capable. Joining caliber was the perfect decision to end my 2024 on the right foot and start 2025 on an even better one.
Support, Accountability, Encouragement
I am getting the support and accountability I need to make lasting changes in my habits. I am getting stronger every week and looking toned. I have more endurance in my massage work. Kirsten has become a friend to me and I look forward to her encouragement during our calls. She really customizes my exercises and nutrition so specifically to my needs. It’s very helpful.
Caliber is an excellent program
I’ve been with Caliber for 7 weeks so far and am really impressed with the quality of my experience. My coach is attentive and friendly, and has worked with my challenging schedule like a pro. The app functions really well and I like the videos that show how to do each movement. The emphasis on incremental progress and lifestyle change is exactly what I need, and I’m seeing great results so far in the gym and on the scale. I highly recommend Caliber and will continue to use this program until I reach my goals.

I’ve had a great experience!Lara is my assigned trainer and is incredibly responsive to updating exercises and plans based on where my body is at (lots of old injuries), or if I’m traveling based on what the hotel gym might have. I love this company/app! I found myself looking for workouts online and sort of floundering on which workout to do and to stay consistent. This is the best of both worlds, in person and app trainer. I am able to talk/chat with Bethany, my trainer, as often as I need to. She’s very supportive and encouraging. I love the workouts. She’s given me both gym and home workouts. I also love that I can substitute an exercise if I choose to from a list. And the way it keeps track of my reps is great! Best workout app EVER! I have tried many forms of personal training including in person and other apps. Caliber is by far the best personal training i ever had . I am a fit person but have low back injury so have some limitations as far as some exercises have to avoid to prevent further injuries.My trainer Kirsten is a blessing for me . She created perfect workouts for me that doesn’t irritate my low back. We did had to tweak some things along the way. She is so attentive and caring. The exercise routine is very smart and affective . I started to notice a difference quickly. I highly recommend Caliber .

My experience with Caliber has been phenomenal! Beginning with my consultation call with Sean, we discussed my fitness history and goals. He was very nice and encouraging. Afterwards I already received an email from my new personal trainer to sign up for a good time to have our first meeting. The process was very seamless and easy. My first personal trainer was really nice, she gave me weekly reports on how I was doing/progressing. I was able to message her as needed on the app but I had to get a new trainer about two months later. For whatever reason she was no longer with the company. Nothing bad happened on my part and Caliber took care of me right away. I was contacted right away from the director for a smooth transition. My second trainer Taylor has been astounding, she is a true gem! She has gone above and beyond for me. During our initial meeting, she took the time to discuss my goals and how she was going to help me accomplish them. Taylor has been so helpful to answer any questions. She is also very specific with my weekly training plan by being very organized and plans ahead of time. Always giving me a heads up on what’s to come and achieve next, which I love so much! I like knowing what is ahead and I never get bored on her plan. I always have something to look forward to which is so helpful to keep me engaged every week so I don’t give up on myself. I’m known to be a quitter but ever since she’s been training me, she has not let me slip once. I’m finally getting the results I’ve only dreamed of having. I’ve learned to chase the numbers in the gym not on the scale. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been and she always reminds me that I’m stronger than I think. Most importantly she’s helped me overcome my life long struggles with diet and exercise. There’s this healing happening through the training process…she helps me by setting small weekly attainable goals. I’m no longer anxious around food, I don’t binge eat, I’m not over exercising like I used to and I definitely don’t feel deprived. I feel strong and amazing! I’m getting good sleep and overall happy with so much she’s help me accomplish. I don’t have enough words to brag about her. Caliber is where it’s at, I highly recommend them! It is worth every penny if you’re willing to put in the work and dedication to achieve your overall goals! They provide great customer service, outstanding trainers and an app that is easy to use.

I worked with Kirsten and she was amazing! I stated off doing the 3 month program just to give it a shot and i do not regret it. I hit my first goal 2 weeks early and have noticed physical changes in my body after 1.5 months in. Kirsten was active and available, and she answered all of my questions, tweaked my workouts if they were too hard for me, gave me nutrition tips, and was all around enjoyable to work with. I am going to do another 3 months just to see how much more muscle I can build. I took a chance and I’m happy! Definitely recommend them!
Caliber – Great Coaches, App and Structure
Since I started using Caliber and working with my coach Jonathan, I’ve got a lot more structure to my workouts. I don’t need to spend time thinking what workout I need to do since the coach adjusts the workouts to keep it interesting and diversify the exercises. Jonathan has been amazing to work with. He gave me workouts when I was traveling and when I was recovering from serious health issues. The staff is also super responsive to any queries.The app itself is amazing, I can track my progress and record my weights, reps and sets. It has cool features like a rest timer and even syncs nutrition with chronometer to give a complete picture. You can record videos and have your coach review them. Further, you get regular sessions with your coach to review workouts, discuss goals and make adjustments to your plans depending on your situation. I definitely recommend Caliber and Jonathan to get structure into your workout routine and see desired results.

The app is very user friendly. My Coach Laura C. was super positive and informative. Even when I would get off track she would just help me to get back on course. I love that I could make adjustments myself as well as her. The open communication and real person input was so helpful.

My trainer, Taryn, was marvelous and life-changing.Before working with Taryn, I was sure to hurt myself while trying to lift heavy. I also had yet to learn what adequate protein for muscle gain looked like.Now, I feel comfortable in the weight room and know what it takes to make gains.Not to mention, I’ve made some real gains in the past few months!While I found the app experience pretty frustrating at times, my coach made the difference for me, and I was lucky to have her.

App is great, personalized coach a game changer.
My Caliber coach, Kirsten, has exceeded my expectations. This is the first time I have done a program where I feel like it is specifically designed for me. The workouts use what I have available in my home gym and nutrition is specific to my lifestyle, age, and health goals. My coach and I connected almost daily checking in on my progress, sharing tips, answering questions with resources and recipes. Weekly Kirsten would share a video update reviewing my progress, it was incredible to see how much weight I have been able to increase in 3 months. I would have probably never met that on my own (I never knew how and when to progress in my workouts). The app is very user friendly. I love that it shows your reps and weight from the previous workout, so you can try to do that “one more rep”. The embedded timers and demonstrations are helpful too. My coach, Kirsten, has been slowing building my knowledge and capacity to understand the importance of nutrition and protein (who knew I was eating way too little!!). This whole process has been a total game changer for me. I understand that progress can be slow, but for lasting healthy change it is slow, but also very sustainable. Exercise is now just a part of my daily routine. After 12 weeks I can see my progress in my goals but also in my muscle definition (hello biceps! It’s been a while). Overall, very satisfied.

I got paired with Nick Muzi and he has been fantastic, he follows up after every workout and if I go quiet he checks up on me. he is really motivating without being suffocating, feels like talking to a friend about your workouts, the results are also fantastic.

My coach, Kate, is incredible! She has helped me completely change my lifestyle by demystifying the science behind nutrition. I’ve learned that my previous definition of “healthy eating” was completely unbalanced and counterproductive to achieving my goals. After working with Kate, I am SO motivated to continue this fitness and health journey and turn it into a lifestyle. I feel like I am now armed with the knowledge to actually succeed this time around, after countless times trying and failing to lose weight and eat healthier. Love this App
I have previously paid a Personal Trainer at the gym and it was getting very expensive. I have been searching for an App and found a few but found it hard to create my own program for my goals and workouts. I came across Calibre and love it. I have been matched to a PT Tara. Tara has created my workouts and tracks my progessive loads. She also keeps an eye on my nutrition and macro goals. You can give feedback on the programs and they customise them to suit you. What I love is that I go through the workout and log each exercise and weight and I find I actually finish the workouts. I am also enjoying the Lessons that come up every few weeks. I find the Personal Trainer along with the app a very cost effective way to achieve my goals.

Hello there, I just wanted to share some feedback about my experience with the Caliber team and my trainer, Blake. I have to say, working with the Caliber team has been fantastic. The interactive app is such a great tool to have in my fitness gym bag. It’s user-friendly and makes it so much easier to keep track of my progress and stay motivated. One of the best features is the ability to communicate directly with Blake. This has been incredibly helpful for me, especially lately as I’ve been struggling to keep myself accountable in getting to the gym or completing workouts. Blake has been a great trainer and a constant source of motivation. He makes sure to stay on top of me and encourage me through some of the challenges I’ve faced in maintaining a consistent routine. The support has made a significant difference in my fitness journey, and I truly appreciate the dedication and effort. Can’t say enough good about this platform and training program. First, I met with a number of different online/virtual trainers. Caliber was the only one who really made an effort to understand what my goals were and to build a program to help me achieve them around my life, versus trying to push me into a cookie-cutter program that didn’t make sense for me. Second, the trainer they paired me with, Mario, is just the best. Checks in frequently, gives me a lot of great advice and motivation, is super responsive when I have questions, really awesome. Third, the app is great! I really appreciate having that as a tool and it works really well. I especially appreciate the overviews of the exercises, the ability to film my form and attach it to my workout for my trainer to review, and the built-in timers so I can time my breaks between exercises. It also syncs well with my Apple Health app. Very happy with Caliber and what it’s helped me do for my health and fitness.
Changed how I work out
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I signed up for Caliber. I was a little leery of the way the web site seemed to move me right away into a paid subscription version but I decided to go ahead and schedule a consultation. Next stop was a call from a chap who happened to be in Hong Kong at the time. He explained the various plans and how they worked. I opted for three months of assist with unlimited text and monthly zoom calls. I made contact with my coach, Blake who helped me understand the pieces of the program – the Caliber app, the Chronometer nutrition tracker app, the importance of getting enough protein in my diet, and his role in guiding my workouts. Blake was key in moving me from theory to action. He reviewed the limited equipment I had for workouts and designed something that would work for me in my home. This was key to making this simple and accessible so I wouldn’t have any excuses not to do it. I was really impressed by the Caliber app’s ability to help me work out. Each exercise is illustrated by a 2-3 second video. For each cycle recommended, it tracks my last level in terms of weights if used, reps, and elapsed time. The interface is intuitive and powerful. You don’t have to fumble around keeping records or trying to remember what you did last. When traveling, I’m able to use the app in hotel workout centers so again, no excuses. I now look forward to these workouts. Blake also helped me customize the workouts a bit after four weeks. The Chronometer app helped me increase the level of protein in my diet and after 6 weeks I felt I had more energy and strength. I still haven’t yet met all my initial goals but I can say for certain that this program of human-assisted, app-enabled structure has changed the way I work out and manage my nutrition. I’ve recommended it to others who feel the same way. I’d recommend anyone thinking about it to give it a try.
