I was looking for a lease to own company that leased drones, and this place is it. I ordered a drone through them and I was able to pick it up at Best Buy the next week as it was not in stock. I probably would have gotten it sooner if it was in stock. Low easy payments.

First time with using this company. Process was super easy and fast to use. They had what I was looking for and was able to pick up same day.

They are currently trying to not give me the merchandise I have ordered. 2 items was lost in transit. But at first ups had it marked as delivered. Well they wasn’t. I opened a dispute against it. Took months for it to finish. But anyways, buyontrust took it on their own behalf to not try to help me any further with trying to get my items. They just kept consistently saying items was delivered and they never was. I even proved it to them with ups on the phone. UPS reimbursed best buy and best buy reimbursed buyontrust. So now I have had to seek legal help since all they do is say everyone is trying to commit fraud, but in reality it’s what that company is doing.
