Packed well with lots of material. Even included a Thank You note. Arrived one day early. Although this Birkin is pre-loved it is in awesome shape. Minor damage to a couple of the orange box corners but overall everything is in great condition! Saving up for a Kelly and will order from Ann’s again.

Katie promptly responded, gave me return instructions, returned what I paid for the item and immediately sent me a $100 store credit. The other item was exactly as described and I love it! My purchase of a Louis Vuitton wallet arrived just as it was marketed; in a box with a dust protector and a guarantee of authenticity. It was a purchase I made to replace a similar Vuitton wallet given to me by my husband which was lifted from my purse at a Wholefoods store. It is too bad to lose such a special item that matched the purse but unfortunately thieves are on the lookout for luxury bags and are brazen enough to steal it in a split second when I wasn’t looking.
