started looking for a transport company. jay reached out. i told i was just looking at the moment trying to get pricing. with my adhd i forgot about shipping the truck to my brother in new york. took a day to pick the truck up in dallas tx and 3 days to get it to new york. great service. great communication. the driver was very respectful and polite. dads truck made it to my brother with no issues. had the truck warmed up since it was 11 degrees in new york. highly highly recommended will use again and again. thanks guys!!!!!!!!

My family shipped two vehicles from VA to CA. The process was very easy and although I had 1,000 questions the staff was still friendly and helpful. Their knowledge and transparency made this part of our move less stressful.

She was available via phone calls and text (which is my preference these days) and made our vehicle transportation needs seamless and stress free! The 2nd time I submitted my request for a quote she reached out and remembered helping us 2 years ago. How awesome was that! Price is competitive and honestly would choose ADKOS again as the drivers they matched us with provided great service both times and we will continue to recommend them to other military families PCSing. The driver had a problem with his truck, which delayed delivery by a day. However, unforeseen things can happen anytime. I was grateful to hear from him, and wished him well! I was moving cross-country and had a very limited window to transport my car. The route wasn’t very popular either but Barbara and her team came through and facilitated my move. It was so fast and efficient, with no damaged to my car. Compared to other companies I’d spoken to, Adkos had really reasonable rates as well. I’d definitely recommend.

They were wonderful. They found us a great meeting spot to drop off our Van and picked it up with no issues. They delivered our Van in a timely matter, we were surprised with how quickly it arrived. They filled out a very accurate report of the condition of the Van beforehand, and it arrived with no new scratches. The delivery was easy and quick. We were very pleased

Storing my car with ADKOS was a pleasure from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and kind. The storage prices are fantastic. They found high quality transporters at the best price possible on both ends of my stay. You and your vehicle will be taken care of until it is safely back in your garage.

Overall great experience from ADKOS side, always in contact and there to pick up the phone if needed. Only negative was the contracted driver wasn’t the greatest in terms of arriving on time, but he at least kept in contact saying he would be delayed

I had a great experience. They took very good care of my vehicle while I was deployed and even got me a new battery. So I had a running vehicle upon my return. They also personally picked up my vehicle and dropped it so I wouldn’t have that extra stress and worry.

Researched a dozen transport companies prior to shipping my Bullitt Mustang. Carvell at Adkos had all the right answers and made me feel comfortable shipping with them. Invoice price was exactly the same as the quote. NO HIDDEN FEES OR B.S.! My mustang arrived without any damage. I highly recommend Adkos!

Prior to using Adko I contacted at least a dozen transport agents/transporters. None of the companies gave me a straight answer. I contacted Adko and spoke to Carvel. He answered all my questions and I felt confident booking my transport with him and I didn’t worry about hidden fees. Everything from pick up to drop off went smooth. This is the company to use for vehicle transport!!!!

Great experience. I paid the extra money to be able to drop my car off at a certain day so I didn’t have to worry about the pickup window that you have to deal with with other shipping companies, 1000% worth the extra fee. (Active duty PCSing on a timeline, I highly recommend doing this). When we return from overseas we will be contacting ADKOS to ship our vehicle again.

Once the vehicle got picked up it was a short delivery time.

Everything was very easy and the price was reasonable. The other thing that was a little frustrating was that our assistant at ADKOS got our schedule backwards so we had a to scramble a little to find someone to receive our vehicle with little notice.

I was on the fence about going through a broker to get my son vehicle to him. But this company right here took care of all my concerns. Barbara was great, she kept me informed and found a transport company that made everything good. They picked up the vehicle in Kansas and transported it to California, fast. Picked it up Sunday at 1pm and delivered it Tuesday at 4pm. There were no issues with the transport and the vehicle arrived just the way it shipped.

Two vehicles, drive one and ship one. My vehicle delivery came in almost faster than I drove across from Pacific NW to East Coast and I am very happy about it. 6 days delivery of vehicle over 2700 miles is pretty damn great deal for the low cost. I am using ADKOS services all day everyday.

Frank was fantastic throughout my storage period. He was super responsive any time I had questions. He always went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend that anyone use ADKOS for their storage needs. During my storage period my battery died, but Frank went out and purchased a new battery and kept me updated on everything going on. Frank manages a fleet of vehicles in storage with ease, ensuring they are kept up and maintained.

The lady that was working with me on getting my car transported from Washington state to Pennsylvania coordinated with my brother and sister in Washington and myself and with the driver was awesome. She answered my questions when I had them. I set a date that I wanted it picked up and she found a truck that was able to pick it up and I had it a week later.
